Requested a quote through Yelp. No response. Called the number. Talked to a lady that couldn't give an estimate even on a simple job. Pull toilet, run snake, reinstall toilet. Said she had to talk to a plumber and would call me back. Never called or texted me back. Still waiting. This company doesn't value your time.

All I can say is,Thank God for Mr. Rooter and Carlos!! We were in the middle of remodeling our second bathroom when our only working bathroom had a clog. I called in the late afternoon on a Saturday and was able to talk to the scheduler who said a technician would call me shortly. Carlos called me back quickly and even though he had been working with other clients all day, he managed to get to my house around 8 PM. He worked tirelessly for more than three hours figuring out how to fix my issue so that my out of town guests & their baby did not have to leave and go to a hotel. I would and will highly recommend Mr Rooter to anyone!!! Thank you Carlos for coming to our rescue!!

Tromborg is a true family-owned business with all the benefits of what that SHOULD mean: responsive, friendly, fairly-priced. I've been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed with their service or work for the minor to the more complex problems. It's difficult to find a plumber that fits this description but I have and I'm sticking with them.

This is definitely a plumber I would call again. On time, respectful, thorough, and did an excellent job cleaning up. Of course I won't tell my wife I called a plumber,  I'll tell her I did it myself!

Never answers phone when calling and when he does he just hangs up on me. Bad service. Poor communication.

These guys are honest. Fair price and very helpful.  No bs.  I saw my neighbor who i believe is in the trades use these guys which for me is a good sign.  Ill continue to use them.  I contacted other plumbers through yelp who all wanted to do same day service but wouldnt just come out and give me only an estimate.  I believe in price shopping before i do it.  I did contact a friend who has a plumbing friend and tild me their price was good.  Fast high quality fair price!

Pipe Arts Plumbing solved a difficult problem and saved a ton of money for us. Edgar was the fourth plumber to tackle our low hot water pressure issue.
The first company (also highly recommended on Yelp) flushed the lines, but then recommended replacing our 6 year old water heater when the flushing did not have the desired effect. After reviewing the water heater manual, I opted for a second opinion. The second plumber noted differences in pipe diameters in our system and recommended another round of re-piping. The 3rd plumber arrived on a Friday afternoon and told us that he didn't do troubleshooting, but had a friend (another company ) that could.  I had selected this third company on the basis of specific reviews in Yelp with solutions to issues like ours.
I then called Pipe Arts in some desperation, as it was now late afternoon on Friday, and I faced the specter of a weekend without hot water. Edgar showed up after hours and fixed the problem in less than one hour. The cause of the problem was a stuck/clogged backflush valve which is not noted in the manual and takes a special trick to remove. Edgar's expertise saved us the cost of a brand new water heater, which is working fine now. I also would like to commend him on his web page- best plumbing jokes I've ever heard! I will call him first for any future plumbing needs.

Luis was very responsive to my calls and showed up on time.  Luis and employees alway wore a mask.  Very professional and explained the problems and what was needed to correct.

Bader is amazing! I reached out to several potential service providers through Yelp! for some work on my parents' house. I needed someone to install, tape, and mud a fair amount of drywall; to install kitchen appliances; and to install kitchen cabinets. Many of the service providers were not interested in providing me with an in-person estimate. Bader, on the other hand, came out to the house and provided me with a great price for everything. His communication, professionalism, and work product are all fantastic. I will gladly recommend him to anyone Loki g for a reliable, efficient, and skilled handyman!

Joyous day- our household no longer leaks!

We first asked Zayah over to replace a pair of showerheads that were installed forty years ago and completely stuck on. He took care of us rapidly and efficiently, then took a look at the seven sinks we had that all were leaking. Based on his advice, we ordered appropriate faucets for all of them and asked him back.

That's where his work began. Our plumbing was a DISASTER. We had drains that fell apart when touched and handles that broke when turned. Significant time spent cutting out old drains, replacing angle stops, and having to go out to the local hardware store for necessary parts. (Such as the unexpectedly new drain. We'd already planned to replace four of the others and were prepared for those. Sigh.)

Zayah was amazing and worked us into his schedule as he could, especially given the expected and unexpected needs of our project. His rates are phenomenal and his work ethic top notch. We can't recommend his work enough!

Seth came to fix my drippy shower and was professional and efficient. Thank you for the good work.

My father and I use Harry Clark often for our heating and plumbing needs for our apartments. Easy to set an appointment. Knowledgeable staff and most importantly we can trust that the job is done right!
They've even informed me on how the previous repairman may have been the cause by not doing it correctly the 1st time. I like supporting small family businesses as well.

Our Sewer Main was backed up. Leo Soto was the plumber who was assigned to the job. He called me when he was on the way.  He was polite and professional, wearing the mask the entire time. He explained the problem can be solved by using either a power snake or a hydro jetting. We chose the hydro jetting. He cleaned our sewer main all the way to the street. We are very happy with his service.

We had a clogged sewer line and now we don't. I am really happy with the job. good communication during scheduling, reasonable prices for the job and prompt service.

Highly recommended.
-Their office called back within 8 hours, making planning very easy, and the new water heater is of better quality and very effective/efficient (heating water in seconds).
-Sylvester (office manager) is great to work with as we coordinated schedules, and Fernando was so kind and worked so quickly to complete the installation (removing the old water heater, and replacing with the new).
-I'm delighted with Oakland Rooter, and will definitely use their services in the future.

$18000 for a sewer lateral!!?  Talk about trying to screw me. I found one company for $8k....same work...same machine...same material. Settled for Challenge Router $6500. Family owned. Let me pay out of escrow since I was selling my Oakland property and had to pay for staging etc. Found out another company would have done it for $5800. However, I don't mind paying for quality so I was fine with Challenge. My point being...these guys at Trenchless have lost their minds. Sorry no sucker here. Talk about gouging. I'm sure you'll see some cut and pasted response to this like we use the highest quality blah blah blah. Steer clear unless you like paying 60% mark up.

Dave is honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Both times we phoned him for plumbing issues around our house, he was able to deliver results. While the plumbing is always tricky in the older SF homes, it goes without saying that having a knowledgeable plumber on hand never hurts. We appreciate his quick response and find him to be reliable. Thanks, Dave.

I had a leak in my bathroom drain and Frank fixed it the next day in less than an hour! Amazing service &great price!!!

After receiving an estimate via Yelp, we set up an appointment. Kenny and assistant arrived on time fully masked and wearing booties.
They efficiently replaced 3 toilets and valves. He even used an intact part of one of the older toilets to repair a fourth toilet that did not need replacement. I will use Kenny for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend him.
