We found Precision Plumbing to remove our old water softener and install a new unit. It was technically challenging, but they were able to figure out a good configuration that saved space. Unfortunately there were some leaks that we encountered along the way, but they were very prompt in returning to fix them, no questions asked.  Very thorough and professional and we appreciate their hard work.

Super grateful for their help getting our leaking pipes all fixed. Being without water for 24 hours was not the business. They were quick to diagnose the issue give us a quick fix to get us over to the next day. Then they showed up early and got right to work! Thank you so muuch I definitely would recommend them!

Ken was very responsive! He drove out to Davis outside of his normal business hours to help us in our plumbing emergency.  He was SO nice, extremely thorough, and fair priced!  Very grateful to have worked with Ken - I would recommend him to everyone!

Owner (I assume) answered my call at something like 7pm on a Friday night and I caught him at the gym. I was pleasantly surprised he answered. As I tried to describe my problem he rather crassly interrupted me and said he doesn't fix dishwashers as I was explaining my dishwasher is brand new and wasn't even the problem, but the water supply TO it. He said he'd call me back after he left but never followed up either that night nor the next day. Overall felt it was a borderline rude and dismissive interaction.

I have to give Tommy, Mark and their whole crew of guys a 5 star review and highly recommended Drain Time Plumbing!!! We had a clogged pipe that had years of build up prior to us buying the house. We gave them a call and they where quick to respond and come out to us in Galt. Other companies wanted us to wait days before coming to help. They were able to unclog the drain along with descaling both the main line and kitchen line along with Hydrojetting. They currently installed a new water heater for us. Tommy and Mark are both great at being straight shooters and give you the whole run down of what the issue could or could not be which is hard to find these days with companies. They are also very transparent with time frames and cost (even helped us with discounts for new customers ) Once again we would highly recommend these guys!! Second time having Halls come out. What can I say, excellent service both times and quality work. Very responsive and professional. Came out to take a look at the problem(s) and had time to fix it that very moment. My only gripe...cause I'm cheap and lazy is price was a bit steep. Was it competitive with other companies providing the same quality work and service...don't know, I didnt do my due diligence to get multiple quotes from multiple companies. I picked a well rated company based on my Yelp investigations and I wasn't disappointed.

I am a bit behind in posting this...I've used Advance for many plumbing needs and decided to call for an estimate when we had to change our AC and furnace; had it for 19 years so I wasn't ready for the increase in cost! From the first mtg with Enrique to the last install session I was very pleased. They answered all of my questions and completed the job professionally and in a timely fashion. House cools off in no time and the heating is incredible. Highly recommend Advanced!

I had been without for 4 days waiting on the big box companies and the home warranty. They could not make it happen. I am pleased to have installed an American made Bradford White FVIR Defender Safety System® 40 gal. Tall 40 MBH Residential Natural Gas Water Heater. Crystal sells them.

It was great,  They were on time, the price was exaclty what he quoted.  Like with every job its not always as stright forward but they had the experpice to fix the issue and in less time than they estimated.  They even offered to help me move a few large appliances which was not apart of the bid.

After the recent windstorm we woke up to discover we had no hot water in our home.  My initial thought was that perhaps the pilot light on our water heater had been blown out by the storm...so I set out to relight it.  Our water heater was 20+ years old, and lighting it requires a match rather than just hitting a start button.  After lighting it, I found that we had leaks and was afraid of the dangers involved with a faulty and old water heater.  I called Pain In the Drain Plumbing (this was on a weekend), and I received a text right away from Bobby saying he could give me a call right after he was finished with his current job.  He followed through, called me right when he said he would, and walked me through the ins and outs of what was happening and assured me that my home was safe. I was relieved and thrilled to have such excellent customer service.  That is a rarity these days.  He came to my home first thing Monday morning, on time and ready to work.  He installed a new water heater that very same day and once again...I was so thankful for the prompt and wonderful service (and at a reasonable price too!) I haven't had the best of luck with local plumbers, so I am thrilled to report that A Pain In The Drain Plumbing stands FAR above the rest.  What a nice, knowledgeable, professional guy Bobby is!  And his assistant Nick is pretty great too!  I will be using this plumbing company for all future repairs.

Hired Millennium Plumbing to repair a cracked pipe I had coming from my main water line. The team came out and did a great job repairing the pipe.

They were awesome.  They came out after hours and were honest and helpful.  They charged me a fair price and even helped me contact the county.

We sent a request via yelp and was contacted back almost immediately. My partner called and was happy with services. They were pleasant and less expensive than originally thought! We are grateful as we had been struggling with our sink! We also had our kids home, I was at work, and my partner had to balance the plumber and our two kids. the plumber was great with them as well and even did whatever they could to help. 20/10

I met Kemal in a plumbing store (BTW the best place to meet a plumber).  He gave me his card and I called that weekend.  I received a call back right away and we set up an appointment for that week.  

I was NOT disappointed.  Kemal's work is outstanding.  Instead of just replacing EVERYTHING and calling it a day, he trouble shot several issues we've had in this old house.  A a leaking toilet, a leaking outside shower and other annoying plumbing problems that have been around for a long time.

Kemal is very responsive and WILL return your call.  Fair pricing, excellent work and I would highly recommend him to friends.  I will reach out to Kemal again with any plumbing requests!

I had seen good reviews for Armstrong and they came highly recommended by an independent plumber who could  not help me.   My interactions with their staff were excellent as we walked through my needs and arranged for a visit.   Jason arrive on time on the scheduled day and was very easy to work with.   He was knowledgeable and professional.

Had a clogged kitchen sink, and I'm basically at the bottom of a handyman, so I needed all the help I can get.  I was a little apprehensive about calling a plumber because I have had bad experience with Bonney before and wanted to try another company.  I was promised a 12 to 2pm time slot, but changed it after to 2-4pm.  It was after 6pm when James showed up, and even though he was late, it was worth the wait.  James was so personable, and easy to talk to.  He showed me what/where the problem is and took care of it in a jiffy.  I told him about a few of my concerns and he addressed them/took care of them for me.  I certainly recommend this company, and if you can request for James specifically, you're in good hands.

We had the misfortune to have an after-dark drain backup, sending icky stuff into various shower pans.  Of course, I jumped on the Internet to find a plumber.  First call was to Bonney...the receptionist was very nice buy couldn't get a plumber out to us until Monday.  I then called several other shops, but no one answered.

I then thought of Roto Rooter.  Called them, answered the phone on the first ring.  Very nice person at the end of the line told me that they could have someone out in two hours, maybe sooner.  Then, after an hour, they called me back to tell me the plumber would be there in 20 minutes.

When Jeremy arrived, he was polite and professional.  He did the work with minimal disruption to our family night and completed the job in short order.  The cost was reasonable...believe me, I would have paid almost anything to resolve the problem.  After all, who wants to sleep in a sewage filled home.

These guys are great...call them if you find yourself in similar circumstances!!
