His name is BROOKS  . Fast professional and reliable.  On time and all business.  I like that he didn't waste time with too much talking.  He did his job, settled up with my landlord and we said our goodbyes.  I would recommend him for your plumbing repairs.  I will use him  in the future.

When our water heater suddenly failed Steve Ferguson and his son came out on short notice and helped get us set up with a new water heater quickly and without any problems.

They have been a family owned and run business for years and signed on with the Mr. Rooter franchise for administration and marketing support. However they still keep the small business attention to their customers.

Advanced Plumbing and Drain were very responsive and helpful from the time I called through the plumber arrival and inspection. We requested some help with our water heater and they were happy to same-day inspection and free diagnostics. They showed up within the pre-specified time window and were able to diagnose and fix our issue within minutes. I offered to pay for the time, but they declined, which was super generous. I would not be hesitant to call them again whenever I have trouble.

Gavin was very quick to respond, arrived exactly on time, and he and his partner took great care of my home. I would highly recommend.

Greg ran a gas line in our home. What a professional and happy interaction. Garcia plumbing: (1) came to our home on time, (2) inspected the site quickly and expertly, (3) gave us a clear picture of what he'd need to do, (4) submitted a timely, reasonable bid, (actually much lower than the other bid we got), (5) showed up on time to do the work, (6) found a way to run the line without opening an extra hole in the wall, and (7) explained exactly what he did and showed us the final result after carefully cleaning any mess. I will not call any other plumber for whatever plumbing issue our house needs in the future!

We found an issue on a Sunday morning with and upstairs toilet causing gurgling in a downstairs toilet.  The downstairs toilet also would not flush properly.  Trying to plunge the downstairs toilet...result was having sewage back flow into that toilet!  Contacted Excalibur and received a reasonable ballpark estimate and an appointment for two hours later.  Felix showed up on time and quickly assessed the issue.  After rooting the main line clean out, the problem still persisted.  Running a camera into the main line, Felix found the clog in a branch line.  Between driving the camera and the snake he was able to work the snake up into the branch with the clog and made quick work of it.  Would definitely recommend!

This review is long overdue. The only thing I can say is, thank goodness Edgar was faster at providing excellent service than I was at writing this review.

The night before Thanksgiving, with tons of food being prepared and lots of garbage to dispose of, I realized that our existing garbage disposal (the Ace Hardware brand - don't buy one) was leaking badly into the cabinet under the sink. Edgar returned my call almost immediately and was standing in my kitchen within an hour. He diagnosed a ruptured chamber in the disposal, and provided a perfectly reasonable free estimate for replacement and installation. He headed out to the hardware store on the one of the worst traffic nights of the year, came back with an In-Sink-Erator unit and efficiently completed the installation. The bill was actually LESS than his estimate, despite the amount of time he had spent in traffic.

I needed someone to come check out my sewer line yesterday, with a camera, to see where it went under my property.  He was efficient, professional, personable, and quickly satisfied my need to know if planned demolition would endanger my sewer line.  He found that there was no issue for worry, and didn't even charge me for this initial check, since it didn't need any official report or attention.

I will definitely call him in the future for any and all sewer issues and happily pay his fair rate.  And, I'd like to recommend him for any of your sewer needs now!  You won't be sorry...give him a call.

I called Harry Clark for a 2nd bid on my lateral sewer break which was in the roadway. Brad, the owner, came out. I knew I would be spending several thousand dollars and wanted to look at the price carefully. I had called the City to inform myself about permits and learned that the City's two permits were $650, down from $800 as of July 1. I later learned from Harry Clark's receptionist that the EBMUD permit was $150. Brad began by telling me the price was the price and it had no components. When I balked at this he added that the permits alone were $1300. When I told him what I knew he became defensive, angry that I might be questioning his honesty. That I most decidedly do now. When I interjected a further difference between what he was telling me was the cost and what I knew to be true he called me an asshole and stalked off saying I hope you pay $8000 for your sewer repair. Harry Clark making friends in the neighborhood! I strongly suggest when hiring these folks to examine their permit charges closely!!

Jac was very helpful ,professional, and courteous.  She returned my call to her, which was on a Sunday (rare, indeed), and was willing to fix my garbage disposal the next day.  When she did come a few days later, she was able to save me over $100 on the purchase of a new disposal by fixing the one I had.  She took the time to show me what she was doing in case I needed to do some basic fixing later.  She was really sweet with my 11 month-old twins too!  Thanks, Jac!

The line/pipe for my kitchen sink was clogged.  I called on a Saturday and Joe was super responsive.  They got someone out within 1-1.5 hours.  Almaz came out and did a thorough job on clearing the pipes and explained what happened.  He even check my water pressure and hardness test.  This place is going in my bookmarks.

Our kitchen faucet finally wore out (in dramatic fashion with water spraying everywhere when turned on), so I called Wizard on a Monday morning. I explained to their scheduler that I would like a new faucet installed if their estimate was reasonable.  I was able to schedule an estimate for that afternoon.  Johnny and Alex stopped by during the appointed time frame, and as it turns out I was out of the house on a quick errand.  Johnny called my cell and agreed to wait 15 minutes until I returned home.  That is pretty cool already.  I had picked up a new faucet that morning with a motion sensor (very fun and functional).  Johnny and Alex replaced the old faucet within an hour, price was VERY reasonable, and they couldn't have been more pleasant.  And the faucet and motion sensor work like a charm.  Highly recommended.

I had a very simple, but annoying problem with a locked-up single lever shower valve. I called Alansi's late in the day, and Jasmine from the office took my information, then 30 minutes later Moe, the plumber called to ask what the issue was. I was able to give him the make and age of the shower valve (from 10 years ago). He arrived the next morning first thing with a replacement (he researched it - the original was discontinued) and he was here less than an hour carefully replacing it. The old valve was definitely broken. He was expert at trimming out some tile around the old valve, replacing the valve with the new one, and was professional and friendly throughout. The bill was exactly what he predicted it would be the evening before, and of course he was careful to explain then that it was an estimate that might change once he got into the job. I'm grateful for Moe and Jasmine and having a new go-to plumber for all my needs!
