Best Pipe Installation in San Francisco CA

Amazing! We called BeastBay Plumbing and they were extremely professional. They have a dispatcher that identified a plumber and he, Johnny, came out the SAME DAY I called!! The dispatcher who took the call was so nice and sent me a text message to confirm that Johnny was on his way. He showed up on time and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed both bathrooms. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The price range was a bit more than we expected but when you have people working on your house that don't know what they are doing it will cost you more money in the long run to fix their mistakes. Johnny took photos and videos of the exact problem so we could see what was happening under our house. Integrity matters!

Let me pause here, it's hard to find a quality business that knows what they are doing, reliable and honest. Johnny is a 4th generation plumber. So why am I raving about BeastBay because another plumber, from a different company, come out and he did not go into the crawl space. He shined a light under our house and diagnosed the problems incorrectly. Ladies if you might not be aware, a crawl space is critical. If there's a leak under the house the plumber has to go under there to identify the problem (e.g., the drain, hot/cold water, broken seal on toilet etc). Thankfully, the other plumbers canceled on us to fix the misdiagnosed problem and we found BeastBay instead.

Sufficed to say we highly recommend this business!

We had a clogged drain in our tub - we were able to get an appointment in the afternoon of the day we called.  The plumber who came, Mario Gomez, was wonderful - very friendly and polite, and very efficient!  The fact that he's a cat lover didn't hurt at all.  I don't know if we can request a particular plumber, but if we can we will ask for Mario for all future work!

Tromborg Royal replaced our 43 year old furnace with a new one. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. Bryant, the technician, clearly knows his work. He put in a full day and returned to finish up as promised the next day. We are delighted with our new, energy efficient furnace!  It feels really good to have found a local, family owned business we can rely on for any future plumbing or heating needs. We will recommend them again and again!

WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT
This is my first review after using Yelp for many years. Nick was professional, friendly, and trustworthy. He gave me the best quote of the 10 different plumbers I had give me a quote for the water heater replacement. The job was completed for the price he quoted in a timely fashion and the quality of work was very good.

Nick is a man of his word. Something we need more of in this world. He finished the job at the price he quote me. You would think that would be straight forward but my experience has been that sometimes prices can change in the middle of a job for no apparent reason.

I my only hesitation in recommending him so highly is that he may not be available next time I need some plumbing work done.

Not sure what happened but the last couple times I called when I needed a plumber, I didn't get a single call back from any of the voice messages I left. He's either super busy or out of the country or something. Other than that I had a great experience the first time Joven showed up. #justsayin

Saul and his team came out to repair a backed up sewer drain a while back, and I asked them if they knew anything about tankless water heaters. They came up, had a look and started working on a plan - because of where our water heater is located and how it was (improperly) installed, it was not a straightforward job, but he and his associate were happy to try to tackle it. When they came out to do the work, they were great - professional, friendly, respectful (they wore booties over their shoes without me asking!), and did a great job. I can't recommend them highly enough - and it's great to know that we have a great plumber incase we need them for anything else!

Luis was quick and knowledgeable. He and his staff are polite and explain to us clearly what happened to our bathroom backflow issue.

Badr replaced the old faucet in my kitchen with a new one. He ran into a few snags during the installation (specifically, it was hard to remove the existing faucet) but he patiently worked through it for over an hour, and even went back to his place to get a special saw to completely get rid of it.
He was communicative throughout the installation process and did a very high-quality job.
Would love to hire him for any other job in the future.

There was a leak near our meter. United plumbing provided same day service for a very reasonable cost.  The technician was very professional. Highly recommended!

Loved working with Ben. He was very professional and offered great advice / help. He completed the tasks doing quality work in a short time. We have a small baby and he was very respectful in staying quiet while working. I highly recommend Ben and will hire him again in the future for any task my home needs!

We weren't getting heat to half of our house and so we made a call. Ronnie came out and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He told us the root cause, told us he could fix it then and there, and gave us a (reasonable) estimate. He did the work very quickly, cleaned up after himself, and the fix worked like a charm!

The overall experience was great -- Ronnie was super nice, efficient and professional. I'll definitely use this company again!

Had to call them twice in the last week for different problems, one more urgent than the other.  Called Friday night before Easter and they called me back Sat morning and everything was fixed by noon that day.
The next time I called, it took a couple of days, but it was not urgent.  When they got here, he determined that there was nothing wrong-no leak.  Also no charge!!!

Alansi's Plumbing is about as good as it gets. I have worked with several contractors and none compare to Yehia and his team. He decomissioned an old boiler for us and installed new gas lines for our furnace, as well as, installed gas lines for a gas fireplace. Alansi's Plumbing nailed every part of the job:

- Prompt with scheduling and delivering an estimate
- Showed up on time, every single day. Wore masks, shoe covers, etc.
- Communicated any changes in the job, helped problem solve with me to find the best solution
- Created a clean work environment and left the workspace clean every day
- HIGH QUALITY work. When I show people the finished job, they say the work looks awesome (who says that about gas lines?)
- Great, friendly team, and best of all fair pricing. Alansi's wasn't the cheapest but for the quality it was well worth it.

Overall a great and honest plumber. Would hire again in a second.

Have used these guys several times. They are top notch and go above and beyond. They have sadly also been the victims of ongoing unchecked property crime in Oakland but keep a head up and provide excellent service regardless.

We just had our sewer lateral  in north Oakland replaced by Advanced Trenchless, fortunately free due to a pilot project of EBMUD.  I dealt with foreman Jordan Bailey, son of the founder and brother of the current owner, for scheduling, execution, and fixing a minor problem afterward.  I found him and the whole operation extremely professional, efficient, competent and easy to work with.  He was consistently on time, did everything he said they'd do, explained it all first, and made sure everything was clean and I was happy when they left.  It was a one-day job, which I liked, and they made short work of wrestling a 60-ft pipe into my side yard without trashing any plants or vegetables.  

During the digging, a laborer accidentally cut a wire that shouldn't really have been in the ground not in conduit; they showed it to me and put it back together, with all of us thinking no harm done.  When that turned out to be a phone cable that ran an extension that was suddenly dead after the sewer job, I called Jordan, who came over the next AM, dug it up, fixed it in a flash so that dial tone was restored, and sent me a bunch of color photos of the repair and the warning tape they put in for the next diggers to find.  I was a happy camper, and would definitely recommend this company.  The only thing I don't know is how competitive their prices are, since my job was at no cost to me, but on every other count my experience was that they are an efficient and well-run company of nice people.

We are very satisfied with the bath faucet replacement done today. They also changed the shower washers as well. They came early and worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up the area. Very cordial as well. I'm very happy with their work.

Quick fix, they were professional, clean and courteous.  A little pricey but competitive.

Ken is top shelf ... no bs and delivered all my plumbing needs.  This included fixing refrigerator leak, built new drywall for adapter for refrigerator.  New pipes replacing old 30 year old pipes that was full of rust and junk.  Other plumbers just roto rotor the pipe providing a half baked solution.

Will come back to Ken fir all my plumbing needs in future!
