Old houses are my specialty, and all of my fifteen years of experience is in the Twin Cities metro area. As a City of St. Paul and City of Minneapolis Master Plumber/Gasfitter Certificate of Competency card holder, I am licensed to make any repairs your house may need permits for. Afternoon and Evening hours are available at no extra charge.

Dan was great. He changed out my water heater. He explained what all he was going to do and was good about clainign up after changing it out. He went through starting up the pilot light and everything with me. Totally trustworthy nice guy.

We experienced a furnace failure at our house in Hugo while we were out of town, resulting in frozen pipes. Dan Simmer arrived promptly and quickly pressure-tested our plumbing system, identifying several leaks. They were quickly repaired and we have had no further trouble. I was happy with both the service and the price.
