The main water valve was leaking and they review the work need it and did an excellent job, they even did additional work at no charge and they were great to communicate with and responded fast to my request.
I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for any issues that I will have. Stephen was my technician and he is great to work with :) More than happy with his service.

Mr. Rooter was very quick to respond and send someone for our slow bath tub drain. The problem was resolved efficiently and at the projected time. Hard to ask for more from a plumbing service! Thanks Spencer and your amazing Mr. Rooter team!!

Advanced Plumbing and Drain was great.  I was having trouble with my water heater and also had a leak under the kitchen sink. They were able to send someone the same day I called. Mo Salem was very professional and helpful. He identified the cause of the leak under the sink and was able to fix it right away. Mo provided me with options to either fix or replace the water heater. I decided to replace the whole unit and Mo was able to come back the next day to install a new water heater. I was very appreciative of the efficient and professional service Mo provided.

I cannot say enough good things about Joven. We live in an older home with older everything and Joven always comes through, whether it's a clogged bathtub or issues with our garbage disposal. He's very responsive, honest and does a great job. Also VERY reasonably priced! We are grateful and lucky to have him just a few blocks away from us!

We had Gregg come out to get a quote on piping a gas line for a fireplace conversion. Gregg was able to come out within a day to assess, then be back within like a week and knock it out in a day. Permits and all. One stop shopping. Gregg and crew were awesome to work with, super friendly and did top notch work. Highly recommend for plumbing renovation needs! Would not hesitate for future work.

Knowledgeable, friendly, reliable plumbing company.  Luis has excellent customer service and is extremely committed to his craft.  I used him for two of my Laundromats and he did a thorough job of cleaning the pipes.  The job took longer than expected but he keep going making sure the pipes were cleared properly.  Pricing is responsible, very responsive when you contact him.  I am extremely happy to find Luis as my go to guy with any plumbing issues.  Highly recommend his services!

Bader is amazing! I reached out to several potential service providers through Yelp! for some work on my parents' house. I needed someone to install, tape, and mud a fair amount of drywall; to install kitchen appliances; and to install kitchen cabinets. Many of the service providers were not interested in providing me with an in-person estimate. Bader, on the other hand, came out to the house and provided me with a great price for everything. His communication, professionalism, and work product are all fantastic. I will gladly recommend him to anyone Loki g for a reliable, efficient, and skilled handyman!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I bought a house and the previous owner was supposed to take care of the sewer lateral.  Harry Clark came and did the inspection. When I called them for information, they refused to tell me anything. Then a few months later, I get a call saying they were putting a LIEN on my property! Supposedly they had a lawyer and had been down at the court house already. I freak out- how did they do $8000 worth of work on my property without me knowing? I call them back after looking into it. Then they decide to let me know that they mixed up the paper work but my property needs $8000 worth of work which I will need to pay for even though someone else promised to pay. I got a 2nd quote- turns out to be a fraction of the price. I would NOT recommend doing business with these people who mix up paper work, lie to customers, and inflate prices.

Saul knows his stuff.  He's on the job, working alongside his team.  Knowledgable, considerate and extremely hard working.  We had a nightmare sewage problem that needed repair.  Like many old SF homes, ours had the original cast iron pipes. He was on time every day and incredibly nice to work with.  He's fair and I'd trust him with any project in my home.

Everything you read about this company is true, Edgar is the real deal.  We had dueling leaks under the kitchen sink shortly after installing a new garbage disposal.  My solution was to prop the drooping pipework with a tall can of Lysol and two pieces of 2 x 4.  Sort of worked, but still some leaking.  Finally decided to get it fixed before the leak ruined the cabinet.  Checked Yelp, picked Pipe Arts...perfect.

Edgar & his partner were in and out in an hour flat.  Completely reconfigured the pipes under the sink to what they should have been.  Tidy work.  He liked our dog.  Like I say, perfect.  He even had enough time to fix a toilet that ran intermittently and had defied many attempts by me & others to troubleshoot & repair.

Jac did a great job :-) We called in the evening, a little frantic with a pipe that had sprung a big leak. She replied right away, asking if we wanted her to come that night. Realizing that it was just an outlet drain pipe, we asked her to come the next day, and she came when she said she would, communicating  a couple of times in between. (Which I really really appreciate in a workperson!) Our house and plumbing are ancient and wonky, but Jac dealt efficiently and well with the issues. She gave us a very reasonable rate. I love supporting local, women-owned businesses, and feel particularly good supporting Jac, who is clearly a great human being and a highly skilled plumber at the same time. Thanks, Jac!

There was a leak near our meter. United plumbing provided same day service for a very reasonable cost.  The technician was very professional. Highly recommended!

I needed an executive chair assembled, toilet seat changed, horizontal blinds changed in one window, hinges adjusted on kitchen cabinet doors.  Ben responded quickly to my request to schedule and came the next morning to do the work.  He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, efficient.  His rates were reasonable.  Great experience.  He's a wonderful find.  So glad I took a chance on him.

Our new tenants had no hot water despite that the water heater is less than four years old.  The plumbing company we used in the past said they only replaced, not repaired water heaters, but for a service fee could come by to see if it just needed to be relit.  Not being sure of the problem, I wanted someone who could also do repairs.  Francisco and Arturo from Wizard Plumbing came by two hours later and quickly determined it just needed to be relit.  Not only that, but they refused to charge me anything for the service visit!!  Wizard Plumbing is going to be my go to plumbing company now and I recommended them to two friends already as well.  Their whole process was easy, quick and efficient.  I highly recommend this company and Francisco and Arturo as well!

We've been using Alansi's for our plumbing needs since 2015-first in San Francisco and now in Berkeley.

This week Omar came out and added a dual-valve shut off under our kitchen sink, installed a water purifier, and replaced the leaking hot and cold water valves in our laundry room. He told us ahead of time what he was going to do, gave us estimates, protected our hardwood floors, and got to work.

Our house was built in the early 1900s and then gutted and rebuilt after a fire in 1996 so there are lots of surprises (and shortcuts) when it comes to some of the past work. Under the sink, the pipe he needed to cut to install the dual-valve shut off (so that we could turn off our dishwasher in case of an emergency without having to turn off the water to the sink) was too close to the cabinet wall. He expertly removed the cabinet wall, made the repair, and then fitted a board to close back up the wall.

He had to cut out an old box and put in a new box in the laundry room. To do this some of the sheet rock needed to be removed. He told us and gave us the option to leave the pipes exposed as the plumbers don't do Sheetrock work. Knowing someone would be finishing the space he could have just opened a great big hole. Omar made clean cuts so that patching will be a simple DIY job.

Absolutely love that Omar told us what to expect, gave us options when what was in the wall didn't match, completed the work we needed in a timely manner, and left the work area spotless.

Excellent service, Excellent Quality, Andres came and assessed what I thought was a leak, it was a condensation problem, he's knowledgeable, knows his job. Fixed my toilet issue also. Definitely recommend him and this company, especially if you only have weekends free to be home for your repair work.

I have been a customer of Heise's Plumbing in SF for close to 30 years. They converted my pipes to copper plumbing and have bailed me out of emergencies.On Friday of Memorial Day weekend, I woke up to a puddle of water on my kitchen floor. Called Heise's and was told they could not get anyone to my house until sometime between 1-3 pm. 10 minutes later they called back and said someone would be here by 11 am. Sam arrived, found the broken pipe and fixed it quickly. He was efficient, friendly, and very professional. I cannot rave enough about Heise's Plumbing.
