Best Plumbing Installation Or Replacement in Riverside CA

Let down multiple times. Plumber came after service call timeframe.  Had to call them back to repair a leaking toilet twice that they did not inspect after the first job and they ultimately told me I needed a new toilet.
Never got a receipt or written estimate for new toilet despite Cody/Matt telling me they were going to send me one.  
I was able to find an experienced handyman to properly repair my toilet and told me I did NOT need a new toilet.   I felt cheated and taken advantage of.
Won't be using Ascent for future needs.

We've been using their services for about 10 years and they have always done an amazing job for us. Our latest service was just yesterday and they are always prompt, fast, friendly and do a great job. They unplugged the shower and fixed our heat in the tub within minutes that has been broken for months!

   One thing that stands out is the fact that they're always very friendly and will go out of their way to find the problem and won't give up until they fix whatever the problem is. Their prices are great too, very affordable and always professional! We would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Jeff is a kind man who is well versed at his craft. I would highly recommend him and Rocky Rooter. He's honest with his advice and does not create jobs for himself. I have experience with plumbs that happen to recommend all sorts of replacements and changes but not Jeff. We are going to use him as our everyday plumber from now on. Thank you for replacing the valve which connects to our fridge. Super fast and cleaned up after himself too. Thanks again Jeff!

We had an issue on 7/6/2016 and called our insurance company and got lucky to get this company.The service guy David Pullen) did a great job of finding the problem. Was very pro-active in getting things taken care of even before the insurance company called back. Let us know ahead of time what other issues there could and would be. He even helped clean up some of the mess too. Only complaint was that he wouldn't let us keep out copper piping.

We have used NexGen several times. We own several homes here in the Desert and they have done a great job on multiple occasions. They are responsive, professional, and do great quality work. They are our Go To company for all HVAC needs

Our overall experience with Renowned Plumbing & Rooter was so good! I called about 5 plumbers requesting estimates to fix the clog in our kitchen sink. Two wouldn't give estimates over the phone, and the other two estimated about $70-$80 more for the job. Renowned was great all around - good customer service on the phone, lowest price, and good customer service in person. Chris was our technician and he was polite, informative, and friendly. And quick! Chris was at our house within 3 hours of our call and he took less than an hour to fix our sink, which is working perfectly now. No question about it, if we have another issue come up, we'll be calling Renowned first!

Aaron was awesome! He came out same day, called when he was 30 minutes out and got our problem solved quickly. He was super polite and friendly. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly from start to finish. My job was small but they were willing to help. Great experience and I would definitely refer and use them again.

During my Saturday morning while washing dishes water started spilling out from under my kitchen sink. Prior to this incident I had noticed the faucet was acting up by not properly shutting off.

This occurred at 9:30am, so I decided to Google search a much needed plumber. I decided on Drains and Plumbing 24 based on merit reviews. I spoke with Jose who was on another service call, but gave me an eta of 12:30-1:30pm to arrive at my home.

At 12:00pm Jose and Gerardo arrived onsite for service. I immediately noticed their respect for our property. They had to park around the corner of our house as not to block our driveway, and before entering our home they slipped on some protective covers over their shoes. This to me showed me they not only cared, but were attentive to the little things.

What I appreciated is how professional and upfront Jose was. After diagnosing the problem with our kitchen sink he showed us pictures and explained what the issue was and what caused it. We needed to replace the entire faucet fixture due to the worn out threading on the hose.

Jose gave us a quote for all parts and labor needed. He stated that in the off chance the parts would cost more he would immediately inform us of any price changes. My take away from this is that it's great to do business with someone who is upfront and clear about things. No surprises. They even offer a year warranty for their repair.

After replacing our kitchen faucet, Jose went above and beyond by fixing our switch to our garbage disposal. We had to keep it unplugged since the switch wouldn't shut off the garbage disposal. He made a minor adjustment inside the switch and now we have a full functioning garbage disposal. This service wasn't even part of the quoted job he was called out for. I wasn't charged for this or for the minor adjustment that was needed to my bathroom sink drain plug.

All in all I am completely satisfied with the service we received. Jose and Gerardo are my guys for any and all my plumbing needs moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend using Drains and Plumbing 24.

The technician who came to my home for maintenance of my HVAC was outstanding. Raymond Elliott was courteous, on time and thorough. I'll ask for him for next maintenance visit! Very pleased with Service Champions and would recommend them!

I am normally very hesitant to go with larger companies because they usually don't care about their customers as much as (for example) a smaller mom and pop business would. However, my experience with our technician Michael and the general manager Marcus exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the people Interacted with took care of me in a very personal, professional, and bespoke manner (which is often rare for larger companies).

At first, there was a bit of a misunderstanding because the scheduler told me that they were going to be able to fix the issue I was having with my air conditioning system for way less than it actually ended up costing when they came out and gave me the real quote. I made sure to clarify the situation and what we needed multiple times on the phone and the scheduler assured me (multiple times) that it could be taken care of for $88. Since it ended up being way more than $88 to fix the problem with the AC, I felt that I shouldn't have had to pay the $88 fee they charge just to come out and give an estimate because the scheduler assured me they could recharge my AC system for $88 (which ended up not being the case). And, had I initially known that it would have costed more than $88, I wouldn't have even called them out in the first place and I would have called other companies that do free estimates.

I was glad to hear that Marcus (the general manager) agreed that under the circumstances I wouldn't have to pay the $88 dollars if the recording backed up my claims and I didn't want them for the job. In the end though, he offered me a considerable discount for the miscommunication which made the price much more reasonable. He handled the situation very professionally even though they were going to make less money which is almost unheard of with larger companies.

We ended up deciding to accept their discounted offer to recharge our AC system because of how professional and understanding they were throughout the whole process. Even when the technician Michael first arrived he was masked up, wore shoe coverings inside the house, and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Unfortunately the coils were frozen on the initial visit the technician was unable to do anything and immediately rescheduled to come out the following day. The next day, Michael was just as professional and helpful as the first. He promptly recharged our AC system, cleaned out the AC, and made sure all the wiring was good to go all while answering any questions I had.

TLDR: I would recommend NexGen to ANYONE if you have any problems with your AC or heating systems. They are professional, reasonable, knowledgeable, and friendly people that will provide expert service and unparalleled customer service. The level of detail and care that our technician Michael showed was above and beyond what we expected and the way their general manager Marcus handled our miscommunication was amazing given the circumstances.

Honest and job quality is top notches. I will definitely use this service again in future.
