I ama realtor here in the SAcramento area, and I sell quite a few older homes here. I ALWAYS recommend a Trenchless report when it comes to sewer inspections. They have saved my clients thousands of dollars for an inspection fee of $99! It's a no lose opportunity!

Water backed up into shower on first floor of my home Saturday after Christmas. Tracked a clog somewhere between my outside clean out and the street.  Called precision and spoke with Leo.  He came out promptly, snaked the pipe and unclogged the drain.  He was the only plumber who actually answered the phone.  I will call Precision Plumbing first from now on!

Daniel took a look at the problem and even though it was late evening, he did what was needed in order to get flowing water back into the house for that night! Water heater stopped working and we were facing a very cold night and days ahead. We had a late afternoon appointment for trouble shooting. Ryan went the extra mile picking up a new water heater and working late to do the install the same night AND at a reasonable price!

Please be very careful when you contact this business for any type of plumbing repair.  I would definitely seek a second opinion before you allow them to do any work at your home.

Hall's never send their estimate!!!Im truly very Disappointed!! It took 3 weeks for the estimate!

There is a great reason these guys maintain 5 stars! We called 2 other plumbers early last week with not even a call back. Advanced called us back today within 30 minutes of leaving a voicemail and had a plumber out within the hour. He was willing to do the dirty work of getting under our house and finding our fridge water line in the crawl space, replace the line and get our new fridge's water and ice feature working! Couldn't be happier. And for the service we received I thought we were charged a very fair price.

I am a manager at a near by business and we consistently use Crystal plumbing's services. We had been having a draining issue with one of our main sinks and it was becoming a health and hazard issue. We called Crystal plumbing, Jake and Bob were extremely timely in showing up, and to my surprise the issue which had caused us major problems was completely fixed in a matter of minutes! Great service and great customer service, would highly recommend for any plumbing needs!!!

Hello, I have been helping my mother with her 1940s home! She had a couple leaky Fossett's and I am drip that wouldn't stop in the bathroom! And I wanted to have it addressed! Bobby came out gave me an estimate I was happy with the guesstimate!! Estimate he was very friendly very professional! We went ahead and scheduled day for him to come back out, when you came out he showed up a few minutes late! But that was no problem at all he was very very helpful he did a thorough expection found another leak! And just charge me for the part and was able to take care of it all right now as of right now there hasn't been any issues! I would highly Recommend the service! Thanks again

Charlie was outstanding. Service was professional and well done. Clean job and he was responsive on my first call! I had my water heater replaced the same day I called for service. I'll definitely call Charlie again for my plumbing needs.

I've tried them all over the years. Thought they were good. I was even somewhat satisfied.
Then I tried ACE! Didn't know how bad other businesses were until I called ACE after a friend gave them a good recommendation. I had a backed up kitchen drain. I did get some bids but went with the recommendation. Being a do it yourselfer on some things i tried to remedy it. Got nowhere so I called. Talked to Jerry. He worked with me and had a tech there on my time and at a time that was convenient to me. His name was Manuel. This employee was the kind of guy every business owner wish he had more of. He was mannerly, knowledgeable and got right down to business.
The kicker was that he beat the rates of other outfits by a long shot. I am sold on ACE!

The toilet in my rental house wasn't flushing properly. I requested quotes from yelp for a toilet replacement. Pro-Plumbing responded quickly with a detailed quote that's very fair and upfront. Kemal responded quickly with any questions that I had. They arrived on time and got the job done in under an hour. I would hire Pro-Plumbing again and would recommend them to friends.

The city inspector approved the work Armstrong did. I would not hire them again because their final billing exceeded their estimate by  $1,613. There were three phases of work. I received only one written estimate. The other two were verbal.  

Sewer line replacement:
We received an estimate for $2235 to replace the sewer line, which was supposed to cover labor and materials.
They charged us $3,120 just for labor PLUS $291.80  materials. (huh?)
Final cost: 39 percent over estimate, AND they charged us for materials.
Surprise! Number 1

Permits:
During the course of work, they had to pull two permits. We  finally received a verbal estimate of $1,000 for that portion of the work. Armstrong told us the cost of Permit No 1 was $600 and a couple hundred for the other.
Final cost: $1,208.
12 percent over verbal estimate
Surprise!! Number 2

Water line replacement
Received verbal estimate of $300-$400
Final cost: $503
25 percent over verbal estimate
Surprise!!!! Number 3.

All those surprises added up to a total of $5248.69.

We were anticipating total costs of $3,635 ($2235 sewer line + $400 water line + $1,000 for permits)
My calculator tells me that's a $1,613 difference

What I'd want other people to know about Armstrong is that at no point during the course of the work were we informed about how costs were escalating or why. It should have been a simple courtesy for them to do, right? I mean, just give us a call and let us know.

Instead we found out how much we owed only after we received an invoice by email.
I wrote to Armstrong expressing these same thoughts.
Never heard a word from them.
I paid them.

I had a leaky toilet that had been running for way too long, when I reached out to a friend for a plumber referral. He said Keenan was one of the best in the business and I will agree with that 100%. From the moment I called and explained my problem and potential other issues, Keenan was on it.  He respectfully listened and communicated start to finish for the job. His coworker Al completed my toilet replacement with cleanliness and efficiency. It was a refreshing experience having a competent and respectful company complete a job. I've already recommended Allied Sewer & Drain to friends!

Do not recommend.  Our plumbing went out and they came to our house and gave us a quote fir epoxy of 27,000$. Can you imagine when your plumbing backs us and you get a fix quote for 27,000$. We were devastated because we do t have that kind of money. They gave us no other options. Do not recommend.

This review is for the service. Derek and Christian were 100% awesome. I was in a pinch to have a faucet leak fixed. He was highly recommended by a family member and I only wanted to to use him for the repair. Derek was fast, efficient and provided quality work. Although they don't control the cost he didn't add parts and services I did not need. A honest professional.

Please, if using this company definitely request Derek. Do not let them send out a middleman sales guy who only wants to pump up your bill with scare tactics. Doesn't work on a lot of us and actually deters you from using the service.
