Tim was awesome. Lemme just start with that. I needed a screen door repair for my back sliding screen and the sliding glass door. Tim came in and knew exactly what he was doing and exactly what he was talking about. Didn't charge me a ton for get a new screen door and just fixed my current one. Told me what was up with the sliding door. Didn't charge a crazy amount either, very reasonable. Great guy and will definitely be using him in the future!

We have used Doug Whitmore for a couple of big jobs recently.  He was very professional but friendly too.  He was always on time and came in under budget.  He was happy to work with us in difficult situations.  He has state of the art equipment that allowed us to see the problems in the pipes so we knew what we were getting into. The most recent job was replacing a 100 year old cast iron waste pipe interior to our Victorian house; it had a massive crack along the whole length.  He did a remarkable job and even had the city inspector say nice job.  Personable,  neat and professional--it doesn't get much better.  We will use Doug again for any future plumbing problems.

Once again Boden to the rescue.  I had a water bill more than double my usual bill. Long story short, had a leak right after the meter.  Appeared to be PVC.  Wanted soft. copper.  All the way to house.  They came estimated the cost.  Hooked me up with a landscaping company to dig.  On time repair at agreed price (which was lower than another bid I got.  6 stars.

Advanced Plumbing Rep indicated that I needed a new water heater plus expansion tank.   Total quote was around $2,700.  I checked with other plumbers and several indicated that an expansion tank in my area was not required.    I found a plumber who fixed my plumbing issue for around $150.    Advanced Plumbing made a mistake or has questionable ethics.  So, BUYER BEWARE.

Technician was very honest in a very difficult situation. When there's a bad situation having an honest person is the best customer service!

I called them to unclog my kitchen drain, which they did. The technician inserted a camera down my pipes and claimed that my pipes were a ticking time bomb. He said that the grease build up would cause further backups and clogs:  he advised that I pay for a high pressure washing of my drains at a special member price of $1400. I recently saw that the company is in trouble with the California Attorney General's Office. Its license is at risk of being revoked. Although my appointment started later than was scheduled, Marcus was on top of things the moment he arrived. As soon as I told him my issue (backed up bathtub), Marcus knew what the problem was. He stated that he was very familiar with the homes in my neighborhood. Marcus was quick and efficient,  cordial and professional,  and explained everything to me. Thanks so much!

I called affordable plumbing to fix a leak from a pipe outside my house. They told me over the phone that it would be $59 to assess the issue. The plumber got out and tried to charge me $225 to assess the issue, claiming that the initial assessment fee of $59 didn't include digging around the pipe to find the issue!!! Ridiculous! Then he tells me that the problem will probably cost me around $700-$1000 anyway!

Long story short, I paid $59 for someone to look at the outside pipe, no assessment, and I still have a leak.

Would not recommend at all! They'll try and get as much money as they can from you!

The spigot in the front of our house was leaking non-stop today. I called Crown Plumbing around 11:30 and they were able to give me a window same day between 12:00 and 3:00 pm. At 1:18 I had a text that someone would be over within 30 minutes and shortly thereafter Robert arrived to check out the problem.

I had just had PG & E out to check that a gas leak had been repaired properly (it was) and turn the gas back on, but the PG & E tech wouldn't climb up a ladder to check that the furnace was on (it's in the attic). I asked Robert if he could take a look and make sure it was working and he did! He turned the furnace back on and checked on another sink I had in the house when I told him it was dripping.

Robert was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns, offered advice and presented options. Not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me something, and it was very refreshing to have a contractor give me unbiased opinions and help me make an informed decision about the best path forward. We now have a short list of items in order of importance that we can address and I feel way less stressed about how/when to take care of the things that need to be done in our home.

Huge thank you to Robert for fixing the original problem super duper fast, taking the time to do a walk through of the home to make sure everything was in order, and setting us up with a path forward. We even have a cool idea for the wet bar that I don't think I'd have come up with if I hadn't chatted with Robert about the construction of the sink.

Thank you Crown Plumbing and Robert for your professionalism. It's an incredible relief to know that if we have a problem there's someone we can call who will respond right away!

My washing machine wasn't working. I called and left message. Jeremy called back in 5 minutes. Made appointment for afternoon. Showed up on time and repaired washer plus explained what was wrong. Great customer service.

Our pipes were put in at an angle under our kitchen sink. When we used our garbage disposal, water came up the opposite sink and dirty water would get on our dishes. When we were gone on vacation, the pipes disconnected and there was a leak under the sink into the bottom of the cabinet.

We were able to contact A1 and have someone out right away. Eric did a drain cleaning, connected new piping, and fixed the entire problem before we got back!
