Received their names from a friend that used them for a large project.  I just needed a water softener installed.  They were very courteous, on-time, and provided clear pricing ahead of time before coming.  Would definitely use them again.  Thanks! :)

Excellent customer service from the start. We had a whole house plumbing issue. They came out within an hour of calling them. Zen and Jacob found the problem Immediately. These guys were hard working and did great job.

What a delight it is to find a family owned small business that delivers outstanding service at a reasonable price.  The day after I contacted Logan (one of the owners - two brothers and their Mom) he had Roy here at 9:20.  Very nice young man who knows his business.  Completed all repairs in less than 90 minutes.  It is so nice to have water again!  I cannot recommend this business enough.  They are responsive, knowledgeable and charge a very fair price.  I guarantee you that if I need plumbing work in the future, these guys are who I am calling!!!

I've used this company for many years and always found them to be reliable. They give practical advice and are fairly priced. They've rescued me in many emergency situations and I highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time Bluefrog came to our rescue.  The first time we needed them, our shower sprung a leak and my husband had just gotten home from the hospital so he couldn't fix it himself.  This time, we sprung a leak under the house.  Both times, Bluefrog was quick to respond and this time they even sent a photo of the technician who'd be coming to our house before he arrived.  Mike provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done, offered to price match if we had gotten other bids and credited the service call.  We felt the pricing was fair so he called for a helper and they went straight to work.  They were both professional and thorough.  We'd wouldn't hesitate to call them again or refer them to a friend.

I'm not a fan of cold showers, so I made some calls and found a plumbing company I could trust. Parker and Sons plumbing was very affordable and punctual. The water heater replacement went very well and now I have hot water again. I highly recommend these plumbers as they care about their customers.

When we initially called the number, the receptionist was very polite and thorough when scheduling for somebody to come out and fix our leaky washer. David and Rigo echoed the good vibes we got from Marisol who initially answered our call, as they came to our home and got the job done. The craftsmanship was great, quick, fairly priced, and exactly what we needed (a couple of other plumbers came and band-aided the issue, but City Base Plumbing RESOLVED it.) Very happy customers, don't hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs you may have.

Did not receive what I paid for. Paid $1250 a week ago for a sewer map to file a claim with my insurance. They said I'd have the map within 2 hours. A week later, still no map, and I can't file on the foundation work that's cracked under my kitchen floor. I've called, texted and emailed, but no response. I am regretting I trusted them to do as promised.

I used A Snap Plumbing after I refused to allow my home warranty company to send Zeus Plumbing back to my home. If I could write a separate review for their office manager, Norma, I would. Norma is such a pleasant and competent person to work with. In an ideal world, every office manager would be like Norma. Initially my home warranty company refused to cover the repair, so I paid for the repair in cash (several hundred dollars). Norma worked with my warranty company FOR WEEKS, but she got them to recover the repair and A Snap Plumping reimbursed me. I won't be using a home warranty company anymore, but I will definitely use A Snap Plumbing.
