My garbage disposal broke so I called Better B for an estimate and they showed up at my door soon afterwards ready to do the work. The price was right and the young men were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.  They replaced it very quickly and were on their way.  It's so hard to find a plumber so I'm happy to have one handy when those emergencies come up.

Tim gave me his estimate and I approved online which was really nice, no worry about verbal dis-agreements because it was all laid out in the estimate. After reading great reviews on yelp I contacted JC Sewer & Drain because my garbage disposal played out.  Sulley was able to come out same day within an hour an assess my problem, gave me a quote & was very professional  & knowledgeable, he showed up with a mask.  He then came back the following morning as promised and did a terrific job.  Yvonne is also a sweetheart, she called & let me know the technician was on the way. Overall I was pleased with reasonable pricing, honesty, good communication & excellent workmanship and highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Kaelin did some work for us, last year. We had a serious clog and water backing up. Our cleanout was totally buried by some ginormous metal planters due to shifting once they were filled.

Kaelin was able to get to the cleanout and worked super hard to get things flowing again with a jet cleaner. He had to get roots out of the pipes, and he did a stellar job. He also used his camera to find the city's cleanout which had been buried by years of fill dirt.

This year, we decided to install a trench drain in our driveway to stave off flooding. You'd better believe I called Draintech first.

Kaelin is prompt, thorough, and incredibly kind and friendly. I cannot recommend Draintech highly enough. 100/10 would recommend.

US Trenchless is a top notch company.  

I have roots in my sewer lines and US Trenchless offers a great product whereby they bypass having to dig up and replace sewer pipes in favor of simply relining the damaged pipe with a fiberglass cure-in-place process.  It's a fraction of the price of full replacement.  Serious relief!

I spoke with Ross Motroni and he was a delight to work with & a class act. He was prompt, responsive and highly informative.  He exemplifies integrity,  customer service and exceptional knowledge.

I got other quotes but those plumbers either seemed incompetent or insincere by talking over my head, vague about the remedy and/or overly dramatizing the situation in order to create false urgency.   Not so with Ross. He took the time to carefully explain their service and tailored the information to my actual problem based on his inspection and expert analysis.  He used a sewer camera to to zero in on the extent of the issue. He answered all our questions thoroughly and provided very knowledge insight as to why the situation occurred in the first place.

Ross gave me several options to work with as well.  He explained how they each would work, risks, guarantees, etc.  Unlike the other plumbers, there was really nothing sales-y about Ross' presentation.  On the contrary, he just laid out the facts, consequences and available remedies.  He ranked the options based on effectiveness and necessity all the while being mindful of my concerns regarding price.  Definitely, no pressure or sales tactics.  This was an honest appraisal based on facts and an offer for a superior solution to traditional means.

This company also appeals to me over traditional plumbing remedies because they are eco-friendly.  They leave a much smaller carbon footprint but unlike other green building services/products, they are less expensive.

Honest, effective, economical and green - --- what more can I ask for?  US Trenchless gets my best rating.

Omgeee home warranty couldn't get anyone to me for days; these guys came within an hour! Fixed main drain issue without a problem!

Needed to have our dishwasher installed after the original company fell through.  Leo was able to come out and do it that day and for a very reasonable price.  He also noticed our dishwasher air gap on our sink was not installed correctly and fixed it with no extra charge.  He really seems to care about his work and doing it right.  Highly recommend.

Lots of thanks going out to Tony, owner/operator for AJ Plescia Plumbing. Made an on line request for ASAP SOS on a slow draining bathtub and had service the same weekend- a holiday weekend at that. Ended up needing a new drain mechanism and Tony had to work from our skinny minny crawl space. Very happy with work done, responsiveness, and price charged. Highly recommend.

If you've been looking for an honest old fashioned plumber that actually figures out what you need as opposed to one that's been trained to sell parts and unneeded repairs this is the one. Joe showed up and handled both problems I had called about in less than an hour and was professional the entire time even while listening to an old retired guy rant on about today's problems in the world. I'm glad I read all the Yelp reviews on Stilwell Plumbing and made that call. Like I said , old fashioned and knowledgeable professionalism. Joes a second generation plumber in a field that's slowly dying. Thanks again Joe.

Daniel from Figs Plumbing came out today and tried to clear my mainline. After 3 attempts with the snakes and another attempt with the Hydro jetter the line would not clear. He determined that the pipe is defective, possibly collapsed or broken and will need to be dug out to get to the source of repair. I told Daniel I would have a family member help me dig it up and replace the pipe. I asked him how much of what he quoted me I owed him for his many hours of work and he said no charge and to put what I would have paid him towards getting it repaired. Honest man. I will call him for future plumbing needs. Thanks Daniel.

Doug is the best. I hired him to replace a the leaking steel galvanized piping under my house with copper, retrofit my hot water heater up to code, and add a sink to my garage. I couldn't be happier with Doug's work or the experience in general. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work and it shows from the beginning. He established a plan, and was more than accommodating when I threw new requests his way, seamlessly adjusting to fit our needs. Very accommodating with scheduling as well. I will be hiring Doug for all of my plumbing work going forward. Thanks Doug!

4. We called the company but still waiting a call back from technician supervisor.

Bottom line- if you need a plumber, don't waste your time with this company.

Nobody called me from this company with offering of reimbursement. It seems that  they are very polite on the phone and on promise do the right thing for you. BUT don't be confused.
