The gentleman who worked on our sink was so pleasant and so polite! As soon as he arrived he got straight to the problem, so we could use our sink again! He guarantees his work, and even gave us hopeful tips to ensure our sink doesn't clog again. I really appreciate this business.

Duane and his crew are the BEST plumbers in town! I had a major incident the day before 4th of July. They came out the same day and fixed everything. After, I thought I heard some leaking, and they came out two times, just to double check everything and provide me with reassurance. They are very knowledgeable, highly professional and have reasonable pricing. I would call the guys first, if you need a plumbing job done. Highly recommend them!!

First our back toilet got stopped up. Turns out it was a broken pipe (I already knew this). They gave a fair estimate, but I needed it done very soon. The boss didn't have anyone to send so he came and dug it all up and replaced the pipe.

That's service.

Next we developed a leak under the foundation (but we didn't know where). It took a while to find it. Jc came out and rearranged the pipes so that no old pipes traveled underground anymore. In addition gave us a need feed from the well and a new feed to my work shed. Excellent work.

I have had some problems with my home warranty company not being able to clear my clogged drain. So I went to yelp and was referred to Miracle Works Plumbing. The office manager was so helpful with scheduling someone the next morning.  Charles arrived with his assistant, figured out the problem and now my drain is clear.  Charles was Awesome, very knowledgeable and professional.  Thanks so much!

These guys are friendly, punctual, and do a decent job when it's straight forward; back in July they inspected a house I was thinking of buying and gave me a nice detailed report on it.  Due in part to their inspection I didn't wind up buying that house and found another one.  So I asked the team to come back to inspect this one and wound up less satisfied the second time around.

This new house did not have any obvious clean out.  The team looked around for a while but beyond a walk around and some probing they didn't look too hard.  They did try to do an inspection through a kitchen pipe but they were thwarted in their attempt to look inside; it then turned into a roof job but they did not feel confident about that either.  Despite the lack of results they wanted to get paid and I figure that since they spent the time they get the money.  Their recommendation was look through the toilet or install a clean out for ~$800.

On the advice of my real estate agent I used a different trenchless company for a second look; their agent was a bit late but then spent an hour searching all around the house and probing for the sewer clean out.  He couldn't find it but promised to come back later; he actually refused payment when I offered it.  He came back and was subsequently able to find the clean out and do the inspection.  He easily spent about 2+ hours but the charge was the same as the incomplete job done by US Trenchless.

If you have a straightforward job this company is fine but given the lack of difference in price I'll be going with the other company for future sewer inspection/work needs.

If you are looking for a great, trustworthy plumber with really reasonable pricing, your search is over!  I had a shower valve that needed to be replaced in my front bathroom and was having a heck of a time finding a plumber who was within my budget and not trying to sell me a greater fix than I needed, but also not trying to give me a bandaid fix.  I was about to give up when I looked out my front window and saw Ted's Plumbing truck driving by so I figured I'd give him a call and I couldn't be happier that I did! Ted came over to give me a free estimate and it was clear he knows his stuff and is an honest businessman.  He explained what he thought was the best fix for my situation and gave me a price that he would stand by, even if it turned out to be more difficult than he was expecting.  I can't tell you how much that helped, to know that the estimate I was given was the price I would pay.  He was prompt, thorough and clean and I couldn't be happier with the results...I giggled like a school girl when we turned on the shower after the fix, its a real shower again!  I'm a customer for life and I highly recommend Ted's Plumbing.

Took 1/2 day off work. Unpaid. No one showed. No one called. Haven't heard from them. Now I have to take another unpaid 1/2 day off work to get someone else out. Would give 0 stars but Yelp won't let me do that.

Daniel from Figs Plumbing came out today and tried to clear my mainline. After 3 attempts with the snakes and another attempt with the Hydro jetter the line would not clear. He determined that the pipe is defective, possibly collapsed or broken and will need to be dug out to get to the source of repair. I told Daniel I would have a family member help me dig it up and replace the pipe. I asked him how much of what he quoted me I owed him for his many hours of work and he said no charge and to put what I would have paid him towards getting it repaired. Honest man. I will call him for future plumbing needs. Thanks Daniel.

Never have I had such a wonderful experience with a plumber. Ken(owner) responded back to my text messages right away. He came out on the SAME day and on time. He went under the house to check on our pipes and instead of trying to get $ from us, he told us there were no problems and made some suggestions.

I asked him to please write it in a letter for our buyer that there were no issues. He had no problems doing that quickly and thoroughly!

No estimate fees, no problems whatsoever, and he did all this for us with no hesitation. I highly recommend Ken if you're looking for a honest and efficient plumber!

We bought a new to us home in rural Vacaville with a very nice HVAC system that had a small issue that turned out to be just a maintenance issue I was not aware of. Ramnar returned my call and came out right away in the evening and did a full service check up on our system and even corrected an issue caused by the solar company that inspected our attic for a solar installation. He explained the system to me and was very friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

I had a leak with my kitchen faucet that had pex fittings.  I called a lot of plumbers that said they worked with pex before and when they came to my house they said they couldn't do it.  I called plumbing care and they sent a technician and he fixed my problem with ease.  I really appreciate them fixing my leaky and now stress free.  I will use plumbing care for now on with any of my plumbing need.  Thanks  plumbing care

Water heater cracked overnight.  Called early Sunday AM and he was out within a couple hours.   Got the cracked heater out and was back with a new one the next morning.  Install took less than 2 hours.  Solid, timely work.  Greatly appreciate the urgency and craftsmanship.

Chris did a great job.  Water heater replacement last minute on a Friday!   Responsive and fair prices.  Highly recommend!

Pros: friendly service, fair prices, minimal machine runaround when called, usually fast appointment service, free estimates
Con: no over phone estimates, ok plumbers work, equipment capabilities.
Had some work done last year. They will take advantage if you don't know what you need. Some of their plumbers have no idea what they are doing so if you don't know what you need, these guys are not the ones to go to for it. Overall: They do have some competent techs(2nd plumber was more knowledgeable), prices are fairly competitive if you know what you want. Service with a smile while doing the minimum. By the way, first plumber offered me to do an open trench mainline replacement dug to 10 ft deep(not allowed by law).

Our sewer line backed up and flooded our home around 8pm on Sunday night.

I sent a message about the services I needed in my home and he was the first to respond very quickly I might add. I called other places who told me they would get to me the next day. Tom told me he could be to me within the hour and 45 minutes later he was pulling up to my home.

Tom was very knowledgeable about the issues we had and how they could be resolved. He was quick and sufficient in doing the necessary repairs.

I would recommend Tom, he has for sure found a customer in us!

I initially called the reps for a quote to install an EV charger. While I had the rep there, I asked for an estimate to install ceiling fans. I received an estimate to install ceiling fans in a brand new, pre-wired home. The estimate was $580 to install PER FAN. I could not believe my eyes and ears. I could buy 5 fans for this amount. The average estimate I've received for installation has been approximately $75-$100. The absolute audacity to quote me $580 to install ONE pre-wired ceiling fan was the best joke of the century. The rep tried saving face and say the estimate was so high because they offer warranty etc. lol, the fan I'm trying to install is worth $150, my guy.

I would give 1 star for the rip off but the estimate guy who came over was so respectful and had great customer service.
