We have been using Charles for different plumbing projects at our home we just bought. He is very professional, efficient and pleasant. He did some.renovations for our water heater and when we did not like the placement of the drain pipe, he came back free of charge and ran it another way that was more kid safe and user friendly. Its great to see another Black tradesmen with his own business, who does great work. Next up will be our kitchen remodeling!

I called Ted on a Tuesday evening as I noticed my water heater was on its way out (16 years in service).  I will admit I was somewhat skeptical since I am a handyman and typically save on labor for home repairs, but plumbing is not something I dabble too much in and when it comes to this replacement I wanted someone who knows what they are doing.  I am glad I chose to go with Ted as he was not only very reasonably priced, but also very thorough and I could tell he knew what he was doing.  He came the very next day and replaced the water heater and I couldn't be happier with his work.  I would recommend anyone in the area to use his service and now I have a plumber to call for all future jobs I may need.

Right after the Thanksgiving Holiday my kitchen stink stopped draining.  Nothing you are ready for or ever expecting.  
Living in Oak Park, I checked Yelp and noticed that Ducks was as local as it gets.
Not only did Alex answer the phone, but he responded in a short amount of time and began solving the issue.  Showed up, provided a great quote for the work and got started and finished right away.  Great response, great price and very professional.  Highly recommend.

Erik was recommended to me by my contractor who helps me with my rental properties. I had a leaking water pipe under the slab foundation. Water was everywhere and the water bills were through the roof. Erik came out on short notice and took a look at it and did an initial survey and determined that he would need to break through the concrete slab in the master bathroom to find the source of the leak. Knowing the sense of urgency to get this corrected, he was out the next morning on a SATURDAY with his leak detector, jackhammer and drop cloth to get to work finding the leak. It was like a small lake outside the house. He set up a pump to evacuate the water and set to work getting through the floor and find the leak. He pinpointed the leak with amazing accuracy. He had the pipe repaired that day, and by early afternoon, there was no more leak. He was neat and tidy going in and out of the house and not making a mess at all. When the job was done, everything was as neat as could be. The sense of urgency was not lost on him, and I am eternally thankful for the work he did to get my property in good working order again. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, Erik for saving the day!

This company is top notch. They show up when they are supposed to, suited and booted! They are all sober individuals and arrive as a group (at least for me it has been 3 to 4 people at a time). Daniel is a great person. He is honest and doesn't mess around when it comes to doing what needs to be done. I will always call Fig's, because my first impression paid off. They have been out three times and each time, same impression. I would not use anyone else for plumbing.

Super thoughtful and helpful always . This last time they showed up same day for an emergency. He does quick honest work . I thought I needed a circulation  pump and the faucet just needed to be adjusted . Really a great asset . Love them

Thank you Bryan from Boyds Plumbing for coming out on a holiday and doing a great job.  He unclogged the kitchen sink, replaced the garbage disposal, replaced the plumbing under the sink, ran a camera out to the street to assess the situation.  The next day cut through the driveway to access the old 50+ year old sewer line and replaced.  Also replaced the plumbing from the house out to the line so now everything should be good to go!  Nice, professional, clean, thorough, would definitely recommend.

This is the second time that I have hired this company to make repairs and/or replacements in my home.  My house is just over 20 years old, so it has been time to replace some items that have just worn out.  The first was my hot water heater this past spring and today was my garbage disposal.  Both had just reached the end of their useful lives.  Both Ken and Jessie did the work on the hot water heater replacement.  All good, no issues at all.  And today, Jessie replaced my garbage disposal.  Again, the repair went great.  I made the appointment on Saturday for today, since there was no urgency.  Jessie showed up exactly on time and did the repairs quickly and expertly.  He was in and out of the house in less than 30 minutes.  Super friendly guy.  Cleaned up everything when he was done.  I will definitely hire them back again if I have need for plumbing work in the future.

Well I decided to give Pocket Plumbing another try - since I did hear back from the owner; after my review....  I had called Pocket Plumbing for a service for my mother - and I was lucky enough to be able to speak with Charles.  He took the time to explain to me as to what to look for and how to fix it; he also told me to go ahead and take a picture of a part and send it to him and he would be willing to come replace it if needed.  I really like the fact that he not only took time from his day to talk with me, but he explained to me what to do in a way that anyone could understand, etc....  Because of this experience - I will call Charles again if  I need him, and I just had to update my horrible review.

We bought a new to us home in rural Vacaville with a very nice HVAC system that had a small issue that turned out to be just a maintenance issue I was not aware of. Ramnar returned my call and came out right away in the evening and did a full service check up on our system and even corrected an issue caused by the solar company that inspected our attic for a solar installation. He explained the system to me and was very friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Mohammed came out to fix a water heater. He seems like a nice enough person but he needs to pay closer attention to detail. He showed up on time and was very good about answering the phone.

Our kitchen sinks were backed up, dish washer water coming up through sink last night.  My husband spend hours trying to fix the problem an did a pretty good job even replaced the garbage disposal which had a leak.   Talk about frustration the next day when I noticed the bathroom by the kitchen with Stuff in the toilet an tub?!?  Now the problem could be really bad so I did no feel safe to run anything ( I've heard of some nightmare plumbing stuff)...  Thank goodness we were informed of Steve who is a license Plummer.   He let me know he could come in less than 2 hrs an would let me know if it was sooner.  Well it was sooner an he was a welcome sight.  He was able to finish n fix the problems an taught me what to do next time.  Grateful an happy!!   He was noticeably knowledgable with his profession an reasonably priced.   Will keep his card an recommend him to my friends and neighbors!!
