ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Brad's number one priority at Mr. Rooter is customer satisfaction. His duties include the ever ongoing training of employees, double checking paperwork before it is processed to make sure there are no billing errors, and lending a second opinion on diagnosis. He will personally supervise large or complicated jobs and most excvations. His commitment to customer service is also evident by the fact that he is the dispatcher durring the night and weekend hours, taking personal responsibility durring the critical times for plumbing emergencies.

Brad is married to Jennifer and they have three children. With the work schedule and three children under seven to raise there is not much time in his life for hobbies; however, Brad does make time in his schedule for the most important person in his life - Jesus Christ. Brad is a Southern Baptist Deacon and Sunday School Teacher. While he doesnt preach at customers, they alyays appreciate Mr. Rooter's Code of Values!

When visiting family, you try to be the best house guest, but sometime there are events out of your control...

After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the situation - we searched the internet for a service provider that offered 24/7 (including weekends and holidays) for help...called Mr. Rooter of Franklin County. The answering service was quick to answer and very helpful; and reached out to the local provider to call us directly to schedule the service.

The local provider called right away, I explained our emerging and overflowing situation, but because the household had other toilets available, she did not feel the request for service warranted a technical visit until Tuesday (48 hrs later). I attempted to explain the number of users in the household vs. number of toilets was not an adequate ratio. I then asked if she had any DIY recommendations to help alleviate the clog in the mean time, which she pretended to not understand the question.

Thinking MAYBE she was attempting to save me money, I inquired the cost associated with having a technical provider come out to the house (as it was late) and the difference for weekends - ((as the guest, I was willing to pay)) ... but she still was not willing to schedule service. I asked if technicians / plumbers were available...they were, but she still was not willing to schedule service.

I don't get it...
#1. The advertisement for Mr. Rooter states 24/7 weekends and holidays
#2. Who is this woman to qualify my event as an emergency or non emergency; or what warranted a technical visit or not
#3. If I am attempting to purchase for a service advertised and offered, why would she not provide
#4. How is purposefully allowing a plumbing problem to sit 48+ hours the best alternative

Anyway, if you are reading this advertisement in an attempts to find a quality service provider, keep searching!! Mr. Rooter of Franklin County is pretty shitty (PUN INTENDED) - and the lady who represents the local franchise, she's a fucking asshole!

Very friendly customer and the technician was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing problems. Very clean when working and explained his assessment of our drainage issues thoroughly and answered any questions I had while he was working on our drains. I would call them again in the future if we needed a plumber.
