Amazing service!! I called Tim when our undermounted sink fell. He was one of the few people in the area who knew how to fix it, since the sink was mounted only on one side. He was able to get parts in for the following day, and competed the repair in under an hour. Not only that, but since the repair turned out to be less time consuming than expected, he charged me well under the original quote.

Got a quote from another company for an exploratory dig they were going to charge me $2,789 and just guessing and then charge me to run the camera again and have to clear my main sewer line. I called JC and they were out here the same day called in extra people cleared my main line and found where my clean out was quoted me for their service. They are honest reliable and a true value I will be calling them again and highly recommend them.

Damarcus and Alden installed a new sink and garbage disposal for us. They did such a great job - showed up on time, answered all of our questions, and wore booties over their shoes while they were here.  10/10 would recommend.

Not only did he pick them up which made it extremely convenient for me, he did it at no extra charge. In addition, the rate for the job was totally reasonable. When there was a manufacturer problem with the toilet, he took over dealing with the warranty and was super responsive in communicating with me about the issue and giving me options. Zoom Drain was the first to respond to our clogged drain request on Yelp and the only business to actually follow up the next day to schedule the technician appointment. They sent a text message (my preferred form of communication) and offered multiple 4 hour time slots as late 8pm on a Sunday.  The technician arrived on time and I received a courtesy text message 30 min prior to his arrival.

Our technician Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work with and we couldn't have been more pleased with his expertise and quality of service. He performed multiple tests to ensure he had the right diagnosis and walked us through all the options. Kyle was even kind enough to show us a few plumping basics around our new house and found our missing water shut off buried under some landscaping. Once the job was finished, we promptly received the completed invoice for our records. I will definitely be using Zoom Drain for all our plumbing needs going forward!

The valve under my bathroom sink started to leak over the weekend. I called another plumber who was going to come on Tuesday but never followed up on a time and ended up being a no-show. I called Leo after work on Wednesday and didn't expect anyone to pick up the phone after 5pm. But he said he would be by between 11:30AM and 1PM Thursday. He came right on time, got right to work, explained what the issue was, and he was out the door before 1PM! I haven't had to hire a plumber before so I'm not sure about value, but I'm very happy with the service and reliability and will definitely call Leo again.

Ted was great!  I had been told by other companies that the needed part had to be ordered and would take 24 to 72 hours to arrive or that I had to source it myself.  I called Ted, he answered right away (on a Saturday), gave knowledgeable info regarding what may or may not be involved in the repair and potential costs.  
The best part, he was available within 90 minutes, arrived with the part and had the repair made quickly. His cost was not only reasonable, it was half what I had been quoted by others.
I'm grateful to have found a reliable, affordable plumber.  I would recommend Ted's Plumbing without hesitation.

If you've been looking for an honest old fashioned plumber that actually figures out what you need as opposed to one that's been trained to sell parts and unneeded repairs this is the one. Joe showed up and handled both problems I had called about in less than an hour and was professional the entire time even while listening to an old retired guy rant on about today's problems in the world. I'm glad I read all the Yelp reviews on Stilwell Plumbing and made that call. Like I said , old fashioned and knowledgeable professionalism. I came home yesterday evening to find our downstairs bathroom and adjoining laundry room flooded.  I traced the flooding to our downstairs bath shower drain which was overflowing with water even though that shower hadn't been used in months, and no one had been home to use the toilets or run water in the sinks all day.  After mopping up all of the water on the floors. I tried, unsuccessfully, to clear the clogged shower drain with Drano and plungers.  I realized I need a professional, but I did not know who to hire.  So I went online in search of a plumber in the Carmichael area.  Based on some very positive reviews on Yelp, I contact Fig Plumbing.  It was after their normal hours, and not an emergency so I agreed to have someone come out the next morning.  Daniel, the owner, showed up around 8:30am the following morning and soon discovered that the problem was either a broken pipe or a serious clog.  Either way, the problem presented a set of unique challenges due to the fact that our split-level house was built partly below ground so that the downstairs (and the sewer pipes that exit our house run below the main sewer line at the street), and the fact that we had no outside sewer cleanout near the house - only the one near the street. With some creative thinking and hard work, Daniel and his assistant, John, eventually cleared the blockage and got the drains operating better than ever.  I am thankful that I contacted Daniel.   He was extremely professional and his fee was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone in the area who need a highly competent plumber.  Thanks Daniel, you are the only plumber I will call next time I need one!

Job done April 2019. What can I say about Doug at Whitmore Plumbing? Absolutely excellent work from start to finish. I was home with the week Doug was at my house doing a re-pipe. Doug was very receptive to my questions and input regarding some creativity that this job required. When it came time for final trim out of the kitchen sink, Doug juggled his schedule to fit me in after my kitchen countertop was delayed. Highly recommend!
