Excellent work. I hired Teo to repair some stucco problems outside our house where moisture had made the stucco loose or it had fallen off the wall.

He came a little late due to another job and after a text message telling me he'd be late went awry (I saw it later), but he eventually arrived and got to work. Check your text messages and your phone on the day work is scheduled as you never know.

He was able to remove all the damaged stucco and replaced it, then painted his work with a gallon of matching paint I had. It now looks great. I'm very pleased with his work ethic and his skills. He was very easy to work with, and he cleaned everything up including the removed plaster pieces as well as all the other detritus that happens when work is done. And the price wasn't too bad, either, though hard work is never cheap.

I certainly recommend him for painting, wall repairs, and other things. I think he also does plumbing and electrical repair (but not gutters, he told me!).

I am so happy I found Teo!  He responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Teo fixed my shower which was constantly leaking due to valve issues.  This was a very challenging repair due to the type of hardware and the layout of pipes behind the shower wall. Teo knew exactly what parts had to be ordered and he successfully completed the repair and now I have a shower that works!  He's smart, experienced and knowledgeable as well as  honest, kind and professional.  He was always on time and so very helpful.  I am grateful that I found Teo and will definitely use him for all of my future projects.  I told Teo you're my handyman for life! Teo is very knowledgable, skilled, polite, professional and reliable. I hired him to do some patching, painting, etc. after receiving a very fair quote. He works very efficiently and cleans up after himself. He concentrates on every detail and treats the job as if it were his own home. I highly recommend Teo!!!

Teo responded to my request promptly, and came out the next day! He stayed all day and fixed several things that I only thought of while he was here. I'll be hiring him to wire some ceiling fans next! He was very nice, creative and respectful. I'm happy to have found my handyman!

My garbage disposal started leaking and needed to be replaced.  I requested for an estimate through yelp and Teo responded quickly.  He was able to come the next day and got the job done quickly.  His rates were very reasonable.  He was punctual, courteous, left the area clean, and even took off his shoes when he came in the house.  This has been a great find and will definitely keep him in our contacts for future handyman needs.

Teo was great!! We had a drain that needed to snaked and we had a small leak around our window that needed to be sealed and painted. I called teo and he came out and gave us an estimate and was able to come back the same week to do the work. The shower drain took a lot longer than expected because of a stripped nail that was really hard to take off but teo was persistent and was able to get it off.
He was very kind, honest and professional and didn't charge us any more than his original estimate. I would recommend him to anyone that needs some fixing around their house.

We were replacing our old fan light in our bedroom with a new chandelier.  We needed a new junction box to support the weight of the very heavy chandelier.  Teo's quote was fair and he was responsive, on time, honest, professional and knew his stuff.  He worked diligently, thoughtfully and didn't waste any time.  His work is impeccable and cleaned up everything as well.  Very happy with his work and with him as a person.  We will definitely be adding him to our permanent roster of home vendors and will use him again.

When other plumbers wouldn't work at night, Teo came to rescue. He even did extra fix not directly related to the service I requested. He only accepted the service fee we agreed on and refused tip I offered. Definitely will call him when I need service next time.

We have xenon lightbars for undercounter lighting. Bulbs were out of some and we tried new bulbs with no luck. I was scheduled to have a some really good electricians come out in early August and it was going to cost around $400.  I decided to try Teo and I'm soooo happy I did.  He was available at the time (5:00 pm-ish on Thursday) and he came right over. Turns out the bulbs weren't the problem--it was the switch. So much gunk had gotten on it (and no, I'm not a slob).  He fixed that in two seconds. Also replaced two can lights with the same problem (we changed the bulb, but they still wouldn't work).  Turns out the connection was the problem (had roofers who made an awful mess in our attic). So I am thrilled and I saved almost $300.  Teo is super energetic and a perfectionist. Really nice guy, too.

I had a decent sized hole in my stucco (about 18 x 28 after a plumbing repair) that needed fixing and painting. The estimate for the repair was a little more than some of the others that I got but the questions that Teo asked about the job and requests for photos to make sure he could match the texture made me feel better about his estimate and attention to detail. Teo explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and showed me what was going on ask I checked progress during the job. Afterwords, Teo cleaned up the area (cleaner that it was when he started in fact). I'm very happy with the results and will hire him again if I have and electrical, minor plumbing, or more stucco repairs.

Thank you, Teo for the awesome job  we had a hole that needed to be patched up and restucco. Mr. Teo was good in communication and showed up  on time. After looking at the wall, it's like the hole was never there. Thanks again.

Teo used the snake a few times on our bathtub and got the drain cleaned out and unclogged.  I feel like most plumbers would stop there, but not Teo. He wasn't fully satisfied with the rate the water was draining so he ran out to HomeDepot and got some products and it made a remarkable difference!

He also applied a silicon seal on our kitchen counter and did an excellent job - very clean, very meticulous.

Apart from being thorough on the job, I'd highly recommend Teo for being accommodating, flexible and easy to communicate with.

So happy I found Teo! He did a great job replacing the shower valve cartridge that I tried to replace myself. He came out the same day I called him, was very pleasant and had to work really hard as this cartridge did not want to budge. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was clean and tidy when he finished. I would highly recommend him and look forward to him helping me out with future projects. Thank you Teo.

The garage sink was old metal pipes and he modified to pvc much easier to unclog from now on.

Teo was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I booked him to install a chandelier for us and a new junction box. After messaging over 10 companies on Yelp, Teo was the most prompt in his replies and the most reasonable in pricing. He also called and explained the process and sent an invoice with all the work that may need to be done in extenuating circumstances. Very professional and timely. We will invite him back to do other work in our home very soon.

Great job by Teo putting my toilet back together after I attempted to DIY, fast friendly service/knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like a dink cos I wasn't able to complete my DIY (haha)  if I ever need a handyman again I will definitely give him a call and I highly recommend him!

I had 4 chandeliers to hang in the house, and I had a number of top yelp contractors came by to give quotes.  Most of them took a look and didn't even bother giving me quotes since it's too small a job for them.   Others gave me a high quote for their time was precious.   I get that every contractor wants big job for big money.    However, until they can prove to me that they can take the big job, I would start small for them to earn my business.    Too bad for these other contractors, they would never earn my business!

On the other hand,  Teo is a true professional, and truly no job is too small for him.   He was meticulous and took care to make sure all 4 chandeliers are all level.  Afterward, he actually cleaned up the job site and left no mess!   It's all these little things that showed me he really cared about the job as if this is his own house.  

Thank you Teo, you have definitely proven to me that you've earned my trust and my business.  I am glad to finally find someone to work on all the projects that I've been wanting to do!

Teo is The Best! Teo replaced the kit for one of our toilets. Then we had a major back up in our drains where sludge came up in our shower and also in our tub in the second bathroom. Not realizing at the time that Teo could have done the job, we called a well known plumber in the area who has a big white van. Sam gave us a quote for repairs amounting to $4,000 plus. The job was big and my husband felt the guys who worked on the installation of new drain pipes from the sewer line knew what they were doing. After that another workman from the same company came the next day to reseat one of our toilets. Since he was there I asked him to recaulk the other toilet. He did. I had to call Teo back because since he installed the toilet tank kit, I didn't like the low flush. Teo spent 2 hours trying different things to find the problem and finally removed the tank to find that one of the pieces was causing the problem. He didn't charge me for the repair. I also mentioned to him there was a slight leak behind the toilet. Come to find out that the other plumber purposely loosened the bolts behind the both toilets. Teo fixed the problem. He refused to accept any payment for this work. He cleaned up everything afterwards even though I told him I would do it. He is a professional in all ways. I will never call on anyone else for repairs unless he is not able to do it. He is truly honest and knowledgeable on many house issues.

Teo was very helpful. He showed up on time and provided a great service. He fixed my crown molding with a very reasonable price and he was so nice to caulk the cracks in the dinning room as well free of charge without even asking. I will definitely use his services in future.

I just moved to the area and needed someone to come and place a dog door in a door. Teo was super responsive and told me what to get, when he was available to put the dog in and how long he thought it would take. He got here to do the job and was very friendly, precise and hard working. I would recommend him to anyone. He is super responsive even on a Saturday night and Sunday day. Teo is a gem. He is honest, knowledgeable and cares about his customers (the exact opposite of a couple of other plumbers I have used in the past year, whom I found on Yelp) . He came to fix a clogged kitchen drain 2 weeks ago and cleared it. But we had an issue again last week and he came immediately and spent over an hour clearing the drain and fixed the problem and did not charge for the second visit. He really cared about fixing the problem and he explained everything he did. I will always use him for any plumbing or electrical issue I have. I am planning to use him in the next couple of weeks to do some painting/drywall and electrical work. I strongly recommend him and it is very rare to find a handyman like him.

My go to handyman! Teo can do it all! He's reliable, well priced and always does a thorough job. I can trust him to do things right and he always makes himself available. Teodik is the most reliable, trustworthy and honest person I have ever met. He fixed my water filter that was leaking and  replaced the filters. I would highly recommend him!

We have hired Teo for a few handyman-type tasks around the house and he has a very impressive problem-solving approach to his work. He did a drywall repair to close up a ceiling that had some leaks through it, and unless you got on a ladder and held a microscope up to the paint you couldn't tell it wasn't done by a painter. He also helped us install multiple electrical items around the house (GFCI, Nest thermostats) and diagnose some other problems. We are very happy to have Teo in our phone book.

Hard to schedule him since he's so busy (evidence of the high quality work he's doing) so make sure you ask for his help as soon as you think you need it.
