Kevin came out and resolved my plumbing problem. He even educated me about plumbing and what I should add to prevent future complications. Great guy with a nice personality. You can teach skills but you can't teach attitude. Btw the while process was quick and easy.

Conrad arrived within an hour of making a service call. He assessed the condition of my garbage disposal, but was unable to fix it as is. He offered price and options to replace disposal. I found him to be knowledgeable, honest, and pleasant. I wasn't charged for him to come out for what amounted to a consultation. Other places charge just to show up. Should I elect to replace my garbage disposal, I certainly will give VanGo a call.

He charges five hundred dollars for 2 hours work replacing 8 pieces of window trim with knotty pine. I thought it was about a six hour project so I justified the cost in my mind.  Tim says In regards to the cost, I charge a flat rate for the project vs an hourly rate. This is because I have 18 years of experience that have developed my skills and efficiency to complete a project in a timely manner, so therefore I charge an flat rate vs an hourly rate.  His 18 years of experience allows him to charge a price that is more than $200 per hour? He doesn't paint the wood and I had to ask him to caulk it. When I told I was unhappy with the price, he said it was too late to negotiate. Please decide for yourself whether this is a reputable business.

Charles was great!  He was here the same day and his price was fantastic and much less than everyone else and I did not have to wait 1 to 2 days for my repair of the sewer backed up in my bathtub and shower!  Very professional and all I can say is I am very happy!  Thanks Charles for everything!

Looks like I am not the only Maurice fan! He certainly deserves the high praise that I echo hear. The garbage disposal in our cottage was leaking all over the place. Maurice showed me where the rusting pieces were failing to make a seal and patched up the problem with a new unit from the impressive red shiny truck. He carefully cleaned up the mess the previous disposer created, checked all connections, answered my questions and was terrific to work with. I very highly recommend Zoom Drain for any plumbing needs.

Ted was awesome. He replied quickly to be inquiry about a bathtub spout copper pipe issue. Next thing I know, he came by two hours later and fixed it in no time flat.

Add Doug to your household's emergency contact list!  There is nothing is worse when your main water line will not turn back on, you need to drink water/use the bathroom and it is Saturday evening.  Doug called us back immediately and came to our house in 20 minutes.  Through no fault of ours, our water main wouldn't turn on and we knew it was an issue above our skill level.  Doug did not belittle our diy work at all (which a lot of professionals do to guilt us into their services.)  In fact, he spent extra time to walk through different options - like a family friend giving us honest advice.  He was thorough, professional, and gave us realistic expectations of future wear and tear.  He wasn't pushing or pressuring or scaring us into worse case scenarios.  His pricing and trustworthiness made us want to hire him for additional work.  Look no further for a top plumber in Northern California.

Very happy with the service we received from Boyd's Plumbing. They were referred to us by the Trenchless Co., who worked hard to clear our garage-drain with no luck. Boyd's came out the same day and cleared the drain. Their technician, Jake, was friendly and knowledgeable. While working in our garage, Jake noticed our not-up-to-code and potentially dangerous water heater.  We had put this complicated & costly project off, knowing it was going to also require someone to do construction work on the roof in order to properly ventilate the system.  Jake explained his company could not only replace the water heater, but handle the construction part of things too - - as well as provide financing! This is exactly what we needed. Two weeks later, Jake and two assistants - -  one of whom was the construction guy, came out and installed our new water heater that is completely up-to-code and looks amazing. They were on time, and only took about six hours to get everything done. Even Boyds office staff was helpful in getting us through the financing process over the phone and approved in less than 10 minutes!  So thankful to have come across Jake and Boyd's Plumbing when we did. They really helped simplify what I thought was going to be a complicated, over-priced project. I would highly recommend them!

I have nothing but good things to say about the skilled service and customer service of these two guys who came and replaced my broken gas pipe. First, Tim came out and gave me a free estimate. He was thorough when describing what needed to be done. What type of material he was going to use and even how long he estimated the work would take to complete. Him and Sam were very professional, showed up 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. They were very respectful of my property, had great personalities, and even actually pretty funny. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completed, which was very impressive and highly appreciated. If you're looking to have a gas pipe line replaced knowing that the work will be done properly and you don't have to worry about any future leaks I highly recommend this company.

Pocket Plumbing is excellent. I can't recommend them enough.  We had David come yesterday to replace our water heater that had broken and leaked everywhere.  He did a great job. We have several plumping issues, we bought this home in 2015 and were told at the time the galvanized pipes needed repipeing. After David replaced the water heater he went around the house with us (at our request) and checked things out and made recommendations and went over their process with us. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience and I have to highlight Ahlisa who spoke with me on the phone and countless texts during and after our job, letting us know what to expect and answering questions.  She's so patient and lovely and made everything seemless.
