Best Plumbing Installation Or Replacement in Riverside CA

Before & after sink install.  Other companies said it couldn't be done without removing countertops.  Jonathan from Ascent Plumbing did it at a great price.  Very professional company & their work is awesome.

Jeff and his team were great. I had out-of-town guests coming in the afternoon, and my kitchen faucet broke in the morning. I sent a picture, and they explained what kind of faucet to buy. Then, within a half hour, Jeff was at our home. He completed the work at a fair price in a timely manner, including providing some additional parts that were needed that he had in his van. He provided explanations and was conversational during the job, including showing us all of the features of our new faucet. What started out as a stressful situation ended up generating compliments from our guests. Thank you again for coming on short notice on a cold, rainy weekend morning. I especially appreciate that lots of dirty dishes were not piling up until Monday morning.

My name is John Lusk and we had WATER HEATERS ONLY install our new water heater today May 13, 2016. Yes Friday the 13th. Brad the plumber that did the work was very friendly and explained what he was going to be doing and showed us how to light the pilot and how the new thermostat works. He was very clean throughout the whole process which took about 3 hours.

This is a scam masquerading under the guise of a legitimate business.

We spent $68. for a service call for absolutely nothing. They told me at the end of the call what I told them at the beginning.

The quote to replace 2 parts totalling abround $70.00 was $534.00.

The Sears rep from whom I purchased the parts determined the level of install as EASY.  

Rip off artists!

I want to start off by saying that calling a plumber is always nerve wrecking because I think great, this is going to cost me a lot! but man was I super glad to have found Renowned Plumbing & Rooter. From my first initial call, to the text that they are on their way, to the work, and the follow-up text, everything was top-notch!  I highly recommend them. I know I will use them for any future issues I may have and refer them to as many people as I can.

I never find the time to write reviews but I must say that Jim & Sons deserves it. These guys have helped my family and I multiple times. This most recent time I had to repipe my main water line. Affordable, dependable and something the world simply just needs more of is an honest kind person to deal with. Thank you Jim & Sons we will continue to always use you! I am soooo Happy that our original plumber we called for service cancelled on us. They instead passed us off to Beast Mode Plumbing and he was just freakin AWESOME!!! no upsell, no pushiness, just the job sir! They came that same day we were passed off, no problem.

I ended up needing to have a clean out installed but they had a better idea about that since it would've looked ugly having that on the inside wall of out bedroom. We instead had an access panel put in for easier access for the future. It probably would've cost me more if we did it the other way but the owner of Beast Mode has a brain for what to do correctly and esthetically pleasing. Someone under their breath (and they were just talking amongst themselves kinda privately) mentioned something about needing to have my pipes Jetted due to how bad they were and plus it probably never has happened in the life of this house. I decided to add that to the list.

Prices were within range of what I expected but the service was phenomenal! The owner had his apprentices with him and they were very polite and courteous too. I ended up giving them a bag of chocolates and a couple of sodas. They really liked the Mtn. Dew Melon lol.

If you don't call them for service then its on you for not having the work done correctly in the first place. It doesn't take much for me to be on your side. All you have to do is DO YOUR JOB & DO IT WELL!

During my Saturday morning while washing dishes water started spilling out from under my kitchen sink. Prior to this incident I had noticed the faucet was acting up by not properly shutting off.

This occurred at 9:30am, so I decided to Google search a much needed plumber. I decided on Drains and Plumbing 24 based on merit reviews. I spoke with Jose who was on another service call, but gave me an eta of 12:30-1:30pm to arrive at my home.

At 12:00pm Jose and Gerardo arrived onsite for service. I immediately noticed their respect for our property. They had to park around the corner of our house as not to block our driveway, and before entering our home they slipped on some protective covers over their shoes. This to me showed me they not only cared, but were attentive to the little things.

What I appreciated is how professional and upfront Jose was. After diagnosing the problem with our kitchen sink he showed us pictures and explained what the issue was and what caused it. We needed to replace the entire faucet fixture due to the worn out threading on the hose.

Jose gave us a quote for all parts and labor needed. He stated that in the off chance the parts would cost more he would immediately inform us of any price changes. My take away from this is that it's great to do business with someone who is upfront and clear about things. No surprises. They even offer a year warranty for their repair.

After replacing our kitchen faucet, Jose went above and beyond by fixing our switch to our garbage disposal. We had to keep it unplugged since the switch wouldn't shut off the garbage disposal. He made a minor adjustment inside the switch and now we have a full functioning garbage disposal. This service wasn't even part of the quoted job he was called out for. I wasn't charged for this or for the minor adjustment that was needed to my bathroom sink drain plug.

All in all I am completely satisfied with the service we received. Jose and Gerardo are my guys for any and all my plumbing needs moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend using Drains and Plumbing 24.

I'm bad with names, but the young man who came out to fix my garbage disposal was amazing. He fixed it in less than an hour and that was even going to the store to get needed supplies to complete the project. The price was great and the service was even better I will definitely be using and telling everyone that I know about this company thanks again!

A good friend referred us to this company after much frustration with another company that was unable to successfully diagnose a gas leak after 3 visits. Shandy came to our residence and was able to find the issue right away! His expertise and professionalism is amazing! He kept us informed throughout the service call. He is honest and so good at what he does. I don't often write yelp reviews but I was so happy with this company that I feel compelled to share my excellent experience.

Avis offers a $79.00 A/C pre-summer check.  A/C was working fine when the tech came out.  His recommendations amounted to almost $800 in service.  Had him charge the system for $250.  $350 if I did not get the maintenance package.  He also wanted to install an easy start capacitor for $450.  After a little research, I found that this part sells for $12 to $25 and can be added to the unit in less than 5 minutes.  This same pre-summer check was done by another Avis rep 2 years ago on my 10 year old unit and the tech found everything in great shape.  Scamming extra un-needed services may come mainly from the individual technician and not the company.  I was unlucky enough to get a real scamper.  Nonetheless, the company should be more critical of service that is performed by their individual techs.

Technician Axel, was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had specially being a new home owner and having a bunch of questions regarding he A/C unit. He also installed and set up my smart thermostat while guiding me on how to use it. I would recommend Nexgen air for any A/C services as well as Axel as he's really knowledgeable and explains everything with details.

Rancho Heating and Air Plumbing technicians are very professional and knowledgeable on plumbing and heating matters. I have called them on several occasions to replace toilets, repair leaks, install faucet and repair my heating system. I was very pleased each time I called. Their timely response, their correct diagnosis and the repairs they performed always left me satisfied. In addition, they always left the area they were working clean, removing all worn out or damaged items and cleaning surfaces of all grime. I would highly recommend them for all plumbing and heating needs.
