Best Bathtub in Sacramento CA

My kitchen sink was completely flooded the Friday before a holiday weekend. Better B was completely amazing! They literally saved my kitchen and my sanity.

Branden was very professional and explained the entire process. Completed it record time and cleaned my kitchen counter and floor!

This afternoon all my drains became clogged with sludge backing up in my tub and shower. My daughter called VanGo Rooter and within a couple of hours two young men arrived and cleared the drain. They were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately due to a broken connector to the sewer pipe (mobile park's responsibility) the problem arose again the same afternoon. I put in a call to VanGo's office and within an hour one of the young men was back fixing the problem until the park manager could have the connector replaced. In the past dealing with other plumbers I have had to wait days for a service call. I am very impressed with VanGo Rooter and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Outstanding service! Arrived as scheduled and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. Hanes will be my plumber for any future needs.

I just moved to the area and have had trouble getting help from various contractors.  But Kaelin was happy to help both on the phone and in person.  Cleared up my sink and garbage disposal issue and it's been all good ever since.  Would definitely recommend.

I had an urgent utility sink backup that Leo and Dennis took care of so quickly! Called on a Sunday at 10:00 pm and they were on-site the next morning at the time they committed to and were so capable. Very reasonably priced!

Called Ted Saturday morning and told him my hot water heater was leaking. He was here within 2 hours, gave me a reasonable quote, and within an hour my leak was fixed. Excellent service, very appreciative! Thank you!

Pretty standard water heater replacement - it's in my garage, easy access.  Joel did decent work and explained how to maintain the unit.  He didn't provide an estimate.  I was referred to Greer, so I thought I would get a fair price without asking.  

Here's a little price transparency for the general public:

The invoice I got was $1,250 labor for about 2 hours of work and $1,388 for a 50 gallon water heater.

Asked for a deal on the parts but they said they would lose money for any less...
The water heater is a Bradford White 50 gallon (model URG250t6n).  You can find it online for about $750 shipped.  Lose money, eh?

$1,250 for 2 hours of work?  That's $625 per hour.  I know 40-year attorneys that charge less than that.

Had a great experience with Stillwell plumbing. We called for help with a toilet that kept clogging. Joe came out and recommended a new toilet and gave me advice on what kind to purchase. He did not charge me for this visit. Once we purchased the new toilet at Home Depot, Joe installed it and hauled our old one away. I would recommend Stillwell Plumbing to anyone in need- very professional, on time, kind, etc.

Doug is the best. I hired him to replace a the leaking steel galvanized piping under my house with copper, retrofit my hot water heater up to code, and add a sink to my garage. I couldn't be happier with Doug's work or the experience in general. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work and it shows from the beginning. He established a plan, and was more than accommodating when I threw new requests his way, seamlessly adjusting to fit our needs. Very accommodating with scheduling as well. I will be hiring Doug for all of my plumbing work going forward. Thanks Doug!

Oly patiently helped me through phone call and text to get a FREE replacement part along with advice on how to install it; when he could have easily taken my money as I had no hesitation to buy the faucet and pay him to do the work due to all the 5 star reviews I saw on this great platform :)

I called Oly inquiring about kitchen faucet replacement services since I may be in need of a new kitchen faucet. I asked if he could accept text as I created a video to show him. He said yes, please send and I texted him a video I made that showed the problem, how the sink is connected under the sink & 3 images that show the problem in detail. I uploaded the video along with other information to the internet so he can see everything in detail without having to make a trip out to my house :).

I also mentioned I was interested in several faucets as a replacement, my top choice being a Moen Align Brushed Gold One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet (Model 5923BG; $778.65 at the time). I asked if he could help me & the next steps for us to work together.

After reviewing the information I shared, Oly PROMPTLY let me know that I likely could get a FREE replacement part via warranty!! Oly shared how I could find that information from the faucet itself.  I did as told and VOILA!! I went through the warranty process with Pfister (company who made faucet) who said I was under warranty and gave me a Case ID number exactly as Oly described the process would be like :) After the warranty process was created, I was given a link from Pfister (pfisterfaucets.com/parts…) to view details about it and more.

When I got my replacement part, it was easy to install just as Oly described!

All in all, Oly is an amazing person who I appreciate greatly as he could have just said, yes he can replace, and let me buy an $800 faucet plus pay him to install it. Instead, Oly with integrity, thoughtfulness and SUPERIOR customer service, patiently helped me get a replacement and would not take any money from me when I offered it to him for his time on the phone :O

I could not get an hourly rate, bid, or estimate over the phone because it's a call center that doesn't have that capability. I asked if a plumber could give me a call for a ballpark and they said no. Basically you must accept the appointment with no idea who is coming out or what it will cost. I've never encountered this before.

Very happy with work done by Ken and team. Ken was very responsive provided a more affordable quote vs several other plumbing /handyman services.  The work done was top notch in replacing old and corroded copper piping an valves. Picture is worth a thousand words..

I noticed that my dog had been barking at something in our backyard.  When I went out to look, our clean out pipe was backed up and spilling into our backyard.  

I called them in the morning and they were able to get to me within 30 minutes.  He accessed the problem and told me a price. He snaked the pipe three to four times and cleared the roots and baby wipes from the pipes.

Charles is very nice, quick to respond, and great at what he does.

Chad and Justin remodeled by shower and did a great job very clean work! They are professional, responsive, and excellent pricing for their work. I highly recommend them!

I recently had the pleasure of working with D'angelo Remodeling again on a project to install sump pumps in my backyard, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Since the last storms we had this winter my wife and I wanted to prevent flooding in our backyard with these pumps.
