Best System Maintenance in San Diego CA

Ray came by from CSR Plumbing today to scope 2 sewers for me back to back.  He was super friendly and showed me exactly what he was doing and explained everything.  He drew me diagrams to explain the turns in the sewer pipes.  And he recorded a video that I get to keep and download from Dropbox!  It was $200 per sewer and he gave me a $25 discount for doing both jobs back to back.  He also came in and looked at my toilets because we could tell one was leaking from doing the scope.  He explained what was causing the leak and how I cold fix it myself.  Thanks Ray!

IDEAL put in my original AC/Furnace. They did a great job. After having the AC for about 10 years, there have been some problems as to be expected. I have tried to call them for repairs considering they installed my original unit however the price to come out is outrageous!!!  My AC went out on the hottest day of the year, they said to come out on a Saturday it would cost 200.00 which is there overtime rate and another 300.00 to just diagnose it! I found another company  on YELP who did it for 90.00 and came out on a Saturday. If you need that companies number let me know! IDEAL repair costs are ridiculous!

Clean water is essential for health and buying battled water for the whole family gets not only expensive but also inconvenient. I installed water purifying system in my first home in NJ a couple of years ago and got really spoiled having pure tasty water at home all the time so when I moved to San Diego I was looking for a company to install water purification system for my new home. My priorities in choosing any company is - great service, good price and a company I can trust to come into my home on a regular basis. My local family friends mentioned that they had great experience with WPS and I called them up. The service was great, the guys came on time, explained everything to me and gave a very good price. I was pleasantly surprised and now refer Water Purification Systems to my friends myself. Highly recommend installing a system like that in the first place for health reasons and to save money and Water Purification Systems for all the information, installation and service.

I'd like to acknowledge the outstanding customer service recently provided by Plumbing Plus.  Just under five years ago I hired them to replace a faulty water distribution manifold located in my master bathroom ceiling.  It recently began to leak at one of the connection points and caused quite a bit of water damage to the ceiling and walls.  To their credit and even though it was well outside of warranty, the owner, Michael, without any prompting immediately sent a crew to fix the leak, then sent contractors from a water damage company, and a drywall contractor to repair the damage.  Michael personally called me, and the contractors he used were extremely professional.  Even though I hoped they would take care of it even out of warranty, I'm very glad that Michael didn't think twice about it and put customer service above the contract...the type that will keep me coming back.  Thanks Michael.

I contacted Kelley to adjust my front door after my failed attempts to get the door to close properly and $300+ in police false alarm fines.  I live near a canyon and need to have my doors adjusted every few years.  The last handyperson took a shortcut and sanded the thresholds without fixing the issue.  Kelley took the time to shim the door hinges and adjust the latch.

The technician Erich (not sure of the spelling) did a thorough and excellent job inspecting the air and heating areas throughout my condo.  His courtesy, professionalism and knowledge was extremely helpful.  I highly recommend your company to my family, friends and co-workers.

PR & P just recently replaced a single hot water feed to one unit and now other units have a somewhat complex procedure to get the hot water on:
1. Turn on all hot water faucet on an wait.
2. Just wait for the hot water to come on.
3. Try listening to other unit using their hot water then immediately use your hot water unless it's the bathroom basin faucet which is almost completely useless in standalone.
Shawn was the one who replaced that single HW feed and although he came back out to see why the HW issue was he simply said basically he didn't know why? I emailed him that the HW situation is unacceptable but they simply don't care. The cost: $4100.00. Just completely unacceptable conditions of the hot water availability. Still poor hot water response time which has made bathroom basin no longer useable. Thanks for your outstanding repair to our building.

We decided to replace our water heater as it was 16 years old. I shopped around and went with Pristine Plumbing. I'm glad I did. Alex took his time and explained the difference between tankless, tank and heat pump heaters. We went with tankless. The team of Alex, Layon and Ryan worked quickly and professionally  to install the new tankless unit which demanded lots of detailed installation work. Alex explained everything as the work progressed. It works perfectly and looks great. The price was midrange but we were happy to have it done right with no issues. Alex even knew the rebate programs so we will get a combined $1600 back from SoCalGas and the Feds. Go with Alex at Pristine Plumbing and you won't be sorry.

Best advice, go somewhere else!

Learn how to set expectations. If your tech says they will call the office at the end of the visit, then DO that. Secretaries, dial the correct number, and be efficient about it (don't call the tenant, when the property manager is the one waiting for the report). Show up when you say  you are going to (not decide to show up 1.5 hours before the allotted time).

I was looking for a counter top, bottleless, water cooler (preferably alkaline), that I can pay month to month. I can't commit to a longer period because the space I am using it in is temporary.  I need 3- 6 months or more.

The rep that I was talking to told me that I'd have to sign up for at least12 months and that I won't find any company to rent to me, month to month, because their sales people wouldn't get paid.  I took what he said in stride, but was pretty sure I could do better.

With a little more research online, I found exactly what I wanted.

These guys did great with replying to me quickly, but docking two stars for just not being helpful and giving incorrect information about the market in general.  I probably won't look at Rayne for a long term solution in the future.

Awesome company. Margeaux and Chris are really easy to work with. They are prompt and professional. They're pricing is fair and their work is well done. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone who needs anything related to plumbing work done.

Ryan is great!! I called two other plumbers before him. No one was able to come in today. But Ryan showed up within 20-30mins.   Very professional got the job done within 20min. Definitely calling him next time!!

I called for an estimate and the company sent Manny and Oscar out and they explain everything in details. I would call on them again.
The receptionist was very kind. Overall I had a good experience with Canyon Hills Plumbing.

I had Thomas (the owner of Fitzgerald Plumbing) replace an old water heater at our house. There were some complications but none of them were problems for Thomas. He explained my options, gave me the cost and benefits of each option, And then did the install all in one afternoon. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise and professionalism. I will be calling Fitzgerald's for all of my plumbing needs!

I can't begin to say enough good things about Anderson's. We had a leaky water heater had another company out to give an estimate. I thought they were too expensive and was proven right by Anderson's. Jerry came out took a look at the water heater and gave a quick estimate. The nice thing about Anderson's is they don't nickel and dime with line by line costs. Everything is included in the price. This was great to hear as our water heater was very old and needed a lot to bring it back up to code. They even handle scheduling the inspection with the city.  Jerry arrived around 3 and was happy to start replacement right away. Everything was on the truck, what a great convenience!! Jerry was amazing informing us of his progress on a regular basis. He was very friendly and made us feel well informed and did not pressure us at all.  I am very happy with the work performed and would gladly recommend Anderson's and especially Jerry to all my family and friends.

I've had good experience with Powers for the last five years, but the last two visits were disappointing. There was miscommunication between the staff I spoke with over the phone and the plumbers (both times), and the plumbers were not able to fix what I feel should have been extremely basic problems.
