Brandon was great! On time, knowledgeable, efficient and cost effective. He provided some much needed plumbing knowledge and took care of both the blockage and the mess made by the blockage in no time!

I needed help with a clog in my kitchen line and Eddie was great, he was very efficient, excellent at problem-solving, and professional. This work was worth it as it saved me lots of effort.

Inspector found water under our house.  We found JC by reading other Yelp reviews. They sent Garret 2 days after we called he was amazing . Went under the house, found the problem, fixed leaky pipe, cleaned up . Problem solved. We would give 10 stars for this service if we could! Fast,professional, friendly ( even the office staff)! I have to say most of the time calling a plumber sucks. This time it did not. Very impressed with service I received. They engaged me and my home in a kind a courteous manner. The work was quick, high quality, and affordably priced. I would highly recommend them to a family or friend for any plumbing needs. Robert and Jorge who helped me were both great!

Kaelin did some work for us, last year. We had a serious clog and water backing up. Our cleanout was totally buried by some ginormous metal planters due to shifting once they were filled.

Kaelin was able to get to the cleanout and worked super hard to get things flowing again with a jet cleaner. He had to get roots out of the pipes, and he did a stellar job. He also used his camera to find the city's cleanout which had been buried by years of fill dirt.

This year, we decided to install a trench drain in our driveway to stave off flooding. You'd better believe I called Draintech first.

Kaelin is prompt, thorough, and incredibly kind and friendly. I cannot recommend Draintech highly enough. 100/10 would recommend.

Had these guys out to inspect the sewer system on a house I was purchasing. They found an offset pipe, which I was able to get a credit out of escrow to fix. After close of escrow, they fixed it ahead of schedule and at the price they quoted during the inspection. No fuss, no drama. Abraham Diaz is the guy I worked with.

We have found our go-to business for plumbing needs.  Drew is very friendly and helpful, answers text messages quickly, and he expertly managed the two tasks we needed done: a toilet repair and a garbage disposal installation.  Bill and Kyle were punctual, expert, very personable and easy to talk with, and did the jobs perfectly with careful attention to health safety during this pandemic period.  Firm prices were quoted in advance and we found them very reasonable.  After the work, we received a clear invoice and a separate, equally clear statement of warranties.  We couldn't be happier and Zoom Drain will be our first choice going forward - a completely satisfying experience.  Thanks, Drew!

Leo came to my house to do an extensive amount of work on my waterheater. He had to leave to go get parts. I had errands and decided to leave when he did. He suggested that I leave the house unlocked in case he came back before me. I told him no, I will give you a key. But the hose from his truck to the house wouldn't allow me to close the front door. Again, he told me it would be fine to just leave it open while we are gone.
I asked him, Would you leave your own house open if your not home?
He said. I don't need your crap! I've got 7 other waterheaters to do today!
I told him to go ahead and go do them.
He said, That's fine. You want me to pack it up?
I said yes. He walked away from a $2600 job because I wanted my doors locked.
Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional.
I'm not sure how he gets 5 stars on Yelp. Go to Google reviews if you want to see the truth about this business.

Ted was quick to reply to our call, he was here within a couple of hours and got our sewer lines back working again.
Very friendly and knowledgeable, did great work.
We would highly recommend him.  His rates were very reasonable.

What?????  An HONEST plumber?  Why YES!  These guys are as good as it gets. Had them come out today to inspect a potential leak. Jeff was on time and informed me what the issue (actually lack there of) was under my house FREE of charge!  Gotta love a company that gives TOP NOTCH customer service!  I would definitely utilize their services again!

Stilwell Plumbing had great service and help out my grandmother. It was excellent service and we will continue to use for all our plumbing needs, big or small.

Daniel is the man.  Figs plumbing came out on the weekend and helped me fix some stuff at my in laws that were very old.  Family owned business, professional, his motto is to do everything as if he was doing it for himself.  I highly recommend him.

I honestly dislike leaving bad reviews on a Tradesman, and especially a local Tradesman... However, last year around this time I had Doug come out because my lower level addition toilet was backing up.   I showed him the cleanout for the toilet on the exterior wall and asked him if a 4 pipe that was at grade level with no cleanout cap was possibly the main cleanout?  I didn't know because there wasn't the standard cleanout cap and I wasn't a part of my homes remodel before we bought the home 6 years ago.  I was told by Doug that it wasn't the Main Cleanout and he was not sure what it was, even though it was 4 black pipe and inline with the city sewer tap and the side exterior of the house.  Doug decided to snake a camera down the 3 line through the 2 exterior wall cleanout from the toilet at the lower level.  He then used a signal device to tell me that my mainline had a belly in it and was causing the backup.  He said he would have to trench the entire old line and replace it with a new one for $5000 or dig where the belly was and splice  in a cleanout for less?  I said is it possible that I had some tree roots issues instead?  I had just cut down 2 40' hackberry trees from my front yard and one was about 5' from the mainline.  He said no?  He charged me $130 for the 30 minutes and left.  I got ripped off and here's why!  I ended going to HD and renting a 100' 5/8 snake and removed my toilet from my original bathroom that I know was tied into the main sewer line.  I rootered it myself for a couple hours and bore through a bunch of roots which eliminated my backup!  1 year later the problem reappeared, only this time I saw the sewage bubbling up from the 4 pipe that I was told was not my main cleanout!!!  So back to Home Depot and re snaked, all good again and I now have a cleanout with cap installed on the 4 pipe, so if I ever call Doug again...He will know right where to go?! Sheesh...maybe a little effort next time to help a neighbor out!  Tip: These State Street West Sac Homes in your neighborhood have similar plumbing.

Two Sentence summary:  Trustworthy & knowledgeable Oly of Detail Plumbing saved me over $800 as the replacement faucet I was going to buy when I had my faucet problems was the Moen Align Brushed Gold One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet (Model 5923BG; $778.65 at the time) and that does not even include the estimated installation cost from his wonderful business! Oly patiently helped me through phone call and text to get a FREE replacement part along with advice on how to install it; when he could have easily taken my money as I had no hesitation to buy the faucet and pay him to do the work due to all the 5 star reviews I saw on this great platform :)

I called Oly inquiring about kitchen faucet replacement services since I may be in need of a new kitchen faucet. I asked if he could accept text as I created a video to show him. He said yes, please send and I texted him a video I made that showed the problem, how the sink is connected under the sink & 3 images that show the problem in detail. I uploaded the video along with other information to the internet so he can see everything in detail without having to make a trip out to my house :).

I also mentioned I was interested in several faucets as a replacement, my top choice being a Moen Align Brushed Gold One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet (Model 5923BG; $778.65 at the time). I asked if he could help me & the next steps for us to work together.

After reviewing the information I shared, Oly PROMPTLY let me know that I likely could get a FREE replacement part via warranty!! Oly shared how I could find that information from the faucet itself.  I did as told and VOILA!! I went through the warranty process with Pfister (company who made faucet) who said I was under warranty and gave me a Case ID number exactly as Oly described the process would be like :) After the warranty process was created, I was given a link from Pfister (pfisterfaucets.com/parts…) to view details about it and more.

When I got my replacement part, it was easy to install just as Oly described!

All in all, Oly is an amazing person who I appreciate greatly as he could have just said, yes he can replace, and let me buy an $800 faucet plus pay him to install it. Instead, Oly with integrity, thoughtfulness and SUPERIOR customer service, patiently helped me get a replacement and would not take any money from me when I offered it to him for his time on the phone :O

Oly, you are the Plumber Of The Century in my book and anytime someone local to the area asks if I know anyone who can help with plumbing issues, Oly and his great business Detail Plumbing is who I say without hesitation!!!!

Colin was awesome! We had two companies assess a slab leak under our kitchen island and we ultimately decided to go with Pacific Coast Leak Detection. I'm so glad that we did. Colin was able to locate the leak and fix it without a full tear out of our kitchen floor. He only recommended what was absolutely needed unlike the other company. He was easy to communicate with and he even kept in direct contact with our insurance adjuster as needed. Colin was very professional, empathetic to our situation and respectful of our space. Colin, thank you for your responsiveness and for helping us restore water to our house as quickly as possible.

My plumbing fix was quick, easy to understand quotes, clear communication and respectable staff.  
A technician came out and assessed my master shower issue (only really hot or very cold water). Within an hour I had 2 quotes to choose from to remedy the issue.  The work was completed the very next morning.  Couldn't be happier with the service and I would call them in the future for any issues.

I came home to a flooded downstairs bathroom, an angry boyfriend, and my nice towels are now covered in . We tried unclogging the toilet ourselves and even went out and got a new plunger...it didn't work. We called late in the afternoon and everyone was telling us Wednesday would be earliest they could come help us. We had to turn off all the water to the house because the water just kept coming out of the toilet bowl. We called Ken from A Better Plumbing Company and he said he we be out tonight! The price was fair and we said okay. He came out at 8pm and didn't leave until the water was back on and the toilet fixed! He was kind, professional, and fair.  I definitely will be calling him for any future plumbing needs. Thank you so much!!
