I wanted to take the opportunity to say how much I appreciate Ron forgetting back to me concerning a  Plumbing issue I was having. They were very busy, but one thing that I do appreciate it that they took the time to let me know,  Although at this time our schedules couldn't mesh.  Thank you for your consideration.  I will keep you in mind for my next project.

My contact with Mr Rooter was only incidental, but no less unfortunate. My neigbor did use them on one occasion, and seemed to be satisfied with their work. Unfortunately, however, in the process of doing that work they damaged my antique Volkswagen, ripping out the handbrake cables and denting my fender, while trying to move the car. Thus far they have refused to compensate me in the slightest, and have refused any responsibility. I thank Yelp for letting me speak up about it in public.

Shockingly good service. Timely, communicated well throughout and were just great guys to work with.

Came the next morning after I called. Had to order my parts and installed the same day they received them.

Recommended and installed necessary additional components to reduce the chance of failure in the future.

I called On Call at 3:00p on a Saturday due to a broken drain line in my bathroom sink... he arrived less than 45 min later and gave me an estimate of 245 because there was some significant work to disassemble my old sink and get in to replace the piping... took a fair bit longer than he hoped to get it done but everything works perfectly!
He actually had trouble getting the sink basin back on level and ended up coming back Monday at my request to try to adjust it and got it all back to perfect without charging me a dime over the original 245 estimate!

I've used Luis several years back for draining issues. He told me the issues and got straight to the point of what I needed to do now and what can be delayed for later. Fast forward to 2020 and the issues i delayed came back and Luis was able to fix it within hours. I highly recommend Luis, he has two decades of experience, his prices are very competitive and he explains everything to you. Most plumbers will tell you everything cannot be delayed and give an outrageous price for the repair and you'll need to waste time negotiating or looking for another plumber.

Bedr is super responsive and professional. I should have called a lot sooner!!  I had been procrastinating a bunch of small projects for months thinking that I was going to DIY them, but I finally stopped the madness and called!  It took less than 1 hour to hang 2 floating shelves, photos that had been laying around forever, and 4 spice racks in my kitchen !! He came prepared with all the tools and knew what he was doing.  He even checked out my annoying toilet that was constantly running and showed me the problem so I could fix it myself if it happened in the future. Looking forward to working with him on all my future handyman projects.  Thank you!!

Honestly, I still shudder whenever I see our floor heater they repaired back in 2006.  It costs us a lot of dough and even they made an error they acted like they've never seen this problem before.  These two guys claimed they've worked with floor heater for over 20 years.

To make long story short, the new and very common industry standard floor heater now has a child-proof mechanism built into it (I did some researching) and these guys did not know what to do with it.  Right. After coughing up over $200 just to get them to play around with it.  It still never worked.  So, I took it over when they left and actually got it fixed (by bending a metal contact that keeps the child-proof device off).  I then asked for a refund ~ you guessed it, they refused.  All in all, they are a joke and go out of way to bleed us by charging hourly their so-called expertise.  Turns out our neighborhood here also have had bad experience with them.

Now, if I can move on after venting this out of my system!  Whew!!

I've called Chung Wah several times over the last few years for various household plumbing jobs and been extremely pleased with the quality of their service and their prices.  They get here as quickly as they can, they're efficient and they make every effort to keep the cost of the job as low as possible.  I'm very impressed!  I feel very lucky to have them close by in the Richmond District.

Very Attentive! It's not easy in this crazy SF market to find trades people who listen to what you need and give you a fair price. David and Saul did just that.

Because of this we've been able to, with permits, use half of our garage space of our 110 year old house to make a bathroom, an office, and a laundry room. It wasn't easy.  David and Saul and were helpful throughout the whole process and made sure the plumbing was done right. They were always a phone call away if we had any questions.

Just bought a house and needed some quick work done in order to pass  an inspection. Edgar was the only one to answer my call and was able to show up the next business day. He got the work done and it looked great. I know who I will be calling up next time I need any plumbing work done!

Zayah was on time, knowledgeable, asked enough questions to make sure we were on the same page, but was unobtrusive and efficient. He diagnosed Missi ng parts we needed, took a quick trip to the store in my behalf, and replaced our disposal/repaired some broken sink plumbing quickly and cleanly. Strong recommend!

I have called wizard a few times for various plumbing issues and they are very good. I called them to go to my parents house in San Carlos one time and they were super nice, got the job done, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. The other times I called them were for my house and an apartment I own.

Always show up, never seem to disappoint and do a great job. Not to mention very clean (that always helps when dealing with plumbing issues!)

Toilet backed up sunday night and spend couple of hours talking to many shady 24hour service plumber decide to wait until Monday morning to call Alansi's was the best decision.  Alansi's plumber is very professional and help me clear the block toilet and extend the chain in the tank for better flush and he also quickly fixed my dishwasher clog .
They have really reasonable price, no need to check around.
Will be using them from now on.

We were surprised by a plumbing need late afternoon on a Sunday and Oakland Rooter answered the phone immediately and were able to be at our condo within the hour. They did a great job, cleared out our backed up shower drain, and were out in under a half hour. I luckily have not had these kinds of problems many times in the past so I have no idea the going rate is for a plumber, but for how fast, kind, and effective they were especially on a weekend, my husband and I were more than happy to pay their fee. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with Advanced Trenchless.  Showed up on time, video'ed my pipe, told be exactly what needed fixing (root intrusion on either end of a 5' section of pipe right under my front yard).   Gave me an estimate on fixing it without even trying to bill me for the inspection.  A few days later I decided to sign up for the service as outlined.

They showed up at 8:00am sharp on repair day, and had it done and looking great by the end of the day.  Even did their best to restore the rock layer on top and replaced the ornamental stones that had been moved to access the pipe.  Great job. guys.

New to the City and called Heise's Plumbing to fix a leak under my sink. Ryan showed up, very professional, good attitude and extremely polite. He knowns his stuff better than any plumber I've used in my home town for sure. He cleaned up after himself and answered any questions I had. I HIGHLY recommend calling Ryan if you want a professional job well done.

Frank helped me re-configure my faucet bibs for installing a washer/dryer in a very small closet. When I changed my mind about the way they should face, he was kind enough to come back out & change it for me. 5 Stars for patience alone!

Kenny had completed 3 jobs in one day: replaced 2 bathroom faucets and cleaned clogged dishwasher drain.
