A belated thank you and shout out to Tim and Alana.  I needed help with smoke alarms, and Tim was responsive, effective, efficient, and reasonable.  I'll definitely be calling on Landrum Construction for future repairs and handyperson services, as well as recommending him to neighbors and friends.

Once again Doug to the rescue!!  A couple years ago I called on Doug when we were having Kitec issues.  He was extremely helpful to our situation and it was much appreciated!  Today I had him come by to put a relief valve in our recirc system.  Come to find out our pump is totally dead and also the plumbing company that put in the sytem did not install equipment they should have done.  Doug doesn't even want to charge me for his time to come out.  It is beyond wonderful to find an honest and knowledgeable plumber these days!  I would highly recommend Doug and will continue to use him for our plumbing needs!  Thank you Doug!

Tom and his crew at Drain Time Plumbing were the only company out of several that we reached out to in our area for our homes emergency. They had a quick response time (under 45 min.) which was greatly needed as it was a major plumbing issue that we had. They solved it right away so my home would stop flooding. As a new home owner I can't say how much my family appreciated Tom's team promptness, skills and knowledge of his trade which I'm sure saved us in several ways from more costly damage. They are up front and very affordable for the quality and amount of work they do in a speedy time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in a need of a plumber and we'll be using them for preventive maintenance and any other of our plumbing needs going forward. Drain time came through clutch with the response time and best equipment. I highly recommend them

Right when I called, they were very nice and pleasant. They came out at the scheduled appointment time. They fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. They were very professional and courteous. Thank you so much for your help.

The day before thanksgiving we lost our hot water in the shower tub. I knows it wasnt the hot water heater because the sink had piping hot water. So I first met with a local plumber that came in and told me we had to replace pretty much everything that connected to the bathtub. At the cost of 6 grand. I decided to call rooter hero and spoke to mark about our problem. Mark located our problem and had the valves replaced and it only cost us a couple of hundred. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, he was very friendly and professional. You can't believe the anxiety I had after the first plumber gave me the quote, and it was instantly relieved after make the rooter hero crew took care of our problem.

Just got quoted over $700 to replace a thermocouple on a water heater.
The part is about $15 and the time to replace is about an hour. Go figure.  Third time we got a very inflated estimate.

When I call Mr Rooter's number it is a joy not to have to go through a menu of pushing a variety of numbers.  There may be one recording asking the caller to wait, then Tammy comes on.  She is very polite and does all she can to get someone out quickly. We've had technicians come to our house for several different issues.  They are very polite, explain the problem and the repair well and do a great job repairing.  

I have also had them repair some leaky pipes outside the church I attend.  One pipe other plumbers had estimated an extensive and expensive repair.  The tech who came out estimated a much less extensive and expensive repair.  Work was completed and no more leaks.

I was referred to AAP by Home Advisor. We had a couple of small jobs. The first was to replace a toilet with one we had purchased. I will say the service was prompt, the tech was here one day after our request. He finished the job in just over an hour, and all was well. We were satisfied with the job, and he cleaned up and took the old toilet away. The total charge was $240.
Next, I asked how much would the charge be to replace the faucet in the kitchen sink. His answer was $240.  That's an additional charge! I would think that since he was already here, and the job would take less than an hour he might charge another $50 or so. Even up to $100, I might have had him do it. So I did it myself in about an hour.
Also I asked about replacing some washers in a dripping faucet in the bathtub, but he said he probably couldn't fix it. The only option, he said, was to tear open the wall and replace them to the tune of over $1,000.

Just bought and house and moved on Saturday when last night's normal routine lead to a full house backup with water clearly flowing in the INCORRECT direction! An after hours urgent request through my home warranty company resulted in an appointment being scheduled in less than 12hrs. While my dealings with the HW company was sub-par, the service provided by Crown Plumbing was excellent. Exceptional shoutout to my tech, Richard Harris, for being a fantastic shining moment in this crappy (pun intended) situation - you're awesome and saved the day!! I'm certainly saving his business card and Crown Plumbing will be my go to for future plumbing needs for sure!

Charged me service charge without disclosing it when the appointment was made. Called them in because I thought there was a problem with one of their earlier work they had done on the appliance which was covered under their warranty. Turns out it was some other component which had the problem (which took the guy a full 1 minute to diagnose).. and then charged me 50 bucks for service charge.  Should have mentioned about this charge when I had called.. but nope. Also, they were supposed to call me and give me an estimate on the new problem.. but none of that either.

Will not recommend.

My shower was leaking out of the side of the shower. We had A1 come out and take a peek. There was a plastic connector going into the metal piping that had snapped apart. I'm glad we called when we did because it would have leaked into the wall. Eric was able to diagnose the situation and had an easy solution. We are grateful for his transparency in pricing and the steps needed to fix it.

While he was here he also took a look at our drain in our bathtub that had been clogged. He was able to do a drain cleaning and now our tub drains like it's supposed to.

We appreciate the urgency of service and the fact Eric loves what he does. We know who to call and who to refer to, this company is absolutely A1!
