I had a technician come to our condo downtown and completely tried to sell me on additional services for a slow drain snake. Once I told the technician I was only interested in a simple snake job he quoted me $479 + $134 for some additional service fee. I told him their company was taking advantage of people with predatory pricing levels. I reluctantly paid the $79 service fee and told them I wouldn't do business with them or recommend this company. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Bad business practices by this company

Ehsan was  very professional   explained all  the steps he would try to get the spring loader  out of the toilet. He also went over the cost. Ehsan was done in  about 30 mins. He very nice and courtesy. I will definitely  be using Elite Rooter again

Touchdown Plumbing has now become our go-to plumbers! Our family found Rich and his team through Yelp and couldn't have been more pleased. We had worked with previous companies in the past and recently had an emergency where the other company was unavailable. I called Rich and he was able to come out same day by squeezing us in between appts to help us out. Since that appt, we've used them 2 more times since and been happy with each experience. Rich is professional, reliable and communicates throughout the process which is extremely important to me. His prices are definitely fair as well! We will continue to use his company in the future!

Had a pipe clogged in our guest bathroom right before the holiday a couple weeks ago and we had family coming into town the next day. We panicked a bit but luckily we were able to request a service visit from E-Drains and they did not disappoint. A technician was at our place within a couple hours and was able to clear the pipes without much trouble at all, and at a much lower price than we were expecting. My wife and I always expect the worse for emergency requests, especially around the holidays, so we were pleasantly surprised that our bill lined up with what E-Drains promotes on its website. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the San Diego area!

First off I gotta say these guys are very friendly and respectful of their clients. The first thing they did was to lay down protection product to protect the floors.  Communication was key, they kept me informed each step of the way of them replacing the galvanized pipe with copper. Also had them replace and install 2 new toilets and kitchen faucet. They kept the area nice and tidy and were always punctual and engaging with us. Water pressure in the house was a problem they fixed and now it runs amazing. I highly recommend.

We needed to stack our dryer on top of the washing machine, several plumbers did not accept the job unless the dryer was already installed on top of the washer, so I considered hiring movers just to put the dryer in pace.
Nathan came and said yes right away, and the installation and piping was done in less than an hour (including a quick trip to home depot for the materials).
He has a very pleasant demeanor and a great attitude, I will absolutely call him back for any plumbing needs we may have in the future.

Jeff is one of the more honest plumbers around. No BS. Also he's an active member in the community unlike many businesses. Honesty and involvement. A great combination. I would highly recommend Jeff.

Heard some water in the wall & Called Pristine Plumbing.  They were able to come out same day and diagnose it was a slab leak.  Luckily we caught it early and they were able to repipe two pipes in the wall.  Chris Burbage was awesome!  Explained everything to us, gave us the options and we felt a very competitive & good price.  They also replaced a Garbage Disposal & cleared a bath tub & sink that was draining slow.  They were professional, clean, kept in communication about the job and timing and got the job done by 1pm the day they came to do the job and we were back in business! I would highly recommend this company. Have used them in the past and have always been happy with them!

SD ROOTER Co. was called to do plumbing at my residence. The worker was clean, quick, courteous, and highly professional. I would recommend using this local family owned business. If you want an expert repair or maintenance at a very reasonable price, this is the company to call.

Amir came in to my house at Otay Ranch a few days ago to fix an issue I was having with my AC. He was very informative, friendly and kind. We had a leaking copper pipe on my attic. Called BDP in the morning and they sent the tech to my home in 1 hour. It was on July 3rd, most companies were not working, but BDP had really fast reaction with my request.

Changed the 90 turn in 1 hour with good quality. I would like to give them 5 stars for this service.

I have used Genesis for the past two years for jobs big and small, from a complete removal and replacement of a tub shower to gas line rerouting and capping, to simple drain clogs. They are my go-to plumber for my apartment building. Carlos has been very responsive to any issues and I recommend him and Genesis without reservation.

I hired This company to replace two water heaters in my duplex a week ago.  I paid over two thousand dollars to get this done.  They told me they would install them up to code.   Turns out they only used one strap to bolt one heater to the wall.  Code is to use two straps per water heater.  I had to call them to get it fixed.  I would not use this company again.  Unbelievable shoddy and fraudulent work.

Nick and his team are great and professional, they clean my clients drainage then find some problem at 2 area, we accept their quote and schedule appointment to repair. They will take pictures and video sent to you to make sure you're on the same page. Will sure refer them to my clients again in the future!

Prince Charmin came to my rescue on Jan. 1, 2023. We had a sewage issue in our home just after midnight on New Year's day. Devin was the only person who was available on New Year's day with a very fair price on a holiday weekend. He arrived to my home the same day just a couple of hours after we spoke on the phone. He and his crew arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. He even had the foresight to contact a water damage restoration company on our behalf to be present as well after hearing that  sewage had flowed out of the bathroom into the adoining room. Calling a water restoration company was not even something I had even begun to consider with everything else that was going on at home. I greatly appreciate everything Devin and his crew did to get our home up and running again. Thank you!!
