Best Septic Tank Repair in San Diego CA

I had a water heater that had just started to leak. In response, I called and they were able to get someone sent out within the same day. I got it inspected, quoted, and quickly repaired. Now my hot water system works like a charm!

Manny is 5 star!!!! He sent me pictures and was extremely careful and clean! He did the job professionally. The following day he came back to the property as a follow up!

The toilet was leaking under the house emitting a foul order into the bathroom.  They came out, assessed the problem thsolution, gave me  an estimate.   They fixed it even quicker than they thought.   They were very professional. Very polite and attentive to my needs, explaining the procedure before they started working and as they progressed.  Ehsan and Matt did an outstanding job.  Cleaned and picked up the job site so I couldn't even tell they were ever there.

PART 1:
Because I've seen other reviews on here, I know that by leaving a negative review I am going to get a response back from them on here that turns this whole situation into E-drains being the victim somehow... BUT I feel like I need to share my experience of how this company tried to scam me to warn any future potential customers and maybe save someone from giving them their business. I don't like to leave bad reviews but sometimes they are necessary to make sure companies get held accountable.

On Nov 10th 2022, I sent out a request through Yelp for estimates for plumbing services and got a response from E-drains. They quoted me $485 for hydrojetting services with a camera inspection and was able to send Edy out to me within the next hour. I was very happy with the price, speed of their response and availability so booked this appointment slot. They also seemed to have good reviews when I glanced at their Yelp page. (Now that I have dug a little deeper I have seen the bad ones and suggest you all read those ones too!)

Edy was at my house for a total of 26 minutes. In those short 26 minutes, he ran his camera down my drain and said he discovered a collapsed pipe. I'll be the first to admit, I know nothing about plumbing, so I took his word for it as he is a hired plumber working for a licensed plumbing company.  He showed me on his monitor and he explained what he was showing me.

He then marked two spots in my driveway with flags and said it was a 15 foot collapsed pipe that needed to be replaced so he would have to tear up my driveway to get to the damaged pipe, replace the pipe then fix the driveway. He quoted me $3200 for the job. Since he was unable to complete the hydro jetting job, he said my total for the day would be 10% of the quoted $3200 total. I explained I wasn't the homeowner and couldn't get ahold of her at the moment and he said it was fine and to just pay that $320 now and I could just call him later. At this point, I should have just asked to pay for the camera services he provided... but I was so overwhelmed by how quickly everything was being thrown at me considering I thought I just had a clogged drain. And my plumbing issue that was going to cost $485 instantly increased to $3200. I gave him a check for the $320 and took my quote to give to the homeowner and he was on his way.

Unfortunately they never gave us an estimate, after coming out to view the scope of work in 2 bathrooms.

I called Perry Plumbing because of a broken water pipe 25 days ago. They are very slow and have no sense of urgency. Their charges are outrageously expensive. They had be over a barrel with a broken water pipe underground that was pouring out water. We were without water for 3 weeks off and on.They do not take responsibility for doing the job wrong. The collection manager was very aggressive and I felt harassed for payment before the job was even completed. I would never recommend them.

We had some plumbing work done by this company after we had a bad blockage from some roots crack the drain line. We couldn't figure out why we keep getting issues after buying a new house. The came in and snaked out the roots and we are as good as new.

We called Nathan at Plumbing 101 for a quote for installing 3 faucets for our new Corian countertops/sinks. We had him come today. Nathan is very pleasant, informative, and hardworking. He did a great job including a good cleanup, and we couldn't be happier with his work. He is our new go-to plumber. We recommend this hard working man to anyone needing his services!

We chose to work with Jeff n Carl's simply because they responded to our inquiry right away and they were accommodating to our schedule.  The work was done well and reasonably priced.

we have known Bob for years.  He is a great plumber.  If you need a big plumbing job, call Bob!

Couple of positives using this company.
First, call center and scheduler are spot on; polite phone mannerisms and continuous update on tech arrival.
Second, the technicians arrived in crisp, professional uniforms, were engaging and started work straight away. The value of the service was fair market rate; we recv'ed good value for services rendered.

This team came in and took care of a slow draining toilet problem I had. Other plumbers were quoting me $1000 just to replace a toilet, Sd Rooter Co did it for less. On top of that a root problem was discovered this was going to be a more expensive fix I didn't have the extra money they let me know they would do what they can do and by the end result I was majorly impressed. 5 stars would recommend

THA heating did a wonderful job in my home they went out of the way to solve my problem.

These guys are excellent. From my initial contact to performing services, everything was really easy. I originally called about extending a dryer gas line, Shaun came out for an estimate and to see what parts he would need. He ordered them and we scheduled the service for another day.

The day of service came Shaun arrived and did the requested work in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond by advising to replace some other older components as preventative maintenance, he had the parts on hand and did that as well which saved me a headache and another visit in the future. I really appreciated that. Then he helped install and test the dryer. I was super impressed with him and his work ethic. The quote was true to the final work cost as well which is always a good thing.

I highly recommend bdp services, I now I'll go back should I need any future work done

Alex does a great job. I've hired him for 4 different jobs now. He's always on time, professional, explains exactly what the problem is and options to fix it, and does a stand up job with the repair. He's my go-to guy for all plumbing issues!

Just started using Padilla plumbing..first water heater install was outstanding..we have 9 condos will use them again...second time having Ricardo Vasquez on property for repairs reason I'm leaving this he was  GREAT!

Our son's toilet base started leaking and we immediately called VIP.  Nick responded right away and set up an appointment for us.  We had Jesus Luna come by to fix our issue.  Jesus came on time, was pleasant, professional and left the work area very clean.  He didn't hesitate to answer any of the numerous questions I had.  He was service first!

Prince Charmin came to my rescue on Jan. 1, 2023. We had a sewage issue in our home just after midnight on New Year's day. Devin was the only person who was available on New Year's day with a very fair price on a holiday weekend. He arrived to my home the same day just a couple of hours after we spoke on the phone. He and his crew arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. He even had the foresight to contact a water damage restoration company on our behalf to be present as well after hearing that  sewage had flowed out of the bathroom into the adoining room. Calling a water restoration company was not even something I had even begun to consider with everything else that was going on at home.
