Miracle Works did what they could to get me in as quick as possible after my kitchen sink clogged. Jefte was a very knowledgeable and friendly technician. He made a point to let me know I could call them in the future with any questions or concerns. He has a lot of experience with older houses, which was reassuring to hear since my house was built in the 50s and other plumbers have had issues. 100% would recommend and I will be calling them for any of my future plumbing needs.

Everything worked out great. My service tech Kaelin showed up at the appointed time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my clogged garbage disposal in a timely manner. The price of the repair was reasonable and definitely would use DrainTech in the future for any of my plumbing problems. Thanks for the fast response.

I would recommend Trenchless for their workmanship.  The Inspector, Chris was professional and prompt.  Chris showed me the video tape and explained the work needed to correct the problem as my entire house was backed up and advised the Scheduling Department would call the next day to schedule the work.  The Technician, Jose was both professional and efficient.  He explained the work he would be doing, how long it would take, kept me informed along the way and did a great job.  We were elated that he saved the grass to replace after his work was completed so my lawn would not look too bad and protected the surrounding lawn with a tarp to hold the soil/roots dug up.  My Only Disappointment was with the Scheduling Office.   While the initial inspection was immediately upon our call, we did not receive a scheduling call the next day as advised.   We had to call them to schedule the work.  I did express my opinion to the scheduling office that I Did Not think it was well thought out to change the work appointment time from early morning 9:30 a.m. (called the morning of the appt) to 2:30 p.m on a Winter month as it gets dark early, especially given the appointment was made well in advance.  While our job was considered a small job, the invasive roots were still a challenge and better started early in the day.  I ok'd the time move back based on being told they had another job to do at the same time even though my job was scheduled well in advance.  In our neighborhood, generally all work stops by 4 p.m. even when it is quiet work.

I would definitely recommend Trenchless to my friends and family because the work was professional and efficient thanks to the great work of Jose.  Cheers!

We found Precision Plumbing to remove our old water softener and install a new unit. It was technically challenging, but they were able to figure out a good configuration that saved space. Unfortunately there were some leaks that we encountered along the way, but they were very prompt in returning to fix them, no questions asked.  Very thorough and professional and we appreciate their hard work.

Ted has been to my house on three occasions for three separate projects in the last month - from small to large. Kitchen faucet replacement, installation of supply and drain lines for a washing machine (from upstairs to the basement), and repair of sudden leak from a bathtub. I've been really impressed and pleased with the experience and result. He's kind, extremely skilled, very responsive and reasonably priced. It's been a pleasure working with him and I would recommend his company to anyone for a variety of plumbing needs!

Had some problems with a job that had to be put on hold due to unforeseen circumstances, but the plumber left a pipe just stuffed into the outlet without a slip nut or whatever it's called to keep it tight, so of course it leaked. We did get it worked out eventually but it should not have been left that way in the first place.

No better service than what we have received over the many years working with Jim Stillwell!! You call him, and he shows up like next day and repairs your problem. Not to mention he's about the nicest guy around. Highly recommend this company as they are the best in the biz for nearly 50 years now!

Paul came out and located the leak very quickly.  Gave me several good ideas as to a workable solution for repair.
He really knows his stuff.

We needed a new toilet installed last minute. Danny and his team arrived early in the week to give a diagnostic and placed us on the schedule the same week! He recommended what kind of toilet to purchase without breaking the bank. He was professional and far exceeded our expectations. We will forever refer him to our family and friends and use him for all of our future plumbing needs!

After an unsuccessful experience with a prominent plumbing firm, I had let several plumbing repairs go unfinished. In addition, the water line under the house needed to be rerouted, which was a major undertaking according to at least 3 other companies, so it too remained on the someday list.
Then I met Doug Whitmore.  Wow!  My anxiety melted away as he expertly and quickly moved through the list of repairs, including rerouting the water line.  He made the morning so easy for me.  Plumbing doesn't have to be scary!  Thank you Doug!

I bought 2 wash sink faucets and 4 hot/cold water valves and needed to have somebody to install them. Called Detail Plumbing, messaged some photos of the existing ones and asked for a quote that was given quite quickly and reasonable. Oly was able to come the next day and installed them in less than 2 hours. He did a very good job. I would recommend the company if you look for some plumbing services.

I don't think I have ever had a workman of any kind with the professionalism knowledge and friendly with such good business practices as Colin!
  We have had a leak with the pool for a couple of years now.... pretty obvious it was something to do with the skimmers and one company came out said yes it is the skimmers , gave us a price. Of course we got a second opinion on the situation Colin was recommended from another company that was way to busy, had just met Him and did not know to much about him.
Colin came out the next day took a look at the situation gave us a price a bit higher then the other company, but because of his business friendly attitude we chose him.
To make along story short when he started to prepare for the skimmers replacement He called my daughter and said, now that the water is down and I am getting a closer look at these skimmers let's try resealing them ,they seem pretty solid now that I can check them closer! If it doesn't work, but I think it will get you through for awhile longer at least through the summer months....If it starts to leak again let me know and I will deduct the price you are paying today from the skimmer replacement total! Who does that???? He could have just went ahead and replace both skimmers for the  amount we had agreed on.... But He didn't to me that is a good business practice!
  So far the pool seems to be holding its own and it's been 3 days of hot weather I would be adding water again by now! Call Him if you need pool repairs! You will not be disappointed!

I can add that the boys left their basketball hoop in the middle of the driveway and he took it upon himself to move it for me (no clue how I would've done it myself). While watching him do it, I quickly KNEW I would not have been able to do it AT ALL. As he was ready to leave, he believed that he had cracked the base of the hoop and apologized profusely. We told him it was no problem but he would not let it go. Instead, he moved the hoop back to a safer place and patched the hole he thought he made. He was a cool dude start to finish.

8.29.17 update:
My water heater went out last night so of course I called Boyd again because I had such great service last time. Today Eric was sent out and he quoted $1300 to repair the water heater which includes (but not 100% certain this was the problem): cleaning the burner $348 (last time I paid $78)
Replace burner assembly $751, replace pilot assembly $351 and the gas control valve $570 --- he would discount it down to $1300 for a total package.
If I wanted to just replace the WH he quoted me $2100!! $2100 for a Bradford White with 6 year warranty.  I even confirmed with him, $2100 for just replacing the water heater and no other work? and was told yes.
(The WH I currently have is a crappy brand, American Standard and still under warranty, but it took well over a month to receive a warranty part that luckily wasn't needed after all.)
I called and got 2 quotes from other companies, and was quoted half the price or a little over half.... HALF!!
Obviously I went with another company. Buyer Beware! Don't be ripped off!

After dealing with two other plumbers from 2 other companies, I decided to take a chance and call Boyd Plumbing to see what they had to offer. It's really hit or miss out here in Sac when it comes to quality and service so I couldn't just settle for what the other two were telling me. Sure glad I did. I don't remember who I spoke with on Fathers Day when my 3 year old water heater went out, but it was followed up by a call from Vanessa to see if I still needed assistance. They sent John out early the next morning and the problem turned out to be something totally different than what the other two companies said and it saved me over $250! I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed. Thank you Boyd Plumbing, for being a decent and honest company.

This is a great company. Very fast response, great price, and great work. What more could you ask for? I had them come out to fix some issues in a house that I rent out. Having work done on a house when you aren't physically in the area is always a challenge and they made the process so easy. I highly recommend!
