I had a mini-split system along with condenser pump installed in my den, which normally heats up like an oven in the afternoon. The mini-split that Roberto installed was super-quiet and made the room chilly in no time at all.
I like this mini-split so much, I'm considering having them installed throughout my entire house instead of going with a central HVAC!

My water main had a leak and I posted my problem on YELP.  Roberto from P.E. HVAC responded quickly even though it was Saturday morning,   and not to mention it's during this Covid-19 madness.  He came quickly and stated hay lets see how we can get this problem fixed and he just jumped in and started digging were the leak was.  We discovered the the leak was patched before (that's were the leak was) and he decided to try patch it again.  Roberto patched the pipe again and got me out of my major plumbing issue.  It's was a wonderful feeling the Roberto just genuinely wanted to help and quickly solve my problem.  Please hire Roberto for any of your plumbing needs.  They also do air conditioning and water heaters...   10 stars to P. I requested a quote to have some repair work done on my moms ancient wall heater. Roberto was efficient in getting back to me in a timely manner. He gave me a quote for the original repair and also gave me an option to repair/refurb my heater so it was more like a new heater and at a reasonable cost.

Roberto was very professional and did a thorough job;taking all the pieces of the wall heater out and cleaning it of cob webs and who knows what else that was lurking inside. Lol. He spent maybe an hour or so on the repair and explained to me exactly what he did and also gave me some bonus information on heating/gas safety.  And always with a smile on his face !

Roberto came to our rescue on a Saturday when our heater went out and the weather was in the 50's. He took time away from his personal life to help us out. Very professional, very attentive and very reliable...highly recommended!

My central heating at home went out suddenly the week of 12/27/21. I made a call to PEHVAC and Roberto answered the phone immediately. Within a couple of hours he was at my house trouble shooting what ended up being a burned out circuit board. Roberto was very professional and thorough in his explanation as to what went wrong with my heating system. Roberto was able to locate the replacement part the very next day and drove out in the middle of the storm to pick up the part and return to my residence to make the repairs. Roberto kept me in the loop the whole time along with an ETA. I have 2 kids under 4 years old so it was imperative to get the heating back in the house since we had no access to space heaters. Roberto was back at my house within 48 hrs of my initial service call and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service along with a very professional repair service of my faulty circuit board. Roberto even noticed some minor details of my duct work that needed some basic TLC to ensure the system ran as efficient as possible given the existing set up. I will continue to use PEHVAC and highly recommend them no matter the size of the job.

Roberto helped me install a ring flood light cam that needed to be wired. He gave me a competitive quote and was able to do it for said quote, not hidden costs or surprises.  He was great with communication and has great attitude.
Roberto even stayed around another 30 minutes, answering various questions about different electrical solutions for other parts of my house. I will definitely be using him on future projects as I felt he was open and honest will all aspects of the job. Bonus points for rolling around in my tiny attic and getting covered in dust!

I would like to recommend PEHVAC. When I requested an electrician here, Roberto was the first one to call. I answered his message and he was able to stop by my house and give an estimate the following day. I needed a new electric panel, but ended up doing many other things. He changed some outlets, installed a garbage disposal, a microwave, new light fixtures, all at a very reasonable price.

I initially needed help relocating my washer and dryer from outside to inside the house.  I contacted plumbers and they said I also needed an electrician, and electricians said I needed a plumber.  I didn't want to deal with 2 different companies for one project.  That's when Roberto came to the rescue.  He could do both plumbing and electrical - one stop shop!  

I ended using Roberto for a lot more projects.  He took care of my all washer/dryer needs, installed a new water heater, and installed an exhaust for the kitchen.  He was creative in coming up with solutions for my small laundry room.  

He was beyond accommodating with all my requests.  He was very responsive via text.  He was willing to travel far for the job.  He explained everything thoroughly so I understood what work was being done.  He was friendly and professional.  His price was the best of all the quotes I got.  Overall I couldn't be happier with PEHAC.  Highly recommend!

Inquired for a quote to see what is going on with the central AC in our home. Robert was very responsive and made an appointment on the same day. Robert found out what the problem was and gave me different options how to go upon resolving the problem. Roberto was amazing! Very high quality work and explained thoroughly the work he completed for me. I initially called him to install my new microwave above my range, to do so he had to remove the existing hood. While there he noticed I needed the water hooked up to my new refrigerator so I could access filtered water and ice. He let me know he could go ahead and take care of that as well while he was there. Grateful he knocked out two projects for me! His work ethic is great and you can tell he's passionate about what he does. I highly recommend his services and will be referring family and friends to him in the future.

Our air conditioning and heater have been going down because of power surges, we were recommended P.E.HVAC they came the first chance they could. They were quick with their repairs me and my mother were impressed with how efficient they were on getting the job done. All in all it was a quick and well done job.

Called this place sent them my info never heard back. Called back Robert answered he said he was in a very important meeting and would call me when he got out? A couple of days went by I tried calling no answer. I called about three times after that no answer. Last call I made was from a different number nothing. I guess I didn't get the hint.

P.E. HVAC did a wonderful job replacing my old over-the-range microwave with a newly purchased one. Roberto was very polite in both text correspondence and in person.

Their quote wasn't the lowest, but I decided to go with P.E HVAC because unlike other companies, Roberto actually explained that he needed more details in order to make an informed eatimate. This was very important to me, as my building is not new and I don't have a an external duct for the microwave to vent externally.

Roberto patiently and professionally explained my options regarding the venting, and even sent pics of a recent installation that was similar. When we were confident enough to schedule, he was able to give me a very quick appointment (same day!). Even better, he removed an extra layer of tile from my backsplash to ensure the microwave was properly installed. This saved me some money, and as I was actually looking at contracting someone else to remove the whole backsplash beforehand to ensure that the installation job could be done properly.

This was money well spent and I am very satisfied with the results. We're actually now eyeing some dryer duct work that may need to be done, with P.E. HVAC in mind.

I can't express how grateful I am for this company. Robert was able to help me get my old and extinct floor heater converted into a working wall heater during the cold season spell we had. Update! Roberto also does plumbing and is the best at it! I think what I appreciate the most is Roberto doesn't just show up sight unseen. He comes by in advance to asses the issue/situation so that he can probably plan and rate the work. Should you just to have the work done, the assessment is at no additional cost. We've been having issues with our plumbing since we bought the house but kept thinking it was my hair in the drain causing it. It wasn't until Roberto came by and looked at the plumbing that we realized some Mickey Mouse job had been done before we moved there and the pipes were in really bad shape. And no, he doesn't expect you to just take his word for it, he provides photos and video of your pipes. Legit quoting. In a matter of hours our pipes were clear with a new clean out system and working better than ever. Thanks for your honest and hard work guys!

I found P.E. HVAC on Yelp. I originally called to get the heater repaired in our office building. Robert came out that same day and got it working for us. He was so knowledgeable and friendly that I hired him to come back out and take care of the maintenance on all six of our HVAC units. He was kind enough to do the job on a Saturday so as not to disrupt our business hours during the week. He and his assistant were professional, thorough and very communicative.

Robert was great, super clean and professional. His pricing is very affordable. He installed an attic fan to help with the cooling of the house. Explained how it works and how to adjust the thermostat. Also gave me pointers for future upgrades if needed. Something new he taught me on how to use a ceiling fan in the winter.  Thanks again Robert for making this summer a little more comfortable.

Roberto is the best! As I was leaving Home Depot on a Saturday afternoon, deflated because they didn't have the part I needed to fix our water heater, I saw his truck. I waited for him to come out; I approached him with a question about the water heater. He happened to have the part I needed and he gave it to me. For free! Free! We had a floor heater that he came out to inspect. He showed us videos of where it was leaking and capped off the line so it was no longer a problem. He is a perfectionist and did amazing work!! He gave a very fair price and was very friendly! I highly recommend this company!

I was visiting my mother and her A/C was not working well. the cold air would blow intermittently. Summer just started and I didn't want her to be uncomfortable throughout. A friend who has used P.E. HVAC. Highly recommended them. I made the call and spoke with Robert. Surprisingly, he was able to diagnose my problem over the phone and give me a quote for the repair. I recently bought a home and unfortunately inherited a bad HVAC system which the home insurance would not cover.
Roberto from PE HVAC came out during the Covid 19 pandemic to troubleshoot the issue. Roberto was very professional he wore a face mask which put us at ease for our safety. He is very knowledgeable and honest something that is hard to find with professional HVAC services.

Fair pricing and did great work.  He installed 2 ceiling fans for me and put together a very completed full size bed with storage. He came down for me on a sunday even though they are not open!  Customer service is his middle name!!!

Here's another post for Roberto - the work was scheduled and it came out FANTASTIC! Roberto accommodated my late evening/night availability and was willing to work an extra long day to complete the job. I had 3 air vents from two baths and a laundry space that he combined to my kitchen hood vent. By doing this, no new holes were needed in my roof. On this job his brother assisted him who was just as super nice as Roberto. My over the range microwave was installed which came out looking super sharp. I look forward to hiring Roberto for some more work around the house.

Called Robert from PEHVAC to look at my A/C unit because it wasn't working.  He found the issue right away and corrected it. In addition he also found some internal condensate hoses that were chewed up by rodents and replaced them with a factory hose kit he had on hand.  Thank God he went the extra mile to inspect the unit internally or else I would have had a water leaking from my celling this summer. I would highly recommend PEHVAC they know what they are doing.

I've never experienced such awesome customer service.  My AC stopped working in this 100 degree weather. I really didnt have any money to fix it,but I called Robert to find the issue. He made time for me, that same day. As he addressed the issue and quoted me a price, he was even nice enough to make a payment arrangement with me. His genuine concern was my kids and I to be in a comfortable, cool home. He worked on my unit for a couple of days because it would stop working, yet my issue was always his top prioprity. The problem he initially thought, was even worse, so he took  parts of my unit home to fix and clean. He bought new parts, and worked on the unit for a few days. Robert could have charged me so much more for all the time, parts, and labor he spent to fix the unit I almost killed, but no, he said Don't worry the price is the same. He finally got the unit to work and my home has never felt so good. Just by neglecting to change my filter, I caused a lot of damge to my unit. Lesson learned. Robert taught me how to check and change my filter. He went above and beyond is job when I heard the drill. Robert was fixing my door knob because he wanted to help. Robert has a heart of gold. Called for ac diagnostic, Robert shows me how all the duct work was done wrong and cheap. Apparently when the house was being renovated for a quick flip they did all the Mickey Mouse work. I got a fair and reasonable price quote from Robert and decided to do the work with P.E.HVAC. All the AC work was done in two days.  Was surprises with the quality and good attitude work ethic that Robert and his crew have. Also I didn't think they were going to fit in my attic since it's a very small and tight space but they got it done. Over all was very satisfied with the work that was done and will be calling them for my next project. I'd recommend them to anyone that's looking for for work and don't want to be scammed call Robert with P.E.HVAC they'll take good care of any job u need.

Very impressive work. The P.E HVAC team was very clean and professional. Most importantly, great quality work. Highly recommended for anyone looking to install, fix, or upgrade their AC. To start off, I had my old ac unit since I bought my house back in 2011. When was the old unit installed? I don't know ‍. What I do know, is that for the past 5 years my ac was not working efficiently and it was time to look into fixing the unit or replacing it. When I contacted Roberto, from P.E. HVAC, and had him come see my current system, he was open and honest about what was going on. He took the time to explain how the system functions and what different options I had. After much pondering, I decided that his prices were very reasonable and we decided to hire the P.E. HVAC team to replace my entire unit/system. It was the best decision I made. He did the entire job in about 1 day and half, and I now rest comfortably in the comfort of my own home with the temperature in my home dropping from a nice 78 degree, to a low 68 degree when it's over 90 degrees outside .

We've had Roberto over 3 times this year. First he gave a detailed free inspection of our heating and cooling units. Made some recommendations on the filters that made a huge difference! Since then we hired him to clean and service our outdoor AC unit and he just finished installing two attic fans to help keep out the hot summer air. We had a leak in the ceiling of our kitchen. When our A/C was on, the dripping would start. Robert discovered that the condensation drainage pipe was not only clogged, the house builders had made holes in the pipe when installing a closet shelf. So the drainage pipe would back up and leak through the holes, and come down the ceiling.  Robert replaced the pipe and cleared out the clog.
He was very professional and knowledgeable. Most of all, very fair in price. I would definitely call him back for any HVAC services.

This review is way overdue! About a month ago, we had some services done by Roberto. My husband and I have never met anyone so passionate about what they do. That's a good thing! We love giving business to small businesses who focus on their service and craft. We called Roberto because we wanted him to check our AC evaporator and condenser to make sure it was working properly. Just the usual maintenance check up. By the way, he had a quick response time. When he came and checked everything out, he told us every single thing we needed to know. For some people, it may seem like a lot of information so it can feel overwhelming at first. But for those who don't understand this field don't be taken back. Roberto is detailed and will explain everything to you. He doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need. He just wants you to be aware of what kind of system you have and how you can get it to be as efficient as possible. At the end of the day, you're the decision maker and you determine what you want to spend. Roberto will not pressure you like some people do. Saying you need this or that. He is totally trustworthy. Roberto ended up doing a 4-point inspection and added refrigerant for a great price. He also changed our filter and ohhh what a big difference. We were using really thick ones and it was restricting the air from going thing.

On a another day, Roberto installed an attic fan. He had someone assist him and they both did a nice clean job. Getting an attic fan was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Our master bedroom gets hit with about 10 hours of sunlight so it would always stay warm inside even with the AC on. Now that we installed the attic fan, the room stays super cool. Actually the whole house stays really cool. As a matter of fact, at times it now gets too cold we have to raise the temperature. The irony! All in all, my husband and I are very pleased with the service. We are happy that we now have a contact for AC, electrical, and plumbing. Great service and great price. My in-laws needed work done for their HVAC system and we contracted Roberto and his team. My in-laws are currently doing some renovations around the house, and what we've found is that some professionals are just way better than others. Good and honest work seems to be really hard to come by these days. Roberto was one of the best ones we've had. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He worked diligently so that our older unit could run efficiently at a very competitive and fair cost. He also communicated the process all throughout and explained what would work for my in-law's budget. He didn't try to upsell and take advantage of them. Wow! So my AC unit stopped blowing cold air today in this 90° heat. I called and spoke to Robert about this issue over the phone and he actually arrived in 20 minutes. Went over a few things that can possibly be the problem (Fuse, capacitor, outlet). Turns out my AC unit is located in an enclosed area where  it traps heat, which caused my AC not to work. AC started working again and Robert was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and honest. He could have swapped the capacitor or done unnecessary work, however he did not charge me anything and said my AC unit is working fine and it's the correct size for my home. Also checked the vents and made sure it's the correct balance. Will definitely use Robert again for other projects.

OK first of all I don't know why there aren't like 100 amazing reviews on here?
I first spoke with Robert in early April when I realized that my investment property was in shambles. My former partner Joe Liebowitz who had remodeled my kitchen through his uncles company Abc convinced me he kbew construction. WRONG!
He basically walked off the job only doing cosmetics and left the house in shambles with electric half done done poorly plumbing screwed up no AC heat everything was messed up. Gills Did the first half of the electric I'm literally the worst job multiple people have seen including LADBS! It did not pass inspection.

They had wires everywhere, nothing was strapped, there were fire hazards n it was incomplete. No panel or subpanel.
there was no venting for air-conditioning or heat so carbon monoxide could've come back in the house from the attic and poisoned the new owners if Robert Hadn't vented!!
the plumbing was not connected properly essentially nothing was done the way it was supposed to be. It was an absolute nightmare.
In addition the wiring was done shoddy so the fire detectors were too close together and not to code!
The air-conditioning company had a legally trespassed out of the property and dropped a condenser that needed repair completely on hooked up absolute joke. Another thing I needed Robert to fix so I could pass inspection.
I really wanted to build a quality house that was solid and I was determined to get that done.

I have worked with Multiple electricians and plumbers since this first happened, and Robert has been the most thorough with videos before and after pictures, very clear estimates. No games a straight shooter and HONEST.

I was a bit nervous, as the code required that I move the water heater from under my house to its' own, self-contained shed, and required a new water line and gas line. His work was top-notch, and he stayed the distance, problem-solving along the way, always with a smile on his face. So a few months ago, our *good* microwave died randomly. We'd actually had an over-the-range microwave that came with our condo, that we basically never used because it *sucked*, so we just used my wife's standalone microwave, until it broke a few months ago. For various reasons that aren't important, it took a while to find a replacement over-the-range microwave that was compatible with our space, so it finally arrived, just before COVID-19 went from a worry out on the horizon to... not. So now we had a microwave in need of installation, and I told my wife, we really need to get it installed while we still can (this was a couple weeks ago), unless we want to be stuck with a crummy 30-year-old slow-as-all-frack microwave for another month. She did some research, and these guys seemed the best, so we went with them, especially when they said they could be there in 45 minutes(!). It was actually more like an hour minutes, but seriously, I'm not going to complain. (Especially since it sounded like most of the delay was just the guy finding parking downtown - I'd forgotten it'd be even harder with everyone stuck at home.)

They weren't the cheapest (they charged $300 for the microwave install - one of the less reputable-looking companies my wife talked to only asked for $200, but they just didn't sound as *competent* as PE HVAC), but we really liked how prompt the guy was, how friendly he was, and especially, how he didn't just do the work silently, he let us know everything he was doing, and why. And given how long the installation took, the price was totally reasonable to get everything done by a clear professional. Nice to finally have a *good* microwave over the range in our unit! He was even happy to remove and dispose of the old microwave for us.

We used this company for floor furnace removal. The owner volunteered a lot of useful information and walked us through the pictures of the process before and after. Was able to commit to next day (and weekend) service, very responsive and courteous. Most competitive price out of everyone I called. Highly recommend!

The guys at P.E.HVAC were hard working , friendly and genuinely good guys to have servicing our ac system . My family is on a tight budget and Roberto did his best to explain cost and time estimates . We were able to find out why my unit was leaking and after sometime was up and running with no issues . These guys will definitely be on a maintenance program to make sure our ac unit is running as best as possible with proficiency being our ultimate goal . It's obvious from a few hours of interaction that Roberto and his co-workers are knowledge, passionate and diligent professionals who really care about good customer service . I hope my ac unit runs well for years to come but knowing I have a ac guy is very comforting.

Contracted P.E. HVAC and Roberto to remove an old floor furnace that's never been used since we moved into our house well over 18 years ago. While it took us a really long time to finally decide to remove it, it took Roberto and his crew less than 30 minutes to remove. Quick, fast and clean removal. These guys pay attention to detail and are the type of people to look out for and care for your home while performing their work.

Roberto and I also discussed other work to be done around the house. He's extremely knowledgeable in his craft and gives you straight to the point opinions on what should/shouldn't be done. Never tried to upsell me on any of the other work we discussed - VERY HONEST. I'm glad I found P.E. HVAC and Roberto as I'll be using them moving forward for our other projects. Thank you guys!

Super, super happy with these guys. Robert came in earlier today to fix our air conditioning, and we were all blown away by how professional and chill he was.

We initially called him over just to repair our thermostat, but it turns out our entire circuit board was fried, along with a ton of other electrical issues. Even though he ended up going home a lot later than expected, he stayed extremely patient and friendly throughout the day, and took the time to explain what he was doing and how we could avoid these problems from coming up in the future. I didn't understand half of it, so either I really learned nothing from my circuits class or this guy really knows his wires.

We needed our floor furnace replaced to a forced air unit. Roberto came out and gave us a quote and explained all that the new installation required. A new furnace was installed in the attic. All ducting & 7 vents were also installed. Old furnace was removed & hole in the floor & wall were covered. Also installed were two smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide & thermostat. Came on a Saturday morning & said it would be done that day. Him & his crew kept their word even though it took 16 hours (8am-11:50pm). Permits were cleared. We highly recommend his company.

PE Hvac fixed my wall heater this past Sunday.  Owner Roberto and his brother Roland were very helpful and honest.  Roland did a great job on our repair and went beyond his work to make sure our home was safe from any carbon monoxide.  Price was also fair and honest on work done.  Thank you Robert and Roland

This is one of the best contracting companies I've ever worked with. Roberto and his guys provided the best quote and we are so happy with the quality of their service. We were literally frying in our own home until his team came and installed our central air. They were trustworthy and were very accommodating...they even were careful and friendly with our two dogs! I work in a related service myself and I can tell quality work when I see it. If you've been shopping around for HVAC services you have to give them a call. You won't regret it!

Roberto was awesome. He came out at the last minute to fix my tenants wall heater. We ended up having to do more work than thought but he handled it and got the y it up and running. I was soooo happy!!!

Our AC went out.   Due to our dog's urinating on the condenser...didnt know it at the time but anyway..summer is here and we really needed to get our condenser fixed....i shopped around and unfortunately every one I called was charging a arm and a leg....i knew what exactly what needed to get fixed and more less what parts needed to be replaced....but seems like everyone I called wanted to get rich over night...i gave up since these other guys where trying to take advantage of me.....very sad during these times people are low on funds and out of work....i came across PE HVAC and spoke with Robert...he said he was local and would be more than happy to stop by and give a free quote....robert stopped by and looked at my system and was very honest and VERY professional ...robert gave me a price to correct my issue and advised me it will take 8 hours to complete...robert and his helper are the nices and hard working guys you will ever meet....he fixed my unit and replaced my condenser and went above and beyond his performance of work....i am very pleased with his work and integrity....i would highly recommend him to anyone who's needs HVAC SERVICE....

Roberto from P.E. HVAC came out to give us an estimate on some ducting work. His thorough explanation of the work needing to be done was easy to understand, and his in-depth knowledge of the HVAC system was very noticeable from the start.
We had him do the work needed, and it was completed to high standards beyond what was expected, including some things beyond the scope of work agreed upon. After searching for several years for someone knowledgeable with old gravity furnaces I found Robert the owner of P.E. HVAC.  He was able to completely rebuild our old gravity furnaces and it works wonderfully.  They also work on regular HVAC systems and plumbing but are extremely knowledgeable with Gravity Heaters which is very hard to come by nowadays.   We were missing a few parts to our furnace and I've been searching for over a year for the parts but they are very hard to find.  Robert the owner at P.E. HVAC came by and within 2 days manufactured the missing parts for us and got the old sucker back up and running.  

He's very knowledgeable and capable of fixing anything and provided us with outstanding customer service.  

I am so grateful for finding them after awearching for several years.

Roberto just finished some electrical work at our home. He beat the 2 other requested quotes by 20%. He was punctual, hard working, courteous and, most importantly, his work was excellent. I will recommend Roberto to friends and family.

Robert and the guys did a great job. I have two AC units, both at the end of their life cycles. He did not push me to get new units; instead he was able to prolong the life of both units for another summer or two. One unit; he fixed the capacitor and added refrigerant. That has been working great. Wife and I are freezing nicely during this heatwave. A couple weeks later, my other unit was not working. He added refrigerant and while on the job; my thermostat coincidentally died due to a bad motherboard that had years of water damage. He had an extra and swapped it out no charge since it occurred on his watch. Very reasonable pricing and and a man with good character. Has a great crew too. Thanks guys.

My wife and I moved into our new home and we needed an exhaust fan for our bathroom. I reached out to several companies but no one seemed to have time and or the prices were  outrageous. So finally I reached out to robert at P.E. HVAC and he gave me a fair price so I hired him to do the job. And although he was very busy that week and wasn't able to come out until the following week it was the worth the wait,  robert and his partner acosta did an excellent job. They were both very professional and did very clean work. My office AC unit wasn't working for a few weeks and I called PE Hvac due to the good reviews.  Since summer was just starting, I wasn't expecting to be able to schedule a technician to come in for at least another week, but Robert ended up showing up the next day.  Turns out the issue was electrical - a wire had burned through.  Robert (also a licensed electrician) was able to fix the problem quickly.  Service was great, and pricing is fair.

I highly recommend PE HVAC.
