The guys at US Trenchless are awesome. Not only did they give a competitive bid but also did a great job in a timely manner. Even after the repair a cat walked through the concrete that evening and they came the next morning to patch where the cat walked through. A+ service all around!!!

Ted answered his phone (that hardly happens anymore) and immediately tried to help me.  I had a water heater blow out and my garage was mostly flooded.  This was discovered on a Friday and he said he would be late but he would get to me.  

As it turned out, due to complications at another job, he called and rescheduled me for very early Saturday.  I was appreciative since my home warranty company was unable to even find an available plumber.

Ted was right on time, and got right after it.  Everything was according to quote on the phone, and he did the job in a couple of hours.  A total PRO.

Super grateful for their help getting our leaking pipes all fixed. Being without water for 24 hours was not the business. I called him on a Friday morning for a clogged sewer line, and he was at our house within 30 minutes. He told us he would 'blow our clog to Berkeley', and he did. He is personable, friendly and positive, but did not waste our time with chit chat and charged us a very reasonable price. He's logged in our phone and I won't use anyone else. David came out and was able to restart the pilot light on our 10 year old water heater. Provided quotes to replace the unit which we will be doing so this week. David was very professional and we'll be having Boyd Plumbing back to do the work.

We needed some solution towards issues with allergies , forced heat air when it is cold and didn't appreciate cold floors.  So, we found this company!   We had our home installed with heated floors.  It was the best decision ever!

We had warm floors installed throughout the first floor of our home.  Not only did it provide energy efficiency, it provides comfort  throughout those really cold months. When we turn on our heater, we don't experience hot air blowing to our faces anymore.  It's comfortable and toasty inside while it is freezing cold outside.  In fact, I am able to wear shorts and tank top inside the home because of how comfortable the temperature is.  The warmth also goes up to the 2nd floor!

Service was great!  They answered all our questions and assisted with whatever we wanted to know.  It is a great long term investment plus definitely adds value to your home!  I definitely recommend this company for your heated floors installation. It was the best investment!

I'm posting this review as a look out for other vulnerable customers. I called this person Robert. He is not licensed. Even with that I consulted him for a broken faucet cartridge. He wanted to come out to look at it to quote. I opted no. That I needed a quote by phone (like most do a general quote). He wanted a photo sent. I sent the photo. He called left a voicemail quoting me a minimum of $420 upwards to $740  to change a cartridge and drain my water. This is because a max a handyman which is truly what he is can charge is $750 by law. Beware! My dad luckily was able to fix this for the price of a cartridge. My usual licensed plumber who wasn't available quoted $300 total for this type of repair. To call himself a plumber as advertised and he isn't licensed (mind you a small repair like this a handyman can do) is not a way to advertise business. Until your licenses is received you should clearly state your a handyman. And that's highway robbery to quote $420-740 for a cartridge repair. See screen shot of his voicemail transcribed quote.

I had a leak with my kitchen faucet that had pex fittings.  I called a lot of plumbers that said they worked with pex before and when they came to my house they said they couldn't do it.  I called plumbing care and they sent a technician and he fixed my problem with ease.  I really appreciate them fixing my leaky and now stress free.  I will use plumbing care for now on with any of my plumbing need.  Thanks  plumbing care

My water heater was leaking hot water on the side of my house. I called for a quote to get it fixed and got a response right away. Mohammed was professional and did an excellent job replacing the water pressure relief valve. He was honest and his pricing was reasonable. I'll be using him again in the future based on the quality service I received.
