Better B was Very helpful with my plumbing problem. Before they even came out, he walked me through some steps to see if my problem could be resolved by me ( I'm not very handy). Low and behold, it worked. Most would send a technician out for a charge to fix an easy problem.  I would definitely use them for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend them. Also, they are very friend and easy to talk too.

I've been having issues with my toilet not flushing properly for quite some time. Last night, I spoke with Eddie who originally quoted me nearly $300 to fix the issue. Got a call this morning and spoke to Dweit and he offered to send someone out for another free estimate. About an hour later Adam arrived and saved the day!! He fixed my toilet in NO time and saved me close to $200!! Adam I can't  thank you enough for your service. Adam was professional and very knowledgeable!! I am so glad I found VanGo!!!

Very reliable  company. Jeff came by to repair my moms clogged toilet. He was very honest and capable plumber whom solved the clogged piping using the proper snake device.  The previous plumber told me that I would need to redo our sewage system that would cost thousands. I was suspicious.. so I contacted JC plumbing for second  opinion. I am so glad I did.  JEFF came by within an hour of my call. Very professional and knew what needed to be done.

I give this company a 5 star rating because they are there to solve your problem and not try take advantage of you when you need help when your the most vulnerable.  My hats off to JC plumbing!!!

I hired Miracle works to replace a cracked toilet in my new home I just purchased. Being a new homeowner this is my first time ever dealing with something like this and Charles was very patient and professional with me. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure k was comfortable with any additional repairs that he found. I wound definitely recommend Miracle works to family and friends and use them for any plumbing issues that I have in the future.

Despite reaching out to over 25 plumbers/companies through three different apps, Kaelin responded the fastest and it wasn't an automatic reply! He came out to us a day later (could've been even sooner but we had a busy schedule on our part. He was even willing to show up outside his normal work hours) and was honest, punctual, and fair in pricing. Showed us the problem and broke down the reasoning behind our clogged and leaking toilet. Got it fixed, checked everything multiple times and got it done in less than an hour! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and Kaelin especially. I know who to call for any future issues!

Tanner's quick response for a quote, led to an appointment for the next day. Then, later in the evening the same day, their technician Kyle had a cancelled appointment and was able to squeeze us in before the night was over. Came within 10 min and diagnosed the issue, quoted us prices, and fixed the problem all in less then an hour.
Kyle was very knowledgeable in his profession as he was able to let us know previous history that what he was working on, also may have had previous work done before we moved in.
I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain to anyone looking for an exceptional plumber.

Had a major leak happen all of a sudden under our kitchen sink. Called Ted and he answered the phone right away and responded by coming within half an hour. Fixed the problem easily. Problem had been caused by an appliance repairman who had not properly disconnected and reconnected tubing for broken dishwasher which had been removed. Ted spotted the problem immediately and was pleasant and professional. Totally recommend him

My Hunny and I bought a house and after a week of moving in, our main plumbing line got backed up. :(

The toilet wouldn't flush, the tub water wouldn't drain and we were rushing to find a plumber. This happened about 9pm. I called greer plumbing and left a voicemail and sure enough within 20 minutes a lady called me back to schedule an appointment. The next day a plumber came out and snaked our main line and also gave us some advice so the problem wouldn't happen again i.e. change our toilet. I thought it was very nice of him because the last thing we thought caused the problem was the toilet water pressure not being strong enough to completely flush the toilet paper.

Another bonus was the man that came out was a handy man that worked in construction building houses and noticed we were trying to install doors and offered us some good advice (which helped very much)!

Tony is a true pleasure to work with, and more importantly, a consummate professional and highly knowledgeable in his trade.

He replaced my 28 year old hot water heater, which had the gas component rigged incorrectly and needed required upgrades to get it to code. Not only did he do an excellent job for an extremely fair price, he also identified a small gas leak on the other side of my property, and unclogged my kitchen and bathroom sink so now I have full hot water pressure.

Being a homeowner has its ups and downs, and whenever something breaks, it's not convenient or planned, but Tony made this process flawless and I have now found an honest plumber to call on for all other needs around the house.

He's up front, courteous, and didn't charge me one penny over the quoted price despite a few variables once the job got going. I can't thank him enough and hope his business continues to thrive.

We called Joe to fix a hot water valve on our shower. He doesn't do the email quotes here. Tried texting first; he never responded. So tried calling talked to him. He showed up around the specified time. He fixed issue we were having, and said it was a simple fix, just a screw needed to be replaced. One of the issues we were having it fixed (the hot water doesn't cut out abruptly) but shower still drips (he'd said the dripping would stop when the valve was fixed). Also the hot water continues to drop pressure, though it doesn't cut out all the way as before. So it's better but not sure it's totally fixed. He's competetant I'm sure but he came at the end of the day and seemed in a hurry to get done. He was here maybe 10 minutes. Cost was $120. Hasn't called us back about the dripping.

Absolutely outstanding customer service, responsiveness, timeliness, and (the most important) competence! I had a clogged kitchen sink that I tried everything we typically do to open it up. Did not work.

In our neighborhood, just down the street, we have noticed the Fig's Plumbing truck in the driveway of one of the homes though we'd never met the residents. I looked the business up and read rave reviews. I called and was treated so professionally. The owner, Daniel, was able to come out that evening at a very modest rate of $79. He and Johnny were working tirelessly to not only open a drain access that would not open (they had to saw it off) but they just kept at it till it was really cleared out. It just felt like they were invested in the outcome which I really appreciated. They cared and it showed. Also they were both just so friendly and engaged. Really impressed. HIGHLY recommend Fig's!

Having leaking pipes is no joke and not being from the 916 really limited my resources. During a time in which plumbing companies making 4-5 calls to make an appointment just to give an estimate Whitmore Pluming picked up the phone, pulled over, listened to my situation and came the very next day.  8am, bright and early.  He worked hard and thoroughly checked for more leaks. Luckily he did because I had more, he reinstalled the garbage disposal and everything. This thankful Thursday I am thankful for Whitmore Pluming co.

This review is long overdue. Detail Plumbing has helped me twice now. I recently bought a house and realized the water heater was not working. Before going for any repairs, I normally get three quotes. First two plumbers told me that I need to change the water heater. That was a chock for me since the house inspection had the water heater in a perfect condition. My third plumber was Oly. He came to inspect and told me something was off. So there was nothing wrong with my water heater! He did not charge anything for the visit either. This time Oly came to check a leaking at my water heater valve. One of the other plumber mentioned adding hose bib cap. I didn't want a temporary fix, so I checked to see if someone from Detail Plumbing could come to help. Oly changed the faucet an charged me less than other quotes I had received. I'm pretty sure I can trust Detail Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Pacific Coast Leak Detection.   Colin was very responsive to the concern and was able to detect the leak in the pool.   It was very reasurring to have a knowledgable person on site who offered solutions and reliable testing information.  I am so relieved to have this resolved and highly recommend their service to anyone in need of leak detection.

We own a 97 year old home so having the right contractor at our home when needed is Paramount!  I heard about Boyd Plumbing through the Armstrong and Getty Show and thought - HMMMM I'll have to remember that name because sooner or later we'll need help with our plumbing...  Our appointment was 17 March 20, I received an email and short bio on Alex a few hours prior to our appointment which gave me a little comfort and a feeling I sort of knew him.  Alex showed up to our home On time, Clean, Polite, Knowledgeable, Ready to do the job, without an attitude or complaining of the problems an old home brings and with most of the equipment on hand to do the job.  If you are ever in need of plumbing work I would recommend Boyd Plumbing without hesitation..  EXCELLENT JOB Alex  Thank You!!

Ken helped us fix our kitchen sink leak despite it being so late in the day. He went to a few different stores just to find the right faucet to install, and once he got back to our house he had everything installed in such a timely manner. We are so glad we hired Ken to get the job done within a few hours! Definitely will come back to him for future repairs.
