Best Air Duct Cleaning in Riverside CA

We've been using NexGen for over 3 years, and they've always provided fast, friendly and reliable service for our home A/C and heater maintenance. We've always had great technicians but our most recent tech, Carlos, was awesome! He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He also suggested an electronic air cleaner for our home but wasn't pushy. I will definitely request him in the future!

I would not recommend this company. First technician was sloppy. The real problem was the thermostat but after three tries, new control board, new heat sensor wire and a new thermostat, almost $1,500 later to get it working. While replacing board and wire, he didn't properly connect the wire, the second technician has to fix it later. Then he sold the annual maintenance which was a waste of $89. There was no maintenance done except taking pictures of the ducting.

I had a major water leak coming from our upstairs bathroom. Water everywhere, ceiling, walls, carpet, furniture, everywhere! Called HMS. They were there in no time. Stopped the leak, tore the walls, ceiling, carpet out, and dried it all up. Contacted our insurance co., got approval for repairs, and restored everything to better than it was before! Great service, great people, great job. Thank you HMS. Any pluming issues in the future (hopefully not !), we know who to call.

5+ Stars. Threes a charm and this man is as well as highly skilled, professional, and intelligent. I showed him the problem. He asked second level clarifying questions and, I was right. The ballcock needed replacing--nothing else. No BS or up-sale of unnecessary items. He gave a reasonable price. I asked about fixing two sink faucet drips. Again, fair price. He fixed everything in under 40 minutes without rushing. He knew what he was doing, was methodical, and tested everything as he completed the tasks. We have worked with NexGen HVAC several times now. They do quality work, professional and friendly. Always on time. Take the time to explain situations in a manner that my husband and I can understand. We worked with Joel and Trenton today. Both did an excellent job!!

Don't trust this company, they come out for a simple advertised cleaning and system rejuvenation and then tell you that your system needs to be replaced.

The tech said our coil was leaking oil and had pictures on his tablet.

We had a second opinion come out and the tech said that there was no evidence of oil or any leak. I'm thinking that he had a picture of a leaky coil saved on his phone from a different house.

I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! For reference I've attached a Reddit link to similar stories from the same company.

I would recommend getting a second opinion when something doesn't sound right. Wish companies were honest but unfortunately not.

Adrian and his team were great. They retro 6 recess lights for me, the price was fair, I was amazed about their quality of work and the time they took to ensure the lights placement.

So I put in a request for my ac unit and a woman from here contacted me and she said she could send someone out within 45 minutes. And I asked how much would it be for the diagnostic, and she said that it wouldn't be a charge. So the guy came out and said oh it's going to be $89 for a diagnostic.  I informed him that I was told it wouldn't be a charge. Then he said ok. Took him to the unit and he didn't even take nothing a part then he went to his truck to make a call. He came back and Informed us that if we wanted him to tell us a price and continue he would need to charge us$89. I'm like ok thank you for coming but I'm not interested in any way from the company you work for.
I then called the company back to inform the. What happened and they told me that the supervisor would call me back. Never received no call back.
I'm starting to think that some of these companies are paying people to give them good reviews.

I called one afternoon when my air wasn't cooling. She scheduled for a tech to come out next morning! So glad it was in the 3 digits that week!!! Received a text reminder morning of appt from the company and another from Adrian the technician. Great service thanks Adrian!

Abraham was courteous, on time and professional when he came to repair my faucet. His service was top-notch; he's advised me about what the planned repair was, followed through on that plan, and recommended ways to keep the faucet in great working order. Excellent service!

Did not provide the service they advertised. Claimed it was $68 to come out and check for a possible slab leak. When the tech arrived he was clueless. My husband had to show him where we believed it was. He kept saying it's possible, It might be a slab leak but never took out one piece of equipment to check.   He walked around and told us that he thinks it could be a leak but he doesn't really know. Then told us that in order to check for the leak,  it would be $495. So basically we paid this company $68 to tell us that we had a possible slab leak which is why we called them in the first place. The ext company I hired came out for free!  Pretty much told me the process over the phone. And fixed it same day. Very very unsatisfied with this company.

Update: Ismael, the owner called to make it right. Refunded our service call fee and offered to send someone out to service our ac and give it a tune up for free.

I called Jim to get a plumbing issue fixed and he showed up same day and took care of the issue right away.  Great service and really nice guy.

I found them to be fast and responsive. Came on time and finished the job in good time. Needed the kitchen faucet to be replaced and they did a good job.
