Such a great experience, excellent customer service and no surprises with the cost! Very nice young man and he went above and beyond just clearing my clogged kitchen sink. I definitely will call him again!

My pipe in my house was clogged, couldn't get anything to go down, the toilets were about to overflow my bathtub was backing up with the not so good stuff from the toilet. I called van go rooter after working with another Co. (who couldn't resolve the issue). Eddie came to the house and did a hydrojet to flush the pipe and right away I was able to flush and things started draining. He even went a step further to take a camera down the pipe to find out what the problem was and we found it, it was a root from a tree that had been removed. We marked the spot to have it replaced. I appreciate everything that Eddie has done for my family and for the plumbing in my house.

This company did a great job repairing a leak and then changing out old pipes on my 97 year old Craftsman home.  Would totally recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

We hired US Trenchless to perform the sewer line inspection on our home when we were purchasing it, they came out quickly and provided a detailed quote and video of the inspection scope. The line turned out to need a full replacement as it was 50+ years old and they gave us the best price & quality of service. While they were doing it they noticed a badly rusted and corroded water line next to it that we weren't aware of! Luckily they did as this saved us from a leak down the road, we had them replace that as well. Abraham was helpful throughout the process and sent us photo updates along the way!

We had a minor toilet overflow at the base of our toilet downstairs. After calling a few places that would not be able to come out until the next day or week. We found Precision Plumbing and Leo was able to come within 2 hours. Leo and team showed up early and took care of the issue by removing the toilet and replacing the toilet wax ring and snaking the outside sewer pipe that had a clog.

About a week later we noticed another small leak that I was able to catch in time that did cause another big problem. I gave Leo a call and explained the issue and he came the next day on Sunday at 7:30am on his off day to fix the issue. The culprit was another clog near the sewer pipe. It's great to have a reliable plumber and someone that takes care of their customers. Highly recommend Leo and team!

Once again Doug to the rescue!!  A couple years ago I called on Doug when we were having Kitec issues.  He was extremely helpful to our situation and it was much appreciated!  Today I had him come by to put a relief valve in our recirc system.  Come to find out our pump is totally dead and also the plumbing company that put in the sytem did not install equipment they should have done.  Doug doesn't even want to charge me for his time to come out.  It is beyond wonderful to find an honest and knowledgeable plumber these days!  I would highly recommend Doug and will continue to use him for our plumbing needs!  Thank you Doug!

Lack of follow up and somewhat rude. Did not select to do the work, so quality of work may or may not be good.  Pricing seemed on the high side of normal.

Since our initial large project we've had Boyd out to do some smaller repairs, some non-urgent and a few that were nice to get in same day.  I've been so impressed with the communication, friendliness, and overall excellent service - I won't go with anyone else from now on.

We had a toilet leak. Brandon came out in the morning and showed me where the leak was coming from. He was back later that afternoon to install a new toilet. Brandon was friendly and very professional. We were very happy with the cost. We will use A Better Plumbing Company again.

It's about time we post a review about this company. Ramnar, the owner, installed our radiant heat almost 20 years ago before he even started his company. This is a wonderful cost efficient way to heat our large property (tile, wood and carpet floors) and it never failed us. We never have to think about it, the thermostats are set, there is no dust, no noise, it's just the best! We are thrilled that he now has his own company, he is the best we know, trustworthy and extremely skilled. We just make sure to service the system and water heater once a year this way we also get to see him and his crew and make sure everything keeps working properly. Absolute top notch, efficient, very nice and fair priced, wouldn't think of hiring anyone else!

The Issue:
Our water heater pilot went out and upon investigation I found it to be an issue with the gas control valve. Once the control 'trips' it must be replaced. Also When discovering our tank was over 15 years old and well out of warranty total replacement was on the table as well. Either way our family of 6 was now out of hot water!  

First Contact:
I reached out to several plumbing companies on yelp around 11pm last night. I was not expecting a response but, Within 10 minutes I received a call from Mohammed. He said he could be at my home between 7am and 9am the very next day, to take a look!

Arrival and initial inspection:
Mohammed showed up at about 8:30am, within his arrival window. He got right to work and looked at the situation. As I suspected he found no gas going to the pilot light. What I liked about Mohammed was he did not immediately suggest a new tank, and offered to repair what I had. I told him since my tank was 15 years old, let just replace it. I asked when he could do the work and To my surprise he had a tank in his van, a high quality Bradford White 50 gallon, ready to go and said he could do it right then.

Price:
I had gotten 4 other quotes and Mohammed was one of the lowest. I ended up choosing him because he could start right away, sooner than anyone else and I appreciated his prompt response to my request and that how showed up on time. Also there is a 1 year warranty on the labor.

Work:
Mohammed began right away, the job included replacement of the tank, drip trays, water lines, and gas line along with hauling away the old tank. He worked FAST and had the job done in about an hour. It was a one for one replacement and no customizations needed to be done. After he finished he went over the system and explained the LED lights on the new control valve and asked if I had any questions.

Payment:
He accepts VISA/Master card which is how I paid and I was glad he did not try and charge me a fee for using a credit card. He provided me a detailed receipt for the job. He left no mess behind and the area clean as it was before.
