Best Sink Repair in Sacramento CA

I reached out for a quote and to make an appointment. They responded and said Sunday would work. I replied and never heard anything back. I made multiple attempts to contact. My texts and calls were not returned.

I have never written a review but the service Darrel provided was so excellent that I wanted to let others know about this company. The company was responsive immediately to my phone call and I was set up with an appointment. Karen, the person taking the call, was helpful and made sure I was kept up to date on the arrival time. Darrel was professional and was able to complete the work in a short time. There was a glitch with the Yelp coupon but the company took the responsibility upon itself to make it right even though I told them I would pay the full price and get it settled later. I could not have asked for a better experience especially when things go awry. I will definitely use VanGo Rooter again and again

We had Tim out to build our gate. It had to be built to code for our pool install. It came out great. From initial contact here on yelp, to receiving an estimate then having the job completed was very easy amd efficient. Thank you Tim

We had an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday evening. Elisha was at our house within an hour of our call. He was very knowledgeable in working with older plumbing. Prices were very good. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

They called me right back, sent a plumber out shortly, gave me a quote and repaired the leak within hours, at the quoted price

Can't speak highly enough about the service we received from Maurice. Dealing with a clogged sewer drain is a nightmare but he made the experience as painless as possible. He was very informative, presented us with all of our options, and really took his time to make sure the work was done right. I've worked with other Sacramento rooter services in the past (which will remain unnamed) but from now on I'll be going straight to Zoom Drain.

Oh dear!  One step towards the windows in the family room and I could feel an ominous squish under my feet.  The carpet is definitely not supposed to feel that way!  Evidently there was a leak in the water heater compartment that was coming through the floor in two rooms of the house.  Panic ensued as it was Friday morning and I did not know who to call.  Leo of Precision Plumbing to the rescue!  He was at my home within minutes of my call and had the problem diagnosed and corrected within a short time.  Before he left, the water was turned back on and I was back in business.  Thanks Leo for responding so quickly and professionally!

Ted came on the double when my easy shower fix went awry. He showed up when expected and was very pleasant to work with. He quoted a fair price and completed the job on time. For my next plumbing need,  I'm calling Ted

They give free estimates!!  Showed up on time and gave valuable advice for us to decide on our next steps.  Even though we didn't need a plumber and actually needed an appliance specialist the customer service was outstanding.

Had a freak leak in our front yard, came out even earlier than estimated, capped off the problem and returned the next day with the part needed to complete the job.  A+!!!  They kept in communication with us via phone and text, which was convenient.
Daniel and his great crew took care of the fix, and at a very reasonable price that didn't break our budget. They even added fresh insulation. The work was neat, clean, professional.  Thank you thank you.  I highly recommend.  Wonderful.  They are on my permanent list.

Our water heater failed on Saturday night and we awoke to a flooded basement on Sunday morning.  We called 6-7 plumbing/heating businesses and no one (but one) was available to help us on a Sunday.  Even the businesses with answering services just told me...sorry no one on call today, call back tomorrow.  REALLY?  Why then have an answering service?

Enter Doug.  He called me back within an hour, asked about the dimensions of our hot water heater, arrived with a new appliance, installed it, and gave us sound advice about our electrical wiring and installing a sump pump.  All this at a very reasonable rate and less than what we would have paid on a weekday.  

We have a new plumber!  This is how service should be!!!

Lack of follow up and somewhat rude. Did not select to do the work, so quality of work may or may not be good.  Pricing seemed on the high side of normal.

Serg responded quickly, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. Every time we hit a snag, Serg was clear and direct about the problem and if there would be an additional cost. He left my home clean and was considerate to not let my kitten outside when entering and exiting. I would absolutely recommend him and consider him for future projects!

Company wants a fee to come out and look at a problem. Waste of time!!!

Friday night we had friends over and the kids were playing in the backyard. We noticed a sewage backflow where the kids were playing. A Better Plumbing Company showed up within the hour and solved the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I appreciated the prompt response time and quick service on a Friday night at 8p!

Pocket plumbing  is 5 star. Very honest very professional  does great work . My brother and I called Charles to look at my mothers water lines under the house  for the kitchen and wash room.  We had several other bids but he explained very clearly and honestly the problem and grave us a very reasonable price .  Very impressed  and grateful with his honest hard working very professional work.
