These guys just came out to hook up our kitchen sink and appliances after a counter top install. They were so nice and efficient! Clearly extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious that customer service is important to them. I will definitely be calling Figs for any future plumbing related needs!

After a bit of slight initial difficulty contacting Pocket Plumbing through the YELP messaging service, I finally got through to Charles, the owner. Once that was squared away, we were scheduled by Charles' office at Pocket Plumbing for a visit to remove our two older toilets and install two new ones that we had selected at LOWES and paid for.

On the day of the job itself, 'David', the assigned employee of Pocket Plumbing who was to perform the work, showed up promptly on schedule at the appointed time, with our two new toilets (that he had picked up at LOWES for us in advance) and ready to begin the work. David is an exceptionally good person, with excellent communications assets, and he set to work removing the old toilets. The first toilet came out and was replaced with hardly any difficulty at all, but when the second toilet was removed, it became apparent that the floor fitting (being of a much older type), would need to be replaced before the new toilet could be installed. This often happens in older homes such as ours, built in 1959, but David went to work removing the old (cast iron) floor fitting and installing a new one (made from PVC). This involved considerable work, requiring some work under the house in its narrow and confined crawl-space (a dirty process!), but this was finally finished and the new toilet put in place.

After several hours (due to the unforeseen complication involving the old floor fitting), the work was completed and our inspection of the job was quite satisfactory. Although the original estimate was increased by the cost of the additional floor fitting work, it was well worth the time and expense in every aspect. David is a genuinely talented professional plumber and it would be impossible to compliment him too greatly on the quality of his work done for us. David's professional competence reflects equally well on Pocket Plumbing, in my opinion, and we have been well-satisfied with that business's excellent work on our behalf. If David's work is any reflection on the overall quality of Charles' Pocket Plumbing, I'd have to say Pocket Plumbing gets a well-deserved 5 star rating without any reservations! We had to get our deck and hand railings repaired and the underlying beams replaced.  Jason and his team were up for the job.  They had to battle through crazy snow in Jan-Mar 2023 (which presented quite a few issues - nature was not gentle this year) and to coordinate around various guests.  They were diligent and dedicated to the project.  In the end, the deck looks good and solid!

The HOT water to my house went out Friday evening, Rewind back to Thursday night a loud screaming noice was coming from my water heater, and I knew something was wrong, being that it as 1 in the mornin I'd rather deal with the problem later. Fast forward to Saturday morning and the hot water was completely out , My son and I were ok with taking a cold shower, but my wife and daughter were not having it, so I looked on Yelp and sent out a few messages , within a minute Mohammed responded and said he could look and diagnose my problem , while the rest of his competition couldn't look at my water heater till Monday . Long story short it was the Burner Assembly Kit which is very common on these water heaters, Mohammed was in and out within 30 minutes, he's a very reasonable, reliable  and Honest person!!

Our family is in the process of flipping a house in the Placerville area and we found a leak in the pipes. We found out that the pipes froze and we had to get them fixed. We contacted Murray Plumbing and right away Ryan helped us out. He was able to come out the same day that we called him to look at the plumbing and give us pricing. The next day he was there on the job ready to fix the pipes. Not only did he source better/cheaper pipe material for us, but he gave us great pricing for the job that he has done. He also helped set the bathtubs. He is great to work with and is always on time and ready to help out in anyway he can. We would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs that you have, big or small.

They were on-site within a few hours of being called. Made quick work of a clogged drain and even checked a few other places around the house for problem areas. Super professional, fast and courteous!

I have to give Tommy, Mark and their whole crew of guys a 5 star review and highly recommended Drain Time Plumbing!!! We had a clogged pipe that had years of build up prior to us buying the house. We gave them a call and they where quick to respond and come out to us in Galt. Other companies wanted us to wait days before coming to help. They were able to unclog the drain along with descaling both the main line and kitchen line along with Hydrojetting. They currently installed a new water heater for us. Tommy and Mark are both great at being straight shooters and give you the whole run down of what the issue could or could not be which is hard to find these days with companies. They are also very transparent with time frames and cost (even helped us with discounts for new customers ) Once again we would highly recommend these guys!! I used this company for 8 years. I was very happy with price and service. They recently charged me $425.00 for a $100.00 dollar part.  I called to complain and they refunded $108.00 dollars.  Not sure what has changed, but I no longer trust them or plan to use them.  Now I have to call the 25 friends I recommended them to.

These guys are and were the best. No fee to come assess my low water pressure and quick to diagnosis and fix the problem.

I have been taken advantage many times in the beginning of my home ownership to the point were I dread calling companies out to the house.... but these guys were reliable, quick to respond, and a good value for quality work

Bill came out on a Sunday recently because the kitchen sink was backed up. He quickly got it fixed and chatted with us for a bit (on his day off). We hadn't been in the house more than a few months so he gave us some info on the plumbing in homes the age of ours, and even crawled under the house to check everything out and see if the original plumbing had ever been replaced (it had!). He also helped us find the cleanout on the side of the house. He was so helpful and kind! We will definitely refer him to anyone we know who needs a plumber.

Farid communicated quickly and effectively. He helped me remotely from yelp messenger to set up an appointment for my mother in law in California.. (She isn't the easiest person to communicate with, if you know what I mean)... Not only did Farid make it out without a scratch... but the mother in law spoke highly of his work and his fairness.  That is a five star review - ALL the way, trust me!

Shah was recommended to me by daughter. He gave us a very reasonable quote to install recessed lights in my kitchen and master bathroom and I hired him. He started the project the next week. In less than a day and a half he installed 14 lights. The kitchen required filling in a large recessed area where fluorescent lighting had been. The bath tub faucet would not shut off. Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain responded timely to my quote request! The owner personally replied, and the office personnel were very professional and courteous.  The senior plumber responded to the scheduled appointment and quickly addressed the issue!  We were happy with the service and cost.  I would definitely use the business again, and recommend their service!

Always a good experience.  Due to some poor drainage, we have to get the sewer line routed about twice a year...but we never know when.

Charlie's team of plumbers are amazing professional and the best of the best.  Friday morning started with my hot water heater overflowing and I put in a call thinking I would get an answering machine and Charlie himself answered at 6:30 AM. He added me to the days schedule and his team showed up that afternoon to assess the situation.  Upon coming on site they realized that the existing tank has been installed Incorrectly (illegal by previous homeowner) - They immediately dispatched someone to get the correct equipment and bring things up to code. His crew work late into Friday to get hot water reestablished.

I am so impressed and I will always use Charlie and Whest Coast plumbing in the future!
