Branden was very prompt to responding to my request, I just moved into the neighborhood and I needed new gas lines installed for my cooktop and dryer. What I thought looked like an impossible task, Branden made it a smooth job. Branden from here on forward the go to guy for all my plumbing needs.

The toilet flooded, the shower valve broke, the sewer needed to be snaked, and the garbage disposal was jammed...all on a Sunday New Years weekend.
James, the Dad who we have worked with 3 other times on two houses, came right out on time on Sunday and fixed it all! He is polite and kind and skilled. I could not be more pleased with the entire transaction from phone call to finish. The fee was very reasonable and the work was done well. I highly recommend this company and in fact I have them coming to another house to do sewer work for me tomorrow. On another job he gave me better access to hose bibs and moved some exterior water lines around. He replaced some valves and did a general plumbing tune up. I was completely satisfied.

I scheduled an appointment for a water backflow issue. My appt was set for 530. I recieved a call setting my expectations that the texh would arrive closer to 630. I appreciated the communication. Charles should up ready to get the job done. He quickly assesed the issue and explained it. My issue was done in 30 minutes. Thank you for the communication and getting the job done quickly. Would most definitely recommend his services.

Woke up to issues with our downstairs toilet and showers not draining properly. Called a few places with no luck until one of them referred me to Drain Tech. Boy am I glad they did! They were able to get someone out within a couple of hours. The technician that showed up was great! He was very knowledgeable and professional. Listened to our issue then determined it was a main line clog. He was able to get it fixed and unclogged in about an hour. We would definitely use them again for any issues in the future.

We called Leo around 8 pm after being turned down by several other plumbers in the area (including one we've used a lot in the past).  Leo didn't hesitate and came right over he arrived clean and professional (8pm ) in  Appearance and went right to work. He tried several things to trouble shoot the problem trying to ensure a cost effective repair. Once he diagnosed the issue he went to work quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up the space. This type of customer service is difficult to find in todays world. I'm happy to say I found someone that values a customer's satisfaction as much as he does their money. I'll be using Leo for any future needs.

Had a broken pop up drain pipe and P-Trap clog issues under the master bathroom sink. Ted came carefully assessed the breakage and was able to keep the original pop up assembly and drain gold trim pieces intact. The home depot products were not a perfect match so he just used a few critical pipe pieces and completely replaced the P-Trap. End result, our sink drains freely and no leaks from the new hardware. Ted is our go to plumbing guy!

I have used Greer Plumbing several times over the past 10 yrs, and once again they have provided me wonderful service, at a very fair price.  Jeff and his assistant came to my house in Castro Valley and moved a gas line for me, capping another outlet, running a new line to a kitchen stove and a line to the garage in case we ever want a gas dryer.  Figured while pipes are being rerouted, might as well.  The work was clean, quick, they were prompt as scheduled.  Can't complement them enough!

What a great company I had. 4 bids from 2600 to 1700 for a water heater Joe fixed mine for 300.00 and said he could replace it for 1500. I would recommend them highly very honest and fair! Thank you Stillwell plumbing

Had some serious plumbing issues and Daniel from Figs was fantastic.  He was knowledgeable and affordable.

Once again Doug to the rescue!!  A couple years ago I called on Doug when we were having Kitec issues.  He was extremely helpful to our situation and it was much appreciated!  Today I had him come by to put a relief valve in our recirc system.  Come to find out our pump is totally dead and also the plumbing company that put in the sytem did not install equipment they should have done.  Doug doesn't even want to charge me for his time to come out.  It is beyond wonderful to find an honest and knowledgeable plumber these days!  I would highly recommend Doug and will continue to use him for our plumbing needs!  Thank you Doug!

Had a pool leak at an unidentified location. Colin came out performed all of his testing but couldn't find the leak. We came to the conclusion that the leak was likely in the pool drain at the bottom of the pool so he put on his dive suit, dove down there, confirmed the leak and patched it with Epoxy. Very knowledgable and efficient. Highly recommend.

We were quoted a high estimate for the repair/replacement of a water heater burner assembly and, since the repair would be so costly, a quote was provided for a new water heater installation.  A different licensed contractor replaced the burner assembly for about 15% of the amount quoted by Boyd.  The experience with Boyd made us feel that they were pushing for the new water heater installation by giving a high quote for the repair.

Jason came over, very professional, good guy! Came for a small fix. Came ASAP! Fixed the issue I had! Highly recommend!

Charles replaced and moved our sewer line in the backyard to accommodate a pool we are putting in. This was a very large job and he was committed and stayed on the job until the project was completed for several days. His price was more than fair and he will guarantee all his work for one year. I really appreciate having a great plumber now to call. He was referred to me by my mom who had also hired Charles for several projects.
