Excellent customer service from the start. We had a whole house plumbing issue. They came out within an hour of calling them. Zen and Jacob found the problem Immediately. These guys were hard working and did great job.

We have used Leago Plumbing for many years for various plumbing needs. I called Robert of Leago Plumbing on July 21 in the morning. He responded in the afternoon. I told him our water heater was not giving out hot water. He came to our house at 4:00 pm the same day. Robert figured our hot water intake was mostly completed turned off and that there was a block in the hose at the connection. He turned up the water intake and removed the blockage. And stayed to make sure it was working. We do not know anything about plumbing. He could have told us that we needed a new water heater. Leago plumbing and Robert have integrity and provide professional service. I highly recommend Leago Plumbing.

I had an emergency today when the water line to the refrigerator broke. I had never used these plumbers before but called them. They were very quick to respond. Matt wore a mask which is VERY important, and he also put on booties over his shoes which was respectful of the house. He fixed the problem within three minutes and stayed to make sure that it was thoroughly repaired. I will definitely call them for my plumbing needs!

This is the third time we've needed to call City Base Plumbing. They never fail to give us the best service. Hector not only fixed the shower leak, but replaced the plastic part with a sturdier brass one. Very impressive. Service price is reasonable. I was really happy with this company.  They were referred as part of my home warranty.  Of all the companies I've used through the warranty, this one was the best.  Both the office staff and technicians were very courteous and friendly.  They felt trustworthy and I was extremely happy with the hot water installations they did.  The work was clean and looked great.  I had one small scheduling issue, but when I called them they fixed it immediately and still came out the same day.  I liked them so much that I'm hanging on to their number and will plan on using them for future plumbing issues, even after my home warranty expires.
