Anthony Herrera has done a very outstanding job in understanding and evaluating the problem in my home's HVAC because of the other company's poor job and made sure that all of the problems were fixed. Anthony was very professional and courteous. Will definitely recommend him and will prefer to ask for him when it's time for my HVACs tune up!

Saved me! Great work! Great service! I had Tim out because my outside unit wouldn't power on, it was a tricky fix but he was able to fix it within an few hours. He had the parts on his truck so before the HOT upcoming weekend he fixed it without having to return. In addition to Tim being great, the service setting up the appointment was easy and they were very friendly. I found them just by going to yelp so I hope you give them a try too.

I recently needed help with a water heater. Chris made himself and his team available and bent over backwards to get the job done. He went above and beyond to identify the problem and resolve it quickly. I highly recommend Chris. He was very honest and responsive to every question and need.

We found a gas leak under our house and called multiple plumbers. Rush was the first to respond, and very friendly. They ended up running all new gas lines to our 100+ year old home, and had the work done quickly. The techs were friendly and did fantastic work.

I had a clogged kitchen sink that needed to be snaked and minor repairs to the piping. We made an appointment for 2 PM to 4 PM, but received a call that they could make the appointment earlier if I was available.  Arrived on time, very respectful and mindful of the workspace. Took care of the problem with no surprises. Very pleased with the experience.

I saw the ads in TV and the billboards and thought the promotion was good deal. I initially gave this co 5 stars but I found out the tech did not do an AC tune-up at all. He also told me there were things wrong that had me worried so I had another HVAC co check it out and it turns out the information wasn't accurate at all.

Juan did a great job clearing our backed up sewer. It started raining during the job, but he was persistent until the problem was solved. I would highly recommend to anyone with a similar emergency.

This morning I contact B Gs Plumbing and Rooter and spoke to Bernard. He schedule to come in same day between 2-3pm. He texted me 10mins upon arrival and arrived on time as scheduled with his wife. I was very pleased, they both have their mask on and shoe cover when entering my home. They were able to diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem right away. Due to the minor fixture there was no fee. I am in absolute awe on how this all went. They are very professional and know what they are doing. I really felt that comfort around them. Monday morning my 15 year plus water heater gave out water everywhere in my garage. I had to travel to Las Vegas that morning and needed some to take care of this as quick as possible. The owner came with thin an hours had it installed,  great job .

I had great service from NexGen in the past when dealing with plumbing. The plumbers are friendly, straightforward, and really understand how to interact with customers.

I'm calling as specalist because I'm not a plumber of an HVAC specialist. I don't know what im doing and I require lamens terms to understand what needs to be done.

Their HVAC tech was far less friendly and seemed to only know how to speak in technically terms. It honestly felt like he was trying to hype us up with fear to make us spend a bunch of money. My heater wasn't working. The unit is less than 3 years old but I couldn't find the install information for the life of me so I called NexGen because I'd had good service with plumbing and they'd done basic maintenance on the AC unit before.

The tech was supposed to come out on a Thursday at 4. At 2 dispatch called me and said that I couldn't have a tech come out that day because my unit is on the roof and they came be on the door in the dark. So I rescheduled for noon the next day. My husband called off work to take care of this. They were scheduled 11a-1p. They called me at 1130, even though I'd specified my husband was the point of contact and they had his number, to tell me the tech was running late and he'd be there by 3pm. The tech finally showed up at 345 and then sat in his truck for 15 minutes. So my husband took the day off just for him to show up at the time we'd scheduled the day before, which is after we both are home from work....

The tech used scare tactics to try and make us pay over 1k. I was able to find the install info and get everything taken care of under warranty, but this made me never want to work with NexGen for any service, including plumbing.

Service Technicians Abraham and Andrew came to my home to investigate a leak we had in our backyard. They arrived the same day we called and were on time.  Although they couldn't help us with a mysterious backyard leak because that is not within their service parameters, they did help us check our water meter. They were professional and sympathetic to our problem. They did not charge us even though they came out for a service call. A really great service team.

If you are looking for someone that takes great pride in their work, look no further.  Jim Hillman is not only a great plumber, but an amazing and totally honest professional.  He returns calls promptly, works efficiently, and has very fair pricing for the work he completes.  Jim is never in a hurry to get finished and move on to the next house...his philosophy is to take the time necessary to get to the root of the problem and complete the job.  Then when you receive your bill you will also be pleasantly surprised because it is very fair for the quality of work received.  I will continue to use Jim Hillman for our plumbing needs and would gladly recommend him to anyone!

First of all, I can not say thank Jesse enough for always being reliable and for always fixing everything (central heating and plumbing) that has broken this past year. We've had many problems in our house these past 2 years and Jesse always comes to the rescue. He is always on time, fixes everything the first time, and his prices are reasonable. He explains things to us in a simple manner which makes it easy to understand. Jesse always puts as at ease and never lets us down.
