I just wanted to write a follow up review for the guys at Better B Plumbing and Drain.  I had an issue a couple days ago installing a new gas dryer myself.  The connections were not lining up and I was stumped.  I called and while I am not sure who I spoke with, they were able to figure out the issue I was having and  guide me through what I needed to do to complete the job.  I even had to call back a second time to ask another question and the gentleman I spoke with was more than happy to help.  The dryer is installed and working and it is all thanks to the help of Better B.  You had already earned my loyalty in the past with fast and friendly  service but the customer service provided the just reinforces it.  You will not find more knowledgeable, friendlier, or more helpful folks anywhere.  I cannot recommend Better B more!

The plumber came out with one other guy.  He was fast and got the job done.  After the last plumber came out 3 times.

Contacted bunch of plumbers through yelp for estimate for installing water filter system.  Their good reviews And reasonable prices allowed me to pick this company for the job. Scheduled an appointment and job was completed as expected. They even fixed another non related water leak. Thanks for your services. Will consider doing business with same company in future.

I hired Miracle Works to cap off my kitchen gas line. I did not wait long for an appointment. The tech arrived on time and was professional. He also answered several questions I had about other minor plumbing problems, and seemed quite knowledgeable. A positive experience - I would use them again.

US Trenchless, owned by Jonas,  is my go to company for sewer line inspections.  As a real estate broker I recommend sewer line inspections to my buyers to eliminate surprises after escrow closes.  US Trenchless is prompt and quick to forward a report.  Their reports are informative and honest!

I had an urgent utility sink backup that Leo and Dennis took care of so quickly! Called on a Sunday at 10:00 pm and they were on-site the next morning at the time they committed to and were so capable. Very reasonably priced!

Called Ted about 11am and he answered.   My new washing machine couldnt be hooked up because the water kept flowing from the hot water valve even when main water shut off.  Asked me a couple of questions and for a picture of my valves.  Explained the problem and the cost.   Showed up in under an hour.  Fixed it and hooked up my new washer and dryer.  Very pleasant person.  Very happy customer!

Discovered a significant water leak near the main water valve streaming like a garden hose left 1/2-3/4 on.  Plumber came and found it was somewhere under the lawn but would need to dig several holes.  This dirt is hard pan, rocky and often full of tree roots which makes digging is such a pleasure *extreme sarcasm*.  I used a jack hammer and shovel to dig where I thought it could be...but I was wrong and didn't want to dig anymore.

Plumber suggested American Leak Detectors then they would return to repair it.
Paul from ALD came out the next day, analyzed what was leaking and where, then probed for the leak.  He determined the leak to be under the landscape flag he placed or within a 3x3 square.  His guess would be a cracked 45 degree connection between 2 pipe segments
He was SPOT ON!  However there were 2 leaks which explained why he had to zero in several times and it was a cracked connector!

Paul saved me or the plumber from digging several 21 deep holes.  Money well spent.

This was our first experience using Figs but we will definitely be a repeat customer! Quick diagnosis and quick fix - ended up needing a whole new toilet and they were out the very next day!

Doug did not even come to my house but spent 15 minutes of his time on the phone with me giving me advice on how to fix the problem myself. I really appreciate an honest experienced persons option and he gave me great advice. I would gladly call him for future work.

This is my second project with Detail Plumbing.  Two toilets installed this time.  Oly did a great job.  Super attention to detail.  Fair price.  Timely arrival and completion of work.  I'll work with them again for sure.

I was impressed with Boyd Plumbing before Jake even arrived.  They sent me an email with the name of the person who would be working on my house, his picture and a short bio.  Jake arrived on time and discussed my concerns.  He did a preliminary check of my plumbing, assured me that the water pressure was normal, and then did some work that I wanted done.He finished the work and cleaned up after he was done. He was easy to talk to and work with. I will definitely use him again.

Despite the fact of the urgency of my repair at home , No one shown up on the time agreed upon neither called nor even informed of not being able to attend , just left me waiting.

Glad I didn't have a deal with such a work ethics company that might drive my project to a disaster!

Well...more great service from Pocket Plumbing. I was so happy with them the first time, I decided to call them again when my garbage disposal stopped working. I called Charles and he gave me a quick tip and I was able to fix it myself!!! Wonderful company! Keep up the great work!

When Robert saw, after fifteen minutes of staring at various pipes and fittings, that I had no idea what to do, he asked if he could help. Holding onto a stack of PVC pipe in a cart, he listened patiently, and then discussed possible solutions. He offered to come out to the house on a Sunday to have a look if things didn't work out...but they did. The solution he asked me to try fixed the issue, and saved me money that otherwise would have gone into his pocket. Robert will now be first on my list of plumbers to call, when another plumbing issue happens!

We had a leak in the main water line going to our house, buried in our front yard somewhere.  Plumbing Care fixed it for us and I am very happy with their workmanship and the overall experience!  I thought the advice we got from Plumbing Care was the most on the nose compared with others who consulted.  Also, their price was reasonable.  Previous plumbing work I've had done here in the East Bay has been extremely expensive so I was glad to be working with Plumbing Care this time.  I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work done!   Keith, one of their Field Supervisors, was particularly good to work with.  Allan did the actual work and he did a great job.  Best of all - the leak is fixed!

This man drove to my house and fixed our water heater problem, all within 1 hour. Great service and extremely fast response time! Would highly recommend!

Chris was incredibly helpful and worked with me over text messages and videos to help me solve my problem without even charging me a dime. He was very honest and straight forward with me. In the future if I have any issues I won't call anyone else. I highly recommend Finite Plumbing & Welding!!
