Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Riverside CA

First and foremost August (A&A Plumbing) were life savers; quick, professional and fair pricing! Second if you have Fidelity Home Warranty Insurance dispose of it and purchase something else immediately...

Our water heater bottom was completed rusted and fell out due to being ancient. After dealing with the sellers choice of a warranty company(fidelity) for 4 days April 19th and their service provider unable to replace the water heater until the following week Monday April 25th. I found A&A on Yelp, spoke to August who was incredibly understanding and understood the urgency was able to come out and replace the water heater the next morning (Called April 21st, water heater replaced by April 22nd !Amazing!).

Along with that his pricing was on point; there was one item he helped us out with to get the water heater up to code at no charge. He was professional on the phone and quoted us efficiently via phone, I then followed up with pictures and he still stated the same price he originally quoted. A complete opposite of what the warranty company service provider informed us, along with trying to gouging us over $400 extra. (Practical Plumbing & Rooter apple valley) NEVER USE THEM!

Pete was so nice and I was appreciative with how friendly and helpful he had been. Earlier on in the day I talked to a few other plumbing places and they were either outrageously expensive or unfriendly. It was nice to have someone who wasn't trying to gouge me and my wallet. And someone who was willing to answer my questions without being easily irritated!

Pete was great when it came to explaining the problems of my water heater to me. There was a lot about water heaters I wasn't sure if but he made everything clear and really easy to understand.

Pete probably could've repaired my water heater with his eyes close. He seriously did the job so fast but yet he knew exactly what he was doing and where everything was! He identified the problem immediately.

Overall, I feel like it was hard for me to find a good company to get work done from but Priority Water Heaters and Pete both impressed me.

I would highly recommend Generations Pluming company. Alex is very knowledgeable, courteous and just a great guy to deal with. Very good at communication, good price, good service and reliable.

The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

I was a bit worried about calling a plumber as I had a questionable experience in the past, but Dan was awesome. He was professional, honest, gave us great advice and our experience was like night and day from our past ones; we most definitely found our plumber for future repairs and installations. Thanks Dan! We look forward to seeing soon for some installations.

I started to notice many small leaks within my home, a hot spot and soon noticed an increase in my water and gas bill. It was confirmed I had a slab leak somewhere in my home! I was given my options and decided to bite the bullet and repipe my entire home.

This big project took Drain Edge Rooter 3 1/2 days! In these 3 days, I dealt with a professional and respectful staff! Repiping an entire home is a little overwhelming when seeing open drywall and this group of professionals walked me through it the entire way making it seamless.

A couple days later the company they subcontract with to patch up the drywall started at 8am and was out by 3pm! Having OCD, I was a little worried because I honestly wasn't sure if they would meet my expectations. I definitely was stocked once they were done. They met my expectations and more! I was very pleased with their work! During this process the owner and the lead of the project stopped by to make sure everything was on track. I brought to their attention that there was old piping that was never cut and although the drywall was already added to the other side, they ask for it to be removed so they can cut it!

Both groups came in to get the work done and by far exceed my expectations! I would highly recommend!

One star for an ok job 8 months ago when they first serviced our shower drain- this is why we chose to try them again. Another star for quick reply and communication. They answer quickly and yes they are quick to schedule you and come out but if their work does not hold they will not take responsibility and try to fix it. This is why they only get two stars from me. Bad drain came out June 2020 to service our shower drain. Job well done it seems until 3 days later when our shower clogged up again. We called and David- the plumber came back out. This time he brought a longer snake and did his best to clear the blockage. After it seemed fixed! We were happy but it did not last. 14 days later, the clog was back and this time worse and slower than when it was serviced.
I called Bad Drains plumbing, I could not get anyone so I texted. Instead of sending someone out to fix it they quickly got defensive. They texted me back,  pointing out they came back the second time (this is 3 days after the first time was unsuccessful ) free of charge as if they did me a favor! You did a service that did not hold you should come back out because I paid for my drain to be fixed not for you to just show up. Then I was told it is because we do not have a hair strainer that it got clogged up again-they said he pulled massive hair out (I was there and did not see massive hair pulled out) and we were instructed to get a hair strainer.  First of all how did they know I did not go out and buy one!? I did not but they did not know that then and already making excuses.  Then they suggested it might be a bigger issue, their text we really cannot tell how your contractor ran the pipe since the pipes are within the wall. Sooo they were not sure where to run the snake is what I got from this. Instead of facing the fact that the plumber probably neglected something maybe by accident or just could not get it done right Bad Plumber chose to turn the other way and ignore the situation.
We waited another day to see if they would make an attempt to reach back out. They did not so we called another plumber that was recommended- Mr Lowe plumbing.  Mr. Lowe got the issue resolved! He said we do not have a bigger issue. He was convinced that the previous plumber must have run the snake the wrong direction. He described how our pipe is constructed and explained how it should have been drained previously. Our shower is still draining strong and we did not need a hair strainer but will get one. We did not use it to show it was not the reason for the sudden clogged up as Bad drains plumbing claimed.
Not only did Mr. Lowe got the job done, his price was $60! And he gave us a 30 days warranty. He said if my service does not hold then you don't pay. This is how it should be.  
We paid Bad Drain $90+$10 tip not to just show up- we paid for you to fix our drainage problem and you did not. When a company fails  to deliver a service they claim they can perform it is the company duty to re-address the issue and see that it gets fixed, given that this was less than a month barely made two weeks Bad Drain should have made arrangement to come back out and fix it free of charge point blank.

Highly recommend Mike and his son. They are on time, courteous, and honest. Even put on shoe covers before entering my house. They came to descale my tankless water heater. Ended up not doing the work since it is too risky due the fact that the system has not been flushed for 5 years. They explained to me the risk involved and gave me detailed instructions on who to contact and approximately how much it will cost me depending on which option I go with. They did not charge me at all even though I offered. I will definitely call them for all my future plumbing needs. And after I get my water heater's heat exchanger replaced, I'm going back to him for annual descaling.

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

This plumber is tge most honest plumber i can onky give him 5 stars!!!  He deserves 10!!!!  Neri has done many plumbing jobs at my house.  Toliets, drains, had slab leak where he had to re-route my plumbing to the attic and then to the laundry room.  He leaves your house cleaner than it was!!!  He is the bonb!!!!
