In preparation for getting our house ready to sell last year in Fenton we bought a new bathroom countertop and two new faucets. J.E Redington Plumbing installed all of the new items quickly and with no issues. He showed up on time and left absolutely no trash behind. Our new fixtures and countertop looked great! This time I used Mr. Rooter to replace stack pipes. After three times work, they finally finished their job as they said. Then they asked me pay the balance. But this project included an inspection. I required to pay after passing the inspection. They insisted that they have finished their job and asked me to pay. But for customers, the quote they gave me including inspection, which is also really required. Before inspection, how could I know they really finished the project? After a long struggling, I have to pay part of my balance and they scheduled an inspection. But after inspection, the inspector didn't leave any proof, so I didn't know whether it was passed or not. But they called me back asking me to pay the balance. I of course asked a proof to show that the inspection has been passed. They told me they can access some system and screen the proof for me. I accepted and told them after receiving their screening proof, I will pay immediately. But after one month, I didn't hear anything from this company. Today, they finally called me back, asking me to pay the balance. I have to ask where is my proof of inspection? They told me they could do nothing before I paid. That is what I got after one month waiting. I really could not understand what they were thinking during the past month and I do not know what they are trying to avoid or hide something. I hired this company because I would like to spend more money to hire a licensed and insured company to do the project legally step by step, trying to avoid troubles in future. But it seems I am wrong. I think as a customer, it is quite normal to pay the balance after everything is legally finished. Based on their behavior, after paying the balance, I don't know whether I could get my proof successfully. I don't know without any proof, whether I would have some troubles in the future? I do not know without proof, why I need to pay another hundred dollars for permit and inspection.

Last night, my dishwasher was a disgusting foul-smelling cesspool.  This morning I called O'Fallon Sewer Service, and by this afternoon, everything is back to normal.  (My sink and dishwasher could have been normal even sooner if I hadn't had commitments in the morning).  The person who came was friendly and professional.  He explained what he was doing to solve the problem and gave me tips for avoiding the problem in the future.  The price predicted by the individual on the phone was exactly what the job cost.  Very relieved that my kitchen is functioning again.

Appliance repair was ok. Expensive, but ok. Plumbing service; however, should be avoided until they can respond in a timely fashion. Company was willing to refund their service call fee when they couldn't get out to fix my problem timely, so they get a hat tip for that. They need to get a backup plumber to call when needed so they don't fail their new clients.

They were super nice on the phone - they are just too booked. If you're looking for a speedy estimate, look elsewhere. I was given a two week+ turnaroun time for the estimate.

I'm not sure why the one star reviews, but Tiger Plumbing fixed our problem and were very concerned about their work the entire time they were here. I recommend this business for your plumbing needs!
