Best System Maintenance in San Diego CA

Good communication and Vincent arrived right when he said he would,  which is greatly appreciated. He was able to resolve all three of my concerns and the price was reasonable.

I discovered a pipe leaking tonight (Sunday) around 5:30PM. I called my regular plumber first, but they don't do weekends. Ideal was suggest by my Real Estate agent. The answering service was able to put me through to someone at the company while I was on the line and a technician was sent right away. The technician had just returned home from another call and had to drive about 40 minutes to my home. When the technician arrived he got the pipe clamped quickly. There is still work to be done, but Ideal got the urgent issue resolved so I didn't have to worry anymore. Ideal will be my go to for plumbing now.
I apologize that I cannot recall the names of the people I spoke to.  They were all very nice and professional and extremely CALM considering the emergency that was underway at my home.

I would never use this person for plumbing! He is crude & unprofessional.

When driving on the freeway, he was in the right lane (slow lane out of 2 lanes only) on the I8 freeway & I was in the left lane (the fast lane) I was going faster than the slow lane as it was a little backup up. He was in between 2 slower trucks. I saw him put his blinker on to come over & then slightly swerve to come over (looking as if he wanted to get out from in between the 2 slow trucks), so I stepped slightly on my breaks to allow him to come over, as he was pretty close to me coming up, but then he all of a sudden swerved back into his lane as if he saw me & didn't want to cut me off since I was going faster (as with all the other cars in my lane- I was going with the traffic). I thought he was being thoughtful to not cut me off, which I appreciated so I didn't have to slam on my breaks, so therefore I continued going, thinking he was just being considerate.

Boy was I wrong! He proceeded to come into the fast lane behind me right when I passed speeding up on me aggressively & flipping me off for a good 10 seconds, continuing to ride me until we both got off on the same exit.

I was scared thinking he was going to run me off the road or follow me home. He was extremely crude & unprofessional & very aggressive on the freeway. If someone acts like this on the freeway I would never let him in my house. I could only imagine what he would do.

Fast and reliable service! I called to ask about how much money I would save from switching from buying water bottle packs to water purification systems. They gave me a quote on and said I would save hundreds of dollars a year. I've always wanted a water purification system for a while now and I'm glad I called this company. Would recommend to a friend. Thanks again!

Here is another review for a high end shower they installed.

I bought a new house last year and while we LOVE the house, we didn't really like the Moen shower head fixture in the Master bathroom.  It was a normal shower head and the water pressure wasn't anything to write home about.  

In high end hotels that we've stayed at, we've always enjoyed the Hans Grohe rainfall shower from above with the secondary shower head in case you wanted to use a hand shower.   A very quality product that we've always had strong water pressure with.

I called around to a few of the AngiesList providers that were highly rated and one of the bathroom renovation places said their sister company Plumbing Plus normally handled this type of fixture.   I came on the website and read the great reviews so I called them.

They arranged to come out the following day and I was pleasantly surprised to get the owner, Mike out himself.  He took some measurements and he said he would call back the same day with a quote.   Sure enough, that same day he called and emailed me a quote.  

I showed him a photo of the model that I wanted and he had to special order it.  He gave a 10% Angie's List discount which I appreciated.

The work was a bigger job than I realized.  It consisted of not only removing the old shower head but also they had to cut out part of the wall in our Master bedroom that was on the opposite side of the shower.  We not only wanted to change out the fixture but I also wanted to be able to use both the hand wand shower piece and the rainfall shower together if I wanted and I had to order another part for that.

The total price included the parts, labor and also they sent someone else out the same day of the installation to do the drywall repair with texture. The only thing that wasn't included was repainting the wall but I easily did that.

Randy that came out to do the installation was VERY friendly and knowledgable.  He mentioned he has been with the company for 16 years.  That was a good feeling.  He also kept me in the loop the entire process.  He was very careful and although the job was a bigger mess than I realized as they had to cut part of the marble in the shower which produced a fine mist of dust.  

Randy was very polite and although we told him he didn't need to clean up and we could have our maid clean it.  He insisted on at least cleaning up which we felt was great.  

The only minor glitch is that the hole where the old shower head was, Mike told us that the new Hans Grohe rainfall shower head would be in front of it but it was a different configuration than he planned.  So we had a very small hole in the marble.

Randy offered several options including installing a new piece of marble (we had extra marble tiles from when it was renovated before), or just installing a small round chrome piece in the marble that was flush.  It's hardly noticeably and we don't mind at all.   We know the company wasn't at fault so it wasn't a big deal.  

Randy came out today and installed the cover.   It looks great.  

Most people won't spend this kind of money on a shower head but we felt it was worth it on something you use every single day (actually we use it twice a day).  It was well worth it.  We've had a chance to use it a week now and we really love it.   Randy did a great job installing it.   He mentioned when he was installing it that he never installed this particular model before but he did a great job!

Definitely I'd highly recommend this company and in fact, I had Randy take some measurements for some bathroom counters as I'm interested in changing out the tiles for Carrera Marble counters and changing out and upgrading the Moen fixtures that were here when we bought it.

Kelley is fantastic!  Very responsive to emails, showed up when she was scheduled, and did a great job installing a new rectangular shower curtain rod over a claw foot tub. Very nice person with fair prices.  I highly recommend her!

Overall great company and service. Comprehensive evaluation and thoughtful complete repairs. Good communication and documentation. Fair price especially for the expert consultation.

Minus 1 star for stepping on our brand new plants, leaving minor debris in our yard, and not putting furniture back in place after moving them. So close to 5 stars, but the small things matter.

I called Pacific Drain just after 9 a.m. because I had a clogged kitchen sink. Ed was here within an hour. Awesome!!! He was very friendly and fixed it pretty fast. He also gave me a 30 day guarantee, how cool is that. I would definitely recommend this place. They respond quick and do a great job!!!

These guys are a god send and a life saver. We were unfortunate enough to have 2 independent water leakages on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. And both times Dwayne from Pristine Plumbing was our go-to guy.

He worked on the plumbing with a smile on his face even though it was the holidays. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and polite.

Using SDG&E's System Assessment & Improvement program, I was assigned to THA Heating & Air to perform the service. This is not a free service. I scheduled the work to be done and THA missed the appointment completely. When I called towards the end of the appointment window, the operator said the technician was held up and wouldn't make it. Half of my day blown waiting for them during a weekday, but hey... it was during one of the heat waves, so I let it slide. Any business can make a mistake.

2nd appointment. Same thing. Again, they didn't show up or bother to call. I finally called the company and they said the technician couldn't make it. They said call back the next day to reschedule an appointment.

3rd appointment, they said they couldn't schedule it and would call back when they had an availability. No call for a week.

Called again and no one answered the phone for the afternoon.

Requested another contractor through SDG&E. They can't connect me with another contractor, so they called the president at THA. President responded to them, He should call and schedule appointment.

Well if it were only that simple.

Great service! Came out for an emergency leak promptly and fixed it, afterwards the plumber gave a free inspection of the rest of the house plumbing.

Rayne water has been delivering to my facility as long as I worked there. The delivery driver Adam is awesome! That guy is always quick and pleasant to talk to. He always has something witty to say and is happy to answer questions. Great company

I needed a water heater replaced. The old one stood up for a very long time but showed signs of aging along with the plumbing.  I have seen two different types of water heaters that Chris had already put it.  He's good, what can I say.  Professional and neat and his work is very detailed.  In addition, you trust his word right from the beginning.  Oh yeah, he's my plumber for the rest of our lives.  Great job!  Kudos!  I wish you the best in your business.

Jay and Cody were great! I called at 10am and they were there by 12:30 same day appointment! They pulled the toilet within 20 minutes and hey were super friendly and quick. Very cool guys highly recommend they're service!

I had a Leak in my home and somebody recommended Fitzgerald Plumbing to me and let me tell you I couldn't be more happy that they did because Thomas the owner came out himself and explained the process and prices and they were way better pricing than I have gotten from other plumbing company's and you can tell Thomas CARES about his customers unlike other companies I have used before.

How many plumbers call you to come out earlier than originally scheduled? Anderson did and they sent an excellent service tech too. Showed up on time, did the preventative maintenance work as promised in my VIP program. Loren was friendly and offered info and tips I was not aware of. Turned out to be a great visit.  This is the fourth time I've had Anderson out to do work at my home including a full replacement of my a/c compressor and evaporator, cleaned out the residue in my hot water heater and performed preventative maintenance on the main sewer line and the HVAC system. Better service that what I've been able to get locally. Their VIP program is really worth it.

Ms. Anderson lives on my street and drives by my house everyday, so that is why I picked her company.  I found out the worker charged me twice the costs to repair a leaky shower.  Also quoted me $9,500 to install a gas tankless water heater, got a done for $4,500 with a better tankless water heater with longer warranties.  The Anderson worker said he'd have to run a new gas line about 40', but that wasn't even necessary?

My house has really bad plumbing and I have to rely on a good plumber every couple of months. Thus, I have tried many. But, I am now staying with this particular Guy.
