Agree with all the other reviews! I didn't expect him to be available right away...but Ezequiel was able to squeeze me in before another job, with very little notice, to work on a light fixture that I really messed up. I've also been looking for a handyman to help with various projects on a rental, and he will definitely be the one I call. I appreciated his professionalism and efficiency, and I highly recommend!

Five star in every category!  Timely response to my YELP contractor response, hands on personal inspection of needed tasks, great listener, great communicator and a reasonable estimate.  Mr G showed up as promised and worked with experienced precision, no mess or collateral damage, all tasks resolved with precision, respect and cleanliness.  I could not have received better care or workmanship.  My project required excellent woodworking skills  and Mr G blew me away with quality.  Eternal thanks and I'll be using this service again.

I have called this plumber twice and had a very good experience both times. My sink faucet started to leak and I called Ascent. Johnny came on time, was clean and very organized. He was friendly and very competent. He listened to me explain the problem and found a very good solution. I was very glad I had called him.

Had a sprinkler head broke off at home. They came out very promptly and fixed the problem in timely and very professional and friendly manner.

I want to leave this review for Bobby, because he was friendly, arrived on time, and always made sure i approved of everything before actually doing it. Just a great guy all around! The repairs on my water seemed difficult but he assured me he could do them without any problems. I never questioned his knowledge or abilities once. I could tell he knew his field really well. At the end of the day, I paid more then other places but they came out the next morning and they weren't any scheduling issues. I would recommend using them for your water heater troubles for sure.

This guy is top notch and does great work, very trust worthy! I had a bad experience with a plumber before I found this guy! I would refer him to anybody because he is honest and talented.

The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

I have had three visits from Dan Winder over the years; two clogged drains and one issue with water pressure.  All three times he was great.  Came to the house quick, on time, fixed the problem with no delay, and the price was reasonable.   Also, the work he did lasted, and nothing went wrong with it.  Will definitely use his company again.

Whenever we have a plumbing issue, Rocky Rooter is my first call. I have complete confidence that any work he does will be done right.

Very honest work by a trust worthy person. That's hard to find when looking for a plumber. Drain Edge had great communication let me know exactly what was being done and did it at a great price! I would definitely continue to use their services and recommend them to others.

Paul Olson does a great job at a fair price! He is my go-to plumber! He always comes through when I need a plumber....and he is quick!

I had a backed up kitchen sink I couldn't get unclogged.  I  requested a quote at 7pm.  In less than 10 minutes the owner, David contacted me and set an appointment and gave a price.  

The employee, also named David showed up right on time.  60 years of gunk in galvanized pipes so the snake didn't work.  Turns out I needed my plumbing hydro jetted.   He set up an appointment for a little later in the day and left.

A little before the appointment he came back to start the prep work for the hydro jet.  The new plumber, also named David, arrived a few minutes later and they got started.  They cleaned it out all the way to the main line and showed me a live video of the work.  Not a recording like I've heard other plumbers show.

They cleaned up before they left.  And it was cleaner than when they arrived.  On the invoice they changed what I was quoted, no extra fees.  Every one I dealt with the friendly, helpful and polite.  It was a great experience.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

We had about 5 other AC people come give us quotes for a total replacement of the furnace and compressor. We just purchased the home and the AC system was completely trashed. Klayton was the only one that really insisted on inspecting the old system first to try to save us money. He never tried to up sell us on stupid options and simply gave his honest comments on what we asked. We ended up getting a UV light, variable speed fan, and thermostat upgrade in which all were competitively priced. If you are on a budget like we were on our first home and want the best bang for your buck service, you can't go wrong with these guys.

Mike called me back right away and gave me honest advice.  He told me how much it'll be to come out and also some instructions if I could try to fix it myself.  He recommended I try it myself first and save me some money.  If that fails, to give him a call to have him come out.  I appreciate his honesty and help.

I recently purchased a 1930 Santa Ana house that had a broken, forced gravity furnace, no A/C, and no ducts (they had been removed for asbestos remediation). When I was making an offer on the house, I needed to put very specific language in the offer because the sellers were going to replace the ducts during escrow, and I wanted to make sure they would be suitable for the A/C upgrade I was going to make. Jay spent quite some time on the phone with me giving me the exact language to use in the offer and even gave me cites to the State of CA Standards manual with minimum insulation and air flow requirements. I was extremely impressed that he took the time to help me in this way. The sellers accepted my offer, and I called Jay back to ask him to come out and give an estimate during the escrow inspection period so I would know how much money I needed to subtract from my down payment to pay for the new A/C and furnace. I was very disappointed to hear that they do not give any estimates for houses in escrow. So I got three other bids from HVAC contractors who had no problems giving bids on houses in escrow.  I ended up purchasing the house (the sellers gave me a credit for the duct work rather than replace it themselves) and I wasn't quite content with the three other bids, so I asked Specialty Air to come out (which they did, I think the next day) and they gave me a competitive bid. I was impressed with Jay's experience, knowledge, and patience in answering my endless questions. I wanted to see a copy of the optional extended labor contract, and wanted to see decibel rating comparisons, and wanted to use my own ZWave (ADT Pulse) thermostat: Jay was responsive to my needs, flexible, did research on my behalf, and helped me feel comfortable with my model/brand decisions. The job started on time and finished only one day late (which is practically on time for a contractor!) and Jay's crew was outstanding. These guys were extremely hard working, competent, respectful, and accommodating (there was other construction going on at the same time, and they were patient in juggling trucks in the driveway, waiting out power being turned off by someone else, etc.). They cleaned up after themselves every night. I have never been so impressed with a group of workers than the team Jay used. When it came time for the independent HERS tester (my efficiency was significantly better than the minimum standard, which on a 1930 house is astonishing) and then the city inspectors to sign off on the permit, Jay came personally and handled all of the details. Despite being disappointed that I couldn't get a bid during escrow, I am otherwise extremely pleased with Specialty Air and would enthusiastically recommend them.

My attempt at installing a ceiling fan went south, so I decided to try a handyman. Robert is great! He was punctual and had my fan wiring situated in about 15 minutes. He also took the time to explain where I messed up with the wiring; which I greatly appreciated. I inquired about having wall outlets installed so I can hang TVs on the walls of two bedroom. Robert was very honest and said hiring an electrician would be a lot cheaper and they'd be able to do the job quickly. I appreciate that honesty, and him leaving me with contact info for two local electricians. Overall, I'm glad I went with Call Our Handyman, and I will absolutely call him again for any future projects. Also, his pricing is very reasonable. Thank you! :)

We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

I plan on using him again!

Edit: I forgot that he re-piped a gas stove for us as well!

Our bedroom sink had a faucet not installed properly making it wobble. We had three other plumbers over last four years giving us hopeless advice. One going as far to suggest that we should replace marble top vanity. Finally I decided I should  try Parzival. Chris came and checked it out. Gave a price of $167 to repair it but suggested that we may want to replace aerator and drain assembly. We ordered those items directly from manufacturer. They were worn out.

When items arrived I made an appointment and Chris was sick and Anthony showed up. I wanted couple of other things upgraded. He gave me new estimate which sounded high on first blush. I approved it. He proceeded to work and another colleague showed up to help him. They were here for five hours. I realized estimate was very reasonable. Now my faucet works as it should, for the first time in six years. My only negative is that they did not clean floor of small debris. Not a big thing. I used broom and in five minutes it was clean. I would use them again. I used to use Geer's and then Crandall's but now I am switching to Parzival.

Our water heater gave up after being displaced for a few days. Tri-City provided good advice and a new, energy efficient water heater with amazingly fast response times. Thank you very much! Will definitely use you the next time we need a plumber!
