I work for a local Fire Agency and with the heavy rains we were called to a home for a flooding. Long story short we didn't have the tools to fix the problem and were getting soaked in the rain attempting to clear clogged drains with a snake that was inadequate.  I saw a random plumber driving down the street, Jose Ramirez, and asked if he had a snake we could use.  He stopped and helped us for about 40 minutes in the middle of a rainstorm and cleared the home owner clogged drain pipes and saved his house from completely flooding.  Jose was a life saver for this home owner and never asked for a dollar in return.  I was very impressed and I told him I'll be calling him to my house in the future...

After purchasing our home we were having issues getting our washer/dryer installed properly. It had become a frustrating process because Home Depot came a few times and left every time with some excuse as to what part/piece we were missing. We kept buying parts because we wanted to ensure we had everything but it was never quite enough. We were losing our sanity so my husband googled away and found Pro Appliance and I am so glad he did. They responded instantly, gave us a quote and were at our house within a day. They came and told us that they could easily do the job. We were in fact missing another part but they quickly went to Ace Hardware and got the part came back and installed it all within a few hours.

I would also like to mention that they were extremely clean, professional and wore their masks the entire time. They went above and beyond and for that I cannot recommend them enough.

Raul and Moses did an excellent job in hydrojetting my bathroom plumbing line. They were expeditious and very careful in their execution of removing the clog and cleaning up the worksite. The price was extremely reasonable wherein other plumbers wanted to charge double. I would definitely use them again.

In the past, he had to remedy showers that were incorrectly installed and did beautiful work to fix the situation and reconstruct everything. Truly impressive quality and speed! Very happy to have found this company. We were given a time to expect Mike with a call before, and he was true to his word in showing up right on time. He pinpointed our problem (with a gas fireplace), repaired it right then, took time to give me advice about another problem we had, and generally left me satisfied and convinced that we had found someone we could trust. My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

Let me tell you about Jetline Plumbing, who up until today I did not know. Recently, we experienced a drain issue in our kitchen that was preventing the kitchen sinks from draining. This company came out, at the time they stated they would arrive, evaluated the situation and then resolved the issue right on the spot. They not only fixed my issue, but made me aware of other issues critical issues happening with my grabage disposal and dishwasher. I actually thought we'd pay more for the service. I notice that many others gave Optimum Plumbing a 5-star rating!  They are about as creditable a company as you can expect.  We have used Optimum many times on commercial jobs and we have been nothing but completely satisfied!  It is nice to have a vendor that you can trust and in which you can have complete confidence.  They handle a job as though they care and I sincerely appreciate that!
