I tried installing a washer drain pan myself and ran into an issue. I called Better B Plumbing and explained the problem. They offered to come out and install it but noted that I was just one step off. Instead of charging me for a job that was already 95% done, they just told me how to fix it. They said that if I had any other questions to just call them back. They were willing to come out if I still wanted but really tried to look out for their customers.

We were having serious drainage clogging issues. The previous plumbers that came out helped to get things flowing, however, they couldn't figure out the root cause, so I wanted a second opinion. Enter Kaelin and his camera snake. He was able to show me that some roots from out tree had grown into the main drain, causing the backup. He used a snake with a spinning chain attachment to chop up all the roots and clear the pipe. He flushed a root killing foam through the drain to prevent the problem from coming back and offered to refer us to someone who specializes in drain pipe replacement.

In talking with him, you'll quickly learn that he knows his stuff and will happily break things down for you. He's also very quick to respond via text or phone call. He'll be our go-to drain guy from now on.

I called Zoom today,I got scheduled for this afternoon. Maurice and his co worker came on time,Maurice was very knowledgeable about main sewer lines and inside plumbing,had problems with washer discharge plumbing,and the sink plumbing. Maurice got started with jetting the lines,a lot of sludge came out,then he took out the pipe cleaning auger,then he took out the camera, showed me all the problems I have with my cast iron pipes.He cleaned out the lines.i am very happy for his service, Thanks Maurice.

We had an urgent need to get our shower valve replaced after my failed attempt to repair the 20 year old valve failed miserably. Ted answered the phone on Sunday, arrived promptly Monday morning as agreed. Ted is an excellent workman and performed the job professionally and quickly. Serg did a great job.  He has all the small tools that I did not have to finish hanging the industrial strength exterior TV mount in a stucco wall for our large outdoor TV.  I would recommend his very reasonably priced services for those miscellanies jobs around the house.

We have used Boyd Plumbing twice now for an ongoing problem we have with tree roots encroaching our old pipes. Each time they have come the person has done a very thourough job, taking their time and going above and beyond in their service. This time Mario came to our home and he did a wonderful job. I have never felt pressured to have costly repairs done as I have with other companies.  Boyd is now our go-to company for our plumbing needs.

It's so great to feel confident in who you select to work on your house.  This is what it was like for me working with Ken.  He was knowledgeable and focused on helping me solve my plumbing problems whike at the same time being cost effective.
