Jake was great. He came to look at a couple of problem faucets. Fix one and replaced the other.  Gave me options and recommendations. He went and bought new faucet and then installed it. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Our home suffered a partial blackout.  1/2 the house had power and the other half did not.  We had called 2 other electricians and left multiple messages over a period of about two weeks.  Never did get a response.  By the way, those two other electricians are on this site.  So we finally called this gentleman and got a phone response within a few minutes.  He showed up in the afternoon as he had stated and began troubleshooting the problem.  Within a very short time he found the problem.  It was a PG&E problem and he instructed us to call them, which we did.  PG&E responded and before 6:00 Pm that day our Power was fully restored.  The wife was ecstatic that we had power again.  Our surprise came when this electrician called later that evening to see if we had power restored.  It was the most courteous callback we ever received.  Could not be happier with the results.  I highly recommend this gentleman.  I saw this episode as a Divine Intervention.

Was looking for someone to help with some projects around the house and could not be more pleased with the customer service and quality of work. Highly recommend.

He was quick to provide a quote and flexible enough to add a couple extra projects in as our needs grew. Ben was great!  I gave him a call in the morning for a quote,  he was able to schedule me in the same day and come out in the afternoon.  I had two tasks that I needed help with:  fixing a spigot and moving the washer and dryer out so I could clean underneath as we had an overflow issue.  He was polite, efficient and professional.  In just under two hours everything was done.  Ben was an absolute perfectionist. He made sure to test out the washer/ dryer after he reconnected both. He noticed that the washer was shaking a lot during the extraction process.  So he took extra time to level and make sure everything was in good order.

Will definitely be reaching back out for any future projects!

We called Ongaro & Sons to install a new wall heater in an apartment we own in San Rafael.  Overall, we found them to be very professional.  Their prices were competitive, they had great follow-thru and they completed the job in a very timely & orderly manner.  Their office staff was also very friendly and courteous.  We highly recommend them for any HVAC project you may have!

Ted assembled and installed some items I was replacing in my home. One of them was a complicated assembly and he did a great job with it. I'm pleased with his work and will call on him again.

The contractor that worked on our kitchen messed up one section of our undercabinet lighting, and he never came back to fix it.  Enter Andrei at AVS Electric to save the day!  We got his name from Gary at KitchenSync who provided our cabinets (another great vendor!), and Andrei was professional and conscientious.  We had an appointment and he had to cancel because of jury duty, but when he was released early, he called immediately and said he was available to come to our house.  We were impressed!  He had to come twice because he needed another part to complete the job, but not only did he make the light work again, he even went above and beyond and made sure it wouldn't go out in the future.  We wish we had found AVS earlier, but now he'll definitely be someone we call for both big and small jobs!

Noah completed a service call today to trouble shoot a problem with the thermostat for our electric wall heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Because he is still researching the problem and looking for the part for a very old
system, he did not charge for the visit and will get back to me soon. Previously, I had an electrician come out who did not resolve the issue but charged me. I have total confidence that Pacific Coast Electricians will be able to resolve this and are ethical and reliable.

It was a pleasure to work with Joe from Divine Electric. He answered all our questions and gave practical advice. He is professional, friendly and helpful. We would definitely work with him again.
