A bunch of professionals showed up at my house today to replace my kitchen faucet. From start to finish I received nothing less of excellent customer service. With so many choices on Yelp, businesses need to be competitive and have their best employees represent their business. People actually read reviews and base their decision on where to spend their money after reading them, I know I did. Justen and Ian were very thorough with the task at hand. I was texted prior to their arrival and they showed up within the time frame I was given. Justen was finished the job quickly and asked me if I had any questions or issues with anything else within the house. I felt no pressure to purchase the quote I was given, for free. I felt their pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them and will keep them in mind next time I have another plumbing problem. One quick note, Thank you for wearing shoe coverings!

Our remodel project turned in to a nightmare and had to bring in a plumber to replace some water values and hook back up the sink after our new cabinets were put in.

We are new to the area and I didn't know who to call. Found these guys on Yelp and I had a very similar experience to the other reviews. Manny was great to work with. We live in an HOA so he came out and gave a quote and we choose a day where we could give notice at the complex. He was here early and got the work done quick, right on estimate. I will be using them again in the future if I need other work done.

Absolutely hands down best service I've had from the beginning of setting the appointment to the completion of my repair. Worked with me and my work schedule easing my mind with a courtesy call that my technician Jerry would be at my house at 5pm. OMG he was there on time and very nice explained what he needed to do and began what was gonna be a fight to remove a very corroded shower fixture that probably had been there 20 years. He of course won the battle besides fixing my shower in my guest bathroom and making my day he did it in record time too! I highly recommend them as a single woman you hope that people won't try to take advantage of you I can totally say they believe in doing what's right and excel in customer service.

Ramon Torres was the best I've ever worked with. Extremely smart and very friendly. Didn't even need to bring any tools. Just came in and new exactly what to do. Will be recommending this company (and Ramon)!

Rich and Touchdown Plumbing have been to my new house several times in the past 3 months to fix hot water heater leaks, install drain for washing machine, fix Outside faucets and two water leaks in the irrigation system.  They are always professional, on time and do a great job.  My phenomenal realtor Patty Contreras uses Rich for all her homes and she referred him to me and I appreciate the great work his team does.

Ladies beware!

Called pic plumbing for a toilet install and it took them two several days to install. Granted some of the issue where not there fault like the city water but they took that opportunity to up sell their services. They dragged out the delays and suggested many more other services that were not needed to complete the job. I grew up with a family of certified plumbers and the on-site guy was trying tell me I needed this and that knowing damn well that was not needed to compete the job. Once he realized I know to much he than refused to complete the job and said that he would leave the cocking so I can finish the work. Wtf!

Ladies! Ladies! I can stress enough have a man present when contracting this company.

Super service from the knowledgeable, polite and friendly person who answered the phone when I first called,  to the courteous and professional customer service during their assessment and subsequent work- to the great communication from staff before and after our work was completed--- this is an all around top notch company. I have work with a lot of plumbing companies but the service level and politeness from this whole team puts them at the top of my list.

We had some plumbing work done by this company after we had a bad blockage from some roots crack the drain line. We couldn't figure out why we keep getting issues after buying a new house. The came in and snaked out the roots and we are as good as new.

Devin was quick to come out when we initially had a problem with a pipe leaking from the kitchen.  I was told that the work was guaranteed for 10 years.  When it started leaking a month later again, he came back out after I contacted him multiple times.  My new concrete floor had to be jackhammered up for the repairs and Devin suggested I go through the home insurance.  He said he would help me with the process.  I have now paid over $8,000 in repairs and testing.  He has yet to submit a plumbing report to insurance or send me a copy so I can work with insurance.  I know he is not the only one working with the company and I'm getting little cooperation since I paid him instead of waiting for insurance to send funds to pay him.  He claims the problem is that our adjuster wouldn't call him back and yet the reports that were asked for weeks ago hadn't been produced until today.  And by reports , what was sent was a few sentences in an invoice.  Lots of excuses.  Definitely a lesson learned on my part.  I would not recommend this company.

True professional people here... I called, explained my issue, and they sent a gentleman over within a few hours. He completed the repairs and was on his way. I was impressed at the speed in which they addressed my problem and the price that was quoted was fair. I would absolutely recommend this company and I will use them again if I need any further plumbing done. Thanks guys!!

We're replacing 20-year-old fixtures in our bathroom and kitchen. Very professional work, excellent cleanup, and Bob communicates progress and problems. I'd definitely recommend him.

Our upstairs kids bathroom had been clogged due to baby wipes my 2year old flushed a grip load of baby wipes at once (thought it was a toy for sure) my husband called pristine plumbing and right away responded they sent out Rey Torres he was so professional and gave me options on what we can have done to clear it out. He was so quick too. Also checked all our water pressure thought that was very nice of him!

A pipe sprung a leak coming from my up stairs bathroom flooding water through the ceiling and into cupboards into the kitchen. In my desperate moment a friend recommended Jesse and I couldn't be more pleased and grateful. He showed up within 45 minutes and did the repair. It was an awkward fix, a copper pipe behind metal brackets and other pipes. He is a true Craftsman and artist. He  cut new copper and fixed it, got everything put back together in no time. I would highly recommend him. He is polite, professional, very kind And extremely capable . He can fix any plumbing problem and will do it right. And he did it for a very fair price! Thank you so much Jesse For saving my day!

THA to the rescue! Last summer we had THA come out to fix our broken AC before the real summer heat kicked in. Now that it's starting to warm up again I am reminded of how thankful I am to have a functioning AC unit. I am just now getting around to writing my review, but it's been almost a year and we've had zero issues after THA came out, so there you go, the proof is in the pudding! Thank you THA for a job well done!

Great Service, Quick and Professional Response, and Reasonable pricing. BDP Service fixed main line leak and Water Pressure Valve, and they were available and fixed it very quickly and with reasonable price.

Carlos and Genesis Plumbing were extremely kind and professional.  It was wonderful working with them as they turned a large pipe replacement project into a one day affair, allowing us to get back into our home ASAP.  Clean up was great, pricing was fair, and above all, they were very open about what was going on, how long it would take, and updated us frequently as their timeline and outlook improved.  10/10 will call again.

Because of my day job, I know a lot about Field Service companies including HVAC and plumbing - everything from process, technology, dispatch and scheduling, communication, billing down to parts, pricing, and margin.

When you have a plumbing issue, you want it resolved correctly, quickly the first time. You want someone knowledgable who does the job right. You want someone who doesn't bilk you. I ran a timer for both visits and was charged the correct labor. No b.s. rounding or anything another user commented on.

I had two separate visits - one for a leak identified by a restoration company which was a simple P Trap replacement and another to help diagnose and fix a shower leak. It turned out a join above the valve leaked and the downpipe, and valve needed replacement.

The second item especially wasn't cheap but it wasn't any more expensive than anyone else I quoted with after 5 hours of labor and parts.

Over the course of these visits. Juan and Julio showed their professionalism, expertise and ability to do the job right. Juan even saved the tile he took out and broke the smallest amount possible to get the job done.

Padilla will not be the cheapest - their labor rate of $180 is very high - but you will get the work done well. Most plumbers these days bid whole jobs of these types so you may not insight into cost structure.

Make Padilla one of the calls if you are getting multiple quotes and at least that the know the work will be done right.

I just had hydo-jetting service completed on my Kitchen sink that had severe blockage due to build up grease over time. I had a another company come out the day before to unblock the drain and they failed miserably. I reached out to several other plumbing companies and VIP was one of the first ones to respond. Nick Chavez and Jorge both came out to hydro-jet the blockage. They were both very experienced and explained the process prior to starting.  Upon completion of their work, they utilized a camera system that they inserted into the pipes and showed me how clean it all got. They ran the camera all the way to the sewer line. There was no additional charge to show me the camera footage, which validated their impeccable work. After they completed the job, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Their price is also hard to beat. I called around other companies that had similar 5 stars and their pricing was almost 50% to 70% cheaper than others. Thanks again for the great service.
