Used HMS for the first time and couldn't have been happier with their service.  Called Chris Salazar on a Monday morning, and Jose and Kevin showed up within an hour of my call.  We had water pooling in our yard, no idea where it was coming from. Jose asked all the right questions, they inspected the property, took photos, checked the water meter, and provided everything we needed to get it resolved. Thank you Chris, you have an amazing team, we will definitely call and refer you again!

Chris was amazing! I had a slab leak in my kitchen and he was able to come out right away, less then 2hrs after I called. Diagnosed the problem immediately and said he could have it fixed next day. About an hour after he left, they called and asked me if he could come back same day and fix it. I was elated. Chris came back very quickly and even though the leak was a little worse then he expected once he got everything opened up, he fixed it perfectly. He also didn't charge me more then the original estimate, even though it took a bit more work to fix. Excellent service, very professional, was COVID compliant the whole time, and very reasonably priced. He answered all of our questions no matter how big or small and was so knowledgeable about everything. We definitely will be using this business and Chris for any future need. If you're looking for excellent service from someone who knows what they're doing and won't rip you off, you found the right company.

Mike is the man! Had some backups at one of our properties and the response was to quick. Mike broke down the problem step by step, kept me updated and asked for approval on work he would complete. He stopped a lot of leaks and saved us a lot of money! A sincere solid guy. Reflects how the company is! Mahalo

Replaced toilet quickly and then replaced my water pressure regulator.  Did great work!

My wife and I  wanted an air conditioning unit and replace our old heating unit . We called three companies for estimates and only one NEXGEN came out the same day,the others could not come until a week later. Jorge showed up on time and would not come in until he covered his shoes which my wife loved. He was very professional and explained everything in detail , we were so impressed we canceled with the other companies and decided on a tankless water heater also. The install crew showed up the next day and were even early a rarity these days. (Edgar,Mario, Pedro, and Roger) were professional, neat and thorough. Finished in two days and left our house exactly how they found it, neat and clean. When they were finished the next day we wanted some pipes covered on the water heater, Jorge came back out looked it over and came up with a plan. He talked to Christy in the office and ordered the part. It took about a week for the part to come in, but Christy kept  us informed throughout. The part was installed to our surprise at no further cost to us. NEXGEN is a breath of fresh air and we are customers for life.     THANK YOU for everything.  AL and CAROLYN.

We have 3 toilets that needed some plumbing. We  decided to give Service Champions a try and we are very happy we found them. They came out the same day and fixed everything we needed. Our technician Pete was extremely professional and helpful.  We look forward to doing business with them again.  Excellent company!

Adrian and his team get it done! He is very detailed and cares about the outcome of his work, not to mention is super reliable and professional. He has helped me with several projects from plumbing to electrical, the biggest a full electrical upgrade in a home from the panel to the outlets and all the lighting. If you are looking for a solid guy to help accomplish your home projects give him a shot.!

I used All Pro for two repairs and definitely would not recommend them.  The first repair was an emergency since I had an 8 foot geyser shooting out at the irrigation line so I called them because they could come out that morning.  It was pricey.  The second more minor  repair was very expensive - twice the cost it should have been according to the estimate I got with my new plumber! Talk about a bum deal for a senior citizen! In reading the reviews here, there seems to be consensus about this company's pricing.

Filing a complaint with plumbing department for failing to complete job at my home since 5/9/22 permits not approved. Have a hazard at the end of my driveway since july 2022 with an open hole and a warped plywood covering it. If any damage is caused to any pedestrians or vehicles I will send the information to NEXGEN as the liable party. No contact has been made to have a resolution and have had multiple representatives supposedly elevate the issue. Spoke with Thomas on 7/9/22 for a resolution on the plumbing job and to date going on 7 months without one.

Run and look for a more reputable company because they will complete the job take yout money and ignore you!

Some people will complain about the prices, but if you want good service and good materials then take them.

It is wonderful to know you have found a craftsman that you can trust. Jim Hillman has been to my house several times over the last couple of years. He has flushed my tankless water heater, installed new faucets, and repaired my garbage disposal. He is always on time, fixes my problems, and charges fairly. I recommend him highly and without reservation..

I have a 30 year old AC unit that failed. On my first attempt I called another company who didn't even bother coming out and said I probably should just replace it at this point. Second attempt, I called up Rancho Heating and Air and scheduled an appointment with Jesse the same morning. Upon arrival, Jesse was able to determine that the fan motor had gone bad within 15 minutes. He said that the replacement motor was in stock and scheduled to be back for the installation the following day. Jesse arrived as scheduled the following day and got the motor installed quickly and even went beyond to troubleshoot and repair some other wiring issues.

No upselling or gimmicks. He gets you up and running fast for a very fair price like the good old days. This business is a true and honest which is hard to find these days. Highly recommended. Thank you Jesse!
