My immediate problem was a stoppage in the sewer line just outside my home due to tree roots. Alfredo arrived and solved the problem, explaining the situation and showing me the video inspection of the line. It was recommended that, at some time in the future, I should have this part of the line repaired to avoid future problems.
I needed to wait a few months for the repair due to some other work being done on my house. Alfredo and his co-worker just completed the repair a couple days ago. They needed to cut into the concrete, dig out a considerable amount of dirt to expose the area to be repaired, do the repair work, etc, etc, etc. In the end all was repaired, the dirt was replaced and new concrete was poured! They left the area clean!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!
Alfredo has been courteous, conscientious, friendly and professional each time he has been here.
The office staff .... Chris and Melody ... have been wonderful. They answered my questions, follow through ... in general, there was communication.
Definitely recommend Mr. Rooter!

We were taking care of a flat in San Francisco for a friend, and the toilet was leaking. Two doors down, Tromborg Royal Plumbing were doing a job, and I walked over and asked if they could take a look when they were done. Instead, they followed me back to the flat and spent half an hour diagnosing and repairing the problem. I am still flabbergasted at the level of customer service. Very professional, and the nicest people I have met in SF!

I had a terrific experience. Couldn't be more satisfied. Had a kitchen sink emergency: The clogged sink full of dirty water suddenly emptied into the cabinet under the sink through loose joints in the pipes. They were able to send someone out within just a few hours. He arrived early (hooray!), was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, explained each step of what needed to be done, rooted out the clog, replaced the joints between the pipes, and completely brightened my day while solving my problem. Nice work!!!!

I called On-Call pluming this morning as something was wrong with our sump pump. All I knew was the damn thing kept running even when it was clearly empty. We were naturally worried the pump would burn out and then sewage would spew forth in our basement. Not a pleasant thought.
Anyway, I called On-Call and he said he could be here within the hour. I was going to be out for a few hours and he graciously accommodated my schedule. When I got back from my appointment, On-Call was waiting in my driveway.
An hour and a half later, my sump was working once again and my leaky toilet was fixed to boot. Once he discovered what the problem was (a broken switch), he gave me the option to replace the pump ($1200) or attach and external float that would override the broken switch ($25) which he had in his truck. I went with the external float. I really appreciated that he didn't push for the more expensive option that probably would have been more lucrative for him (a trip to buy the new sump, another visit to install it, etc.).
On-Call was honest, responsive and knowledgeable and prices were reasonable. I'll definitely call them when I have pluming issues in the future. And when it does come time to replace that sump, you can bet I'll call On-Call to get the job done.
Very pleased!!!!

Greg Garcia has done a few jobs for me over the past several years, and his work is consistently excellent. He came highly recommended to me, and I feel confident in recommending him to others. One of the jobs was installing a new gas line, and the other jobs have been related to repairs in my kitchen.
Besides being a terrific plumber, Greg is reliable, honest, and a very nice person.

Luis and his crew were excellent. He was the first to respond to my request on Yelp and was willing to give a free estimate, all in a short time frame. His work was spot on and his pricing is good. Thank you Luis, I'll use your company again if needed!

Highly recommend! We called Saul looking to get a couple of minor issues checked out. He was able to come by that same day, took a look at everything and made some quick fixes. Graciously did not even charge us given the short time required. Will be our first call in the future with any plumbing issues!

Pipe Arts for life!
Edgar is punctual, a true professional, quick, and worth every penny. Other professionals who have worked in our house have commented on how skillfully his work was done.
Let me explain:
We had a tough job which required running new pipes in a small space. I would imagine other plumbers not even wanting to deal with it, but he did. He installed a sink, a wall hung toilet tank, and bowl, and made sure all of them worked. Part of the job required him to build a copper drain pipe (from the toilet tank to the bowl) on sight, and so I decided to try and match my sink faucet to the pipe. Even though my faucet looks totally out of place (no one ever told me oil rubbed bronze is code for black metal!) Edgar took the time to try and match all of the valves, even the p trap! He didn't have the trap in his truck, so he installed a chrome one, so we could excitedly use our new sink, and then searched on line to fine a bronze looking one. Once the new trap arrived, he came and installed it. That's attention to detail!

We had a small leak in the bottom of a toilet and finally called Wizard to check it out. Wizard set a time and a date to come look at it, and called a little before the appointed time to confirm. Mark showed up with an assistant, and quickly assessed the problem (it needed a new seal around the bottom) and gave me an estimate. I agreed, and he started right away, and kept me informed of his process. He and his assistant wore cloth boots over their shoes so as not to track dirt in or out, and even cleaned around the base before he put in the new seal and then put clear caulking around the toilet once it was reassembled. It was more complicated than I thought, and I was glad that I didn't try to do it myself. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves, and one wouldn't have known that they had been there (other than the fact that the leak was gone). I was very pleased with the final result.

We always go to Alansi's Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. Why? Because they're professional, don't try to sell you something you don't need, they know what they're doing, and they're good people! Most of our interactions have been with Mo who's a real pleasure to work with. He's had to help us with some pretty nasty situations (sewage backup into our downstairs bathroom!) and always puts us at ease with his plumbing knowledge, suggestions of what we should do and what's needed and, most importantly, the time he takes to make sure the job is done right! The office staff is pretty fantastic too! I appreciate their efficiency when taking our calls and how they always try and get someone out to the house the same day. That's a big plus when you can't use the toilet due to a plumbing problem! If you can't tell by now, I highly recommend Alansi's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

I am not usually the type who writes reviews, but this has been an exceptional experience. Jose M. is the best plumber we ever met! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he clearly and simply explains everything to the customer. We totally trust him, and would call Jose for our future plumbing needs. Many contractors we've met over the years only care to maximize their profits in the shortest time possible. It is inspiring to meet a contractor who looks at the problem from the customer's perspective and comes up with the best solution. You made the whole plumbing disaster less stressful. Thank you, Jose, for the great work! I hope your company knows what a wonderful asset they have in you.

Professional, thorough, and courteous from start to finish. We got a few bids and Advance Trenchless had the most reasonable price. Our sewer line needed to be replaced as they were the original clay pipes. Todd came out to do the free estimate and explained the replacement process. Our sewer line had a few odd turns but Todd and his manager were able to come up with a plan to complete the work, which was completed in one day. The day of the job, the foreman kept us up to date throughout the day and was helpful in the questions we had.
