Best Gas Line Services in Sacramento CA

I don't have a review of the work done by this company so I'm leaving three stars as a middle-of-the-road rating. My review is constructive criticism for the marketing team. Maybe don't leave your business card tucked into the window of someone's car that's parked in their driveway.  My car isn't the nicest, but it's still not possible to mistake it for an overflowing toilet.

Just got yelp and needed a plumber.  These guys got good reviews.  Called Sunday afternoon about a blocked sink.  Again three hours later, giving same details all over again to the answering service.  24 hours later the company still hasn't called.  Not sure if this bad review applies to just Van Go (Van No Go?) or the rating system itself.

I contacted JC Sewer after another large sewer company wasn't able to complete the job.  Not only did JC Sewer clear the drain, but they were able to fix a problem that another company caused.  

I used another company for many years, but now I will send all my business to JC Sewer.

Professional and honest.  Did not try to hard sell me when realizing a prior contractor should be responsible.  I will use them for any future projects.

When it comes to honest and direct explanations of what needs to be done US Trenchless is my first call!

The valve under my bathroom sink started to leak over the weekend. I called another plumber who was going to come on Tuesday but never followed up on a time and ended up being a no-show. I called Leo after work on Wednesday and didn't expect anyone to pick up the phone after 5pm. But he said he would be by between 11:30AM and 1PM Thursday. He came right on time, got right to work, explained what the issue was, and he was out the door before 1PM! I haven't had to hire a plumber before so I'm not sure about value, but I'm very happy with the service and reliability and will definitely call Leo again.

We had two plumbers at our property from the home warranty company who could not find a leak in our foundation. We called American Leak Detection of Sacramento independently who was able to locate the leak under our foundation and fix it the same day. My experience with American Leak Detection of Sacramento was as good as it gets in the plumbing service industry.

This family run business happened to be the first one I called after a leak sprung that needed professional help. Daniel and his crew do a fantastic job with reasonable prices. He went above and beyond for me as he added me at the end of his day. The work needed to be finished the following morning and my husband and I were very happy with the work. Thank you, Daniel, for saving us that weekend.

Another great experience with them! My main sewer line backed up badly, I called and Doug the tech guy came right away within hours! Wow!! And again he get the job done fast and perfectly! Thanks a lot

I contacted Boyd after being referred by the trenchless company.  I explained that I had a driveway drain that needed clearing.  I was advised that they do clear these types of drains and can have someone over right away.  I was impressed..  I was told it would be a $39 charge and that would be deducted off the work they did..  

When Jeremy came out he saw that the job was one that would require a diesel pump to clear..  the cost of this was a lot more than was expected and could not be completed at the time.  

Jeremy could see that I was disappointed and made sure that I felt I was treated fairly.  He took the extra time to ensure that I was happy and ensured I felt as though I was treated fairly.  

This in itself is great business practice and very appreciated..  Even though I did not get work done..  the customer service was above standard.

My toilet was running, so Frank came over to fix it. He said he rebuilt it, so there wouldn't be any further issues. I was at the time impressed by his efficiency and professionalism.

Two weeks later the same toilet started running again. So I called Frank. He picked up and told me that that shouldn't happen, but he would call me back the next day to schedule a time to fix it. He then ignored my calls and text messages and never called me back.

The next plumber I called came out and identified that Frank had rebuilt the wrong part of the toilet (the tank lever and fill valve and not the flush valve), so the work he did was not sufficient to actually solve the problem I had.

Our water heater finally died after living in our home for 16 years and the heater had been old then. We found Pocket Plumbing after searching on Yelp and were very impressed with Charles reviews. If we could give him 10 stars that wouldn't be enough . Charles was easy to get in touch with, came when he said he would, found the problem right away and explained everything in a manner we could understand . His pricing was great, his professionalism is amazing , and he was extremely friendly. It's hard these days to find an honest tradesman that truly wants to provide the best service for his customers along with the best price. It's usually one or the other a cheap price , along with bad work or great work along with the huge price tab. Not Charles though, he gives his customers the best service along with the best price. He takes pride in his business and it shows. He also happens to be a great guy and will be our go to Plumber from now on.

Our garbage disposal decided to break on the 4th of July.  The next day, we contacted Plumbing Care and within a couple of hours the technician, Andre, arrived at our house.  He replaced the disposal in under 45 minutes.  He provided pictures of the old disposal and of the the one he replaced it with.  He cleaned up after the job, even dumping the box & packaging that the new disposal came in.  I'm very happy with the work and would recommend using Plumbing Care.

Mohammed and his team did a great job for us at a reasonable rate.  We had a leak in our garage and he was able to come that same day to repair.

Chris came  on time to give us the estimate which was reasonable.  He did a perfect job we definitely recommend him.
