Had such great customer service and they fixed my problem so fast! They really cared about what they did and made sure that everything was perfect. I am so happy that I decided to call them. Everyone was so nice and I won't be using any other plumbing companies from now on. 100% recommend!

Received a tune-up on furnace. Sean pointed out some future issues but made no hard sales pitch. Also no mention of membership or anything pushing of products. I asked questions and he was straight forward and responsive. Plan on using again in future.

I had a serious issue with water damage related to my corroded sewage line. It was very stressful and overwhelming. Kirkwood Plumbing was extremely supportive during the entire process. Devin helped us manage the insurance process once it became clear that the damage was going to be extensive. Honestly I can't express enough gratitude to their crew, especially Devin, who completed the work with exceptional care. I highly recommend this company to others in the area.

Performance Plumbing just put in a new bathroom for us in our finished basement. They did everything: plumbing, electric, drywall, and flooring. They even put in a closet! The guys were professional and efficient, and the price was right. I love my new bathroom!

Ed came on a Friday to address a sewer backup in the basement. Told us he would be back on Monday. I called after hours on Friday night to report the backup was now urgent, as we had raw sewage in the basement. A different plumber told us he would personally make sure Ed would be back on Monday. Called Judy, the receptionist, on Monday to make sure we would be seen. Was told they would try to squeeze us in. This was the first sign of a problem. No call, no plumber on Monday. We had been witout a shower/toilet since Friday now. Tuesday, I once again spoke to Judy to check the status of our issue. Was told Ed and Steve would talk it over and she would call me back. She then told me they would be at the house in the afternoon (Tue). I said, like, what, noon or one? She said yes. I took off work to be home at noon. When nobody was there by 1, I again called to check on the status. She said she paged the plumbers and they didn't respond and she would call me back. When I didn't hear back from her by 1:30, I called her to cancel the work order; I had found another plumber. Working with this company was a nightmare. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

When visiting family, you try to be the best house guest, but sometime there are events out of your control...
After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the situation - we searched the internet for a service provider that offered 24/7 (including weekends and holidays) for help...called Mr. Rooter of Franklin County. The answering service was quick to answer and very helpful; and reached out to the local provider to call us directly to schedule the service.
The local provider called right away, I explained our emerging and overflowing situation, but because the household had other toilets available, she did not feel the request for service warranted a technical visit until Tuesday (48 hrs later). I attempted to explain the number of users in the household vs. number of toilets was not an adequate ratio. I then asked if she had any DIY recommendations to help alleviate the clog in the mean time, which she pretended to not understand the question.
Thinking MAYBE she was attempting to save me money, I inquired the cost associated with having a technical provider come out to the house (as it was late) and the difference for weekends - ((as the guest, I was willing to pay)) ... but she still was not willing to schedule service. I asked if technicians / plumbers were available...they were, but she still was not willing to schedule service.
I don't get it...
#1. The advertisement for Mr. Rooter states 24/7 weekends and holidays
#2. Who is this woman to qualify my event as an emergency or non emergency; or what warranted a technical visit or not
#3. If I am attempting to purchase for a service advertised and offered, why would she not provide
#4. How is purposefully allowing a plumbing problem to sit 48+ hours the best alternative
Anyway, if you are reading this advertisement in an attempts to find a quality service provider, keep searching!! Mr. Rooter of Franklin County is pretty shitty (PUN INTENDED) - and the lady who represents the local franchise, she's a fucking asshole!

I usually only make the time to give positive reviews. I hate to make an exception for this but I'm still in shock with being told to go elsewhere since I'm not a premium member (even though I inquired and no one got back to me. I fortunately found much better service at a much better price and will be buying a whole new system with the company willing to make the small amount of effort to assist me.

Always have had great service and pricing for repairs to various plumbing issues. I'm surprised at the bad reviews.

I needed my water pressure regulator replace due to low water pressure at my home. I called to make an appointment and one of the plumbers came the very next day and made the necessary repairs. Very responsive.

A very nice fellow; he could not diagnose the squeak in the 2 yr. old faucet. Instead he cleaned out 2 aerators and charged us $175.00 plus a $49.00 service call.
Very very very expensive - I had read several reviews and really thought I had made a good choice.
Please be careful!!

Called Tiger to come out because my tenants were experiencing a serious clog blocking both tub and toilet. I was thankful Tiger could come out that night!
The tech. Tom (mid 20's in age should have been my first clue he would be clueless about anything serious) called me to tell me he would first try to snake the tub to the drain $228, then if that didn't work he would need to snake the main drain $297...thinking wtf that seems high (since in St. Louis it costs $90 and Nolan a septic contractor in Edwardsville, IL only charged me $185 back in Oct. 2014) but, I was desperate so, I reluctantly let him proceed.
First he wasn't able to make the 90 deg. snake from the tub to the toilet. So, he moved onto snaking the main...to find nothing. He even snaked the roof vents and used a camera to scope. So, he says to me the cast iron pipes must be in really bad shape. Those old drain pipe are only meant to last 30 yrs... Really!!! The ones in my city properties are over 100 yrs old....hmmm what about cast iron radiators that have lasted over a 100 yrs, also???
Anyway He concluded my slab needed to torn up and all the drain lines replaced... quoting me close to $13,000. WOW???!!!!!!
1. why didn't he call his office to get some advise when not locating any issues?
2. why would he lie or just know that not being able to make that 90 obviously something was preventing him from making that 90!!!!
3. Maybe his snake was too big and he assumed that's why the snake would not do the 90 ( ill give him the benefit of the doubt since he is a man) so, dude, have a 1/4 snake on hand to use!!!!
4. Why would you even take a home owner down that road with out covering all the bases???
Seems to me he saw my desperation and knew I wanted to take care of my tenants... He decided he could make the company some money by scaring me! Thank god I have a cousin who is married to a local plumber. He warned to step away from Tiger Plumbing fast.
Oh and guess what! My tenants (both wonderful lovely ladies) didnt eve break a nail snaking the clog right out the next morning!
Run Forest Run!!!!
