Can I give this guy zero stars? Total scam and the same thing as Susan V. We had a home warranty, and he came by for $75 And said he'd be back. And multiple no returned phone calls later zero has been done. I'm currently fighting the charge on my credit card, we will see how that goes.

I'm writing this review because I do not want anyone else to go through the awful experience we did.

We had a horrible experience and I would highly advise you to NOT use DeVine Plumbing services. Mike is unprofessional and very difficult to work with.
SO MANY ISSUES, HERE ARE A FEW WE DEALT WITH:
No show, no call many days.
Service was poorly done, didn't solder the pipes correctly, the next contractor who assisted with the wall structure noticed that the plumbing was not done correctly. After 2 weeks of waiting, Mike came back to fix the pipe. He didn't do it right and the pipes leaked once again. We had to cut a hole into our newly constructed wall to fix the leak again. After calling and texting Mike, he ignored this request and we hired another plumber who was able to fix the issue (thank God) within MINUTES.

DeVine plumbing has caused us nothing but a headache and stress throughout the entire process, I have no idea how they can remain in business. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money with this business. It was a complete nightmare. Mike is dishonest and unreliable.

I only rated a ONE star because it didn't allow me to rate ZERO.

I would highly encourage the previous individuals who posted about getting connected with Devine through their Home Warranty company to let their insurance company know. #DeVineistheDevil

Mike was dispatched to our home for a broken hot water heater on Monday January 8th 2018. He informed us that a new part was needed and he had ordered it. He informed us that parts usually come in 2-3 days. Multiple phone calls (unanswered) and spotty communication. 14 DAYS LATER (January 22nd 2018) he arrives back at our home to inform us that he was given the wrong part and would need to order another. No apology, no accountability, and very unprofessional. 2 full weeks without hot/warm/luke warm water in -10 to 20 degree weather, and you can't even muster an apology for a 2 week delay due to your error? Shame on you. I've contacted American Home Shield and the Better Business Bureau. No one deserves to be scammed.

Hasn't even come out yet and the customer service is already poor. We have a home warranty on our home and unfortunately this is who they've chosen to displace. After finally getting in touch and speaking with the technician about what is going on (three separate leaks), he says he can't look at all three unless we call the hsa and have them add it on before he arrives. Go through the trouble of calling the hsa twice to try to add on the other two leaks, the first customer service lady adds toilet to the call in error Instead of indicating another pipe leak and after a second call to the hsa, customer service lady calls the technician and says he refuses to take the additional leaks because he already has an appointment scheduled. The same guy who told us to call and get it added in the first place. She said he was rude to her as well and can't even cancel him to get someone else because they said it's prepaid. Called the technician again and let him know that the first customer service lady had added toilet in error and he didn't need to look at the toilet. His response was that he can't look at the toilet anyway cause he can only look at the leak from the original dispatch. SERIOUSLY?? This guy is a piece of work. Please don't bother calling them out for service as they can't even keen up with whatever back and forth garbage they're spewing.

Paid this man $75 for a 6 minute tour of my home. Hope he thoroughly enjoyed his free money and ripping people off.

If I could give it a -500 star I would. The guy was rude from the second we scheduled the appt. He came in and chewed us out for claiming our sump pump didn't seem to be working properly when apparently it was. He was mad he drove across town to take our job and that it worked. Last I checked, the warranty company pays him to come out!  Not like we asked him to do work for free.  He's awful.

Same review as the other 2 ladies . Had not even came out to my home and was so rude and disrespectful. I have been a customer with HSA home warranty for 2 years this was my very first time using there services. I called on Saturday 11-11-17 to put in a services request for leaking pipes . I was unaware of how the warranty works since this was my first experience with them after no return call for several hours on Saturday I decided to call Devine's Plumbing myself I did not get an answer I left 2 messages on Saturday for a return call ? No return calls so I waited to call them back on Sunday again no answer. I left 2 more messages for them to return my call ? At this point I decided to call HSA to inform them that no one had called to set up an appointment with me regarding the leaks ? The customer serv. rep explain to me the process that since it was the weekend I would have to wait 48 business hours for someone to return my call. So I waited all day Monday 11-13-17 again no call I decided to call again once I was home from work which was around 5:15pm No answer I again left a message for someone to return my call NOTHING. So I decided to call this morning around 6:30am and someone answer the phone at this point I was just happy to hear a live person I explain to him what has been going on since Saturday and that I was very frustrated that no one had return my calls and schedule an appointment to do repairs ? The man was so rude and disrespectful he told me he was frustrated because I was calling his phone at 6:30am ? . I explained to him I was not expecting a live person to answer I simply wanted to leave another message he in return told me he did call me yesterday and left 2 message I ask him what number did he call ? He loudly stated THE NUMBER HSA GAVE ME I ask him what number was that ? He said he did not know because he was not at home. I checked my voicemail and no messages were ever left from Devine's Plumbing I called HSA to explain what happen and I did not think it would be a good idea to send him to my home and my service request was cancelled and a new work order was created.

This is by far the best company ever!!! Mike is fantastic!! He worked with the warranty company to get us a new hot water heater in one day!! Unheard of!! Super professional and friendly!! I highly recommend Mike and his team for your plumbing needs!!

My Home Warranty set me up with him to do work on my water heater.   I have called him twice to try and set up an appointment no call back or anything yet his voice mail says he returns calls the day he receives him.  My home warranty said I would be getting a call from him yet almost two weeks later and no return calls him I will be calling my home warranty to get another company to come out and do the work. After reading these other reviews I'm not sure I want him to even come out to my house.  Horrible customer service for someone who can't even bother to return calls.   Probably best to find someone else.

He showed up for the appointment that took a week to get and then did a walk around and then said he would do no work and I would need to set up another appointment. .  He was paid for doing nothing from the home warranty company.

My kitchen and laundry room drains were backing up into my utility sink, it started late last night. I called Gary early this morning and he answered the phone (unlike most plumbers who never return your call!) He was at my house within an hour and had my drains running beautifully in no time at all! I asked if he could look at my kitchen sink and give me an estimate for a future repair. He was willing and able to fix it on the spot. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be hiring him again in the very near future for another, larger project. He is honest and fair. My daughters and I felt comfortable with him in our home. Thank you Gary, you are wonderful!
