My garbage disposal started leaking and needed to be replaced.  I requested for an estimate through yelp and Teo responded quickly.  He was able to come the next day and got the job done quickly.  His rates were very reasonable.  He was punctual, courteous, left the area clean, and even took off his shoes when he came in the house.  This has been a great find and will definitely keep him in our contacts for future handyman needs.

Technician for B&B was on time as stated between 10-12.
Technician was courteous and knowledgeable keeping me abreat of things as repair was occurring. The leak was temprorarily sealed as described with an expectation to complete sometime in the near future. pricing was good as well. Thanks guys, and i am looking forward to the completion of this main leak. I will  lgive them 4 stars now until completion and then I will adjust accordingly.

Contracted P.E. HVAC and Roberto to remove an old floor furnace that's never been used since we moved into our house well over 18 years ago. While it took us a really long time to finally decide to remove it, it took Roberto and his crew less than 30 minutes to remove. Quick, fast and clean removal. These guys pay attention to detail and are the type of people to look out for and care for your home while performing their work.

Roberto and I also discussed other work to be done around the house. He's extremely knowledgeable in his craft and gives you straight to the point opinions on what should/shouldn't be done. I had some faucets that were leaking and I reached out to Cal-Tech. Albert was the very quick & knowledgeable when it came to what the job required. When he arrived he was very polite and gave me an estimate time on how long the job would take. When completed, he took the time to show me what he had done & what the problem was. A good, reliable & prompt Plummer is hard to find. Will definitely be using Cal - Tech as our go-to Plummer for all our needs.

Let's start off by saying I called With a plumping problem That I attempted to explain but I'm 90%  sure I sounded like Charlie Browns teacher (in other words i said a bunch of non sense) Dave still understood came out right away fixed multiple plumping issues fast and efficiently ! Andrew was amazing! I've used Hanson Plumbing and Repipe before but I forgot how honest and professional they were! Silly me! What I thought would be an expensive repair turned out to be very reasonable. Andrew was such a polite and efficient plumber that when he was done, I told him that we had a couple of other repairs that we needed addressing and we would be calling him in the near future. Over Thanksgiving weekend, our water heater broke after 16 years.  We called our regular plumber but no return call so I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace our water heater.   I sent emails to the plumbers and we decided to call Mike J (the owner) from Complete Plumbing, he came the day we called, and gave us an estimate, we decided to go with him.  That was the best decision we made.  They came the following day and replaced the water heater within two hours.   I was so impressed when I came home and it was already replaced. If you need an honest plumber I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

When my 15 year-old water heater dropped dead early this morning, I came to yelp and found Jetline Plumbing, a local company who was able to provide same-day service on what is technically a holiday. Steven came over and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a *great* deal on a new high-quality water heater. I am very grateful for Steven's hard work and professionalism in this unexpected situation, and cannot recommend him and his company highly enough.

I asked for an estimate from them for a pinhole leak I had in my garage ceiling.  I had already located the leak and cut away part of the drywall to confirm so I only needed them to perform the repair.  John was very nice and very accommodating to my schedule.  They came at the perfect time and had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes with a new tool which makes permanent repairs nice and easy.  The price was good as well.

The nice part is he explained everything as he was doing it and also gave me a plumbing lesson regarding pipe thicknesses, durability and different types of materials used for repairs for my future knowledge.
 
My neighbor saw what was going on and liked what he saw and asked John to come to his house to install a retrofit shower valve.  John went over after finishing my job and took care of his needs right then and there.

What a hassle I had to deal with my toilet.
It kept getting clogged and I kept having to unclog it with the plunger and I honestly thought that I would be fine with doing that every time it would get clogged but the last time I tried it turned to a whole mess so I had no other choice but to call better sewer maintenance and they got the job done with no problem at all. Great work by these guys big thumbs up to them.

My bathtub faucet was leaking so I called Christian.  Although it wasn't a big job (I hoped it wouldn't be a can of worms), Christian came out promptly & advised me honestly what he could do to fix it, and took care of it. He's honest & his prices are reasonable. So happy he's my plumber who's got my back!

I have used AirWest HVAC since they designed and installed a new system in my home about 8 years ago.  I recently called AirWest for a repair because my heat stopped working and learned they had merged with Dial One Sonshine to expand their services.  Dial One came out 5 weeks ago and their technician, Oscar, quickly diagnosed that a switch in the furnace had gone bad.  An order was quickly placed for my part and unfortunately, due to supply chain issues caused by Covid, it took 5 weeks to get the part.  My technician Oscar stayed on top of the parts supplier however and if he hadn't it might have taken two months to get the part instead of five weeks.  I'm happy to say that as of today, my home is warm again and all is well thanks to Oscar and Dial One Sunshine.  This company seems very fairly priced for the quality services they offer and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.  No I'm not a paid advertisement for the company or related to them in any way.  I just truly believe it's good to post a review when things are great and not just when things are bad.  It's hard to find ethical companies nowadays that care about providing quality service at a fair price and I think Dial One is such a company!  Thank you Dial One and thank you Oscar!
