Best Gas Water Heater Installat… in San Francisco CA
Our home is 2 1/2 years old. Our shower started to have a weird smell. We thought clogged but nope it wasn't. Constantly cleaned the drain with everything we can think of (apple cider vinegar, baking soda, etc). Wasn't working. Then it stopped smelling. But then, a gnat looking bug was found. And everyday for 3 days, these hugs were appearing. We contacted beastbay plumbing. They were prompt on response, same day estimate and with out issue, it was a same day fix. Johnny was great. He found the issue, fixed it and at a really great price! Thank you to Johnny and Beastbay for your excellent service.

The Good: Our hot water heater got flooded and needed to be moved and replaced. Mr Rooter gave us a reasonable estimate and came at the scheduled time to do the work. They did the work in a timely manner.
The Bad:
30 minutes after leaving, my wife goes into the basement where the hot water heater had just been replaced--and the basement is filled with gas! She calls the office, and the woman says: call Scott and let him know, and a leave a message if he does not answer... Really? They just left, the basement is filling with gas, and she tells the customer to call the plumber who had admittedly rushed off to another job, and to leave a message if he doesn't answer!
My wife calls me at work to let me know what is going on. I tell her to call PG&E immediately to have them come out. Then I call Mr Rooter's office and tell the woman she had better get someone over to our house ASAP. She managed to get a hold of someone and they showed up about 30 minutes later.
When they show up, they say, in effect: Yeah, we hand-tightened something and forgot to put a wrench on it before we left--should be okay now.
Are you serious? You hand-tightened a gas-line and then forgot to fully tighten it? It seems to me any plumber working on a job that involves gas lines has one priority above all others--make sure the gas is perfect, safe. Double-check it, etc.
If my wife had not gone down into the basement to do laundry, who knows what could've happened. PG&E then came and double-checked everything. It seemed okay, but they were the only reason I felt safe about the conclusion.
They never called back to reassure us or apologize. If I were the owner, I would fire the woman at the desk instantly for telling a customer to hunt down the plumber who left a gas line not properly tightened.
There's poor work, and then there are lackadaisical attitudes that could have had real life consequences.

I just love this team.. working through a major remodel with a very difficult GC and Stanley has been a lifesaver. Not only is their work top notch - they are also really ethical solid people that are a pleasure to work with. No drama, no fuss - just really solid work and communication.

Jeremy did an awesome job replacing our old disposal. He explained the issue (it was old and had rusted through) and provided us with a few different options for replacements. He luckily had all of the parts with him and was able to complete the job in about an hour, and showed us that everything was working well. He was on time, efficient, and professional; we would use Advanced Plumbing and Drain again and highly recommend Jeremy!

Joven came out on a Sunday in the rain to fix our drain which was overflowing into the garage. He came exactly when he said he'd be here (in an hour), was very courteous and had reasonable rates. Thanks so much On-Call Plumbing and Rooter! I will definitely call again the next time I need plumbing services!

We had Excalibur do a complete repiping job on our home in Alameda. They filed for the permits and got to work within a few days to do the work. They showed up on time with a good sized crew and worked though to the evening. All of the major work was completed in that first phase and it was done professionally and efficiently. They will return in a few days, after some other work is complete, to do the finishing touches. Their communication has been excellent and we've been nothing but impressed with their work.

I noticed my hot water heater overflowing this morning and freaked out because I've never dealt with anything like this before as a homeowner. My neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Five Star Plumbing.
Brian came out and took on the crazy task of getting the old heater out of our spooky basement that is only accessible with a ladder. He did some rigging and problem-solved like a champ. He was super friendly and even fixed the crazy door in the floor so it won't give anyone a concussion. It's unusual to find people who go above and beyond. I'm happy to now have a plumber to call if I need one.
The only thing that would have be great is if we could have gotten an estimate over the phone. I asked and they said we would get one when they got here, but I had to ask and was told that they should have given me one when I called. The website says you approve all prices before work starts. Pretty confusing.

Edgar has been out to my house four times in the last year: once to troubleshoot a toilet, once to fix a tenant-discovered leak while I was on vacation, once to install a dishwasher, and today to install a hot water heater. I'm a retired general contractor and have been around more than a fair share of incompetent tradespeople. This guy, Edgar, knows his shit. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. 5 stars all the way.

I requested a quote on Yelp and when the young lady Danielle responded she was nothing but kind, concern, and caring. She worked with me to make the appointment time work. When the repair person Ivan arrived he was professional, courteous, and made me laugh about what had been a stressful situation. This was a heater repair and it has been really cold recently so it was important to have the heater repaired. When he left I felt confident in the repair and he was actually more efficient than when PGE was here to light the heater. This company provided outstanding, good old fashion customer service. I would recommend giving this company a call for your heating needs. I will use Harry Clark Plumbing and Heating for my heating needs. Also if I have plumbing needs I will call them back. By the way my home is now warm and comfortable. Give them a call or request a quote on Yelp. I did and I'm happy. Thank You for outstanding customer service.

A sewer line clog led my laundry rinse cycle to empty into my bathroom via my toilet this week around 9:30am. Looking on Yelp, I called Wizard Plumbing and Drain. Unlike the other place I called before (recommendation from our real estate agent), they answered my phone call immediately and got someone scheduled to come to our house within a two hour window, two hours from when I called - pretty impressive! Steven showed up within the window they arranged and snaked the outdoor sewer drain and cleared up the problem in no time. It was super easy and fast and I appreciated how responsive they were. I recommend their services!

Timely, responsive, and most importantly honest: tech applied the easy and inexpensive repair solution rather than replacement. Recommended!

These guys are awesome! They did a great job at replacing a section of sewer line.

I've used Heise's for all kinds of work for over 10 years, and never been disappointed. For the most part, it's been remodeling related: running gas lines for new fireplaces, re-doing the plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and so on. They've always done excellent work: I've never had to call them back for anything. If you're looking for the cheapest plumber around, it may not be Heise's, but I'm a firm believer in doing the job once, and doing it right, and they've always done just that.

i had a bathroom sink that needed to be unclogged. Frank and Anthony were great with communication, and of course, the job itself was quick and seemed easy and routine for them. the experts always make it look easy; thanks.

Nothing like seeing mold streaming down the side of your new house! These guys arrived in a few hours, the only people available on a holiday weekend, and did a sewer replacement on a sunday morning! So grateful for the whole team, from phone operator to the men wielding shovels and hammers.

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day. Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with. He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed. I highly recommend him!
