The hot water heater in my home went out today, when I called I was greeted by a courtious staff member whom was able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. Bobby and his assistant came and diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it. Their service was great! Very fast and very efficient. I wouldn't waste my time looking for anyone else, these guys know what they are doing, and their effort showed they take pride in their work!

I had my entire house repipe from galvanize to copper by Alex. My house was built 1962 and has a very narrow crawl space where in some areas has only 14 inches crawl space with crumbled rocks on it. Alex completed repiping the entire house after having some bruises all over his body the following day. This company will go above and beyond their task to make sure they deliver what they promise. Price is very competitive. He has the lowest price out of 3 bids that I received from other Plumbing company. Thank you Alex and Esmeralda for the hard work. Now we have strong water pressure. The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

Sometimes when you choose a plumber, you just have to take the PLUNGE and hope you don't get HOSED!
There's never a good time for your water heater to go out, but when it does it's comforting to know someone like Dan from Winder Plumbing is there to help out as quickly and professionally as possible.
He responded promptly to my distress call and showed up on time. It's nice to know people like Dan recognizes that our time is valuable too.

Jeff is the most honest and fair person that I have ever dealt with.  We have called on him two times now, and I want to sing his praises.  You are not dealing with a big corporate company that doesn't care, you are dealing with a decent man that answers his own calls and does whatever he can to help you.
He does excellent work and he is very fair with his pricing.  He is extremely knowledgeable but not arrogant.  He is a kind man, something that you sadly don't come across in the business world very often.
He will be our go to man for any plumbing problems. I have told all of my family and friends about him, and now I wanted to share with the general public to help his business grow. Don't go with a big company that will send out people without much experience that don't care. It is not their business, and not their reputation on the line. I had a plumber who was suppose to install a drain in a bath tub. Took two trips and the drain leaked and tub did not drain. Was told he could not snake the drain, the plumbing needed to be replaced at a cost of $2,000 to $22,000. Would give a quote of cost as the project proceeded.
    I called Olson's to arrange a time for an estimate. He asked to come over right away as they had just finished a job nearby. He and his apprentice fixed the leaking drain, no plumber's putty by first plumber, and snaked the tub drain for ****$225.00**** They were professional and polite. Olson's will be the first plumber I call in the future.

David Garcia and helper where really professional, made the experience easy, I will use them again, they installed toilet and kitchen faucet, very clean job, really nice people, polite , job well done in short time.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Came when they said they would, honored the Yelp $35 coupon with no problem, fixed the problem and recommended an additional service with no pressure, which I agreed to.  I will definitely use them again.

Mike was a godsend.  His perseverance and skill helped avoid a disaster.  Prompt and willing to do what was neccessary to get the job done.

I had him come out a while ago... and the blower I had was not working well. He was honest, took the blower back to his shop, and fixed it all for a very reasonable price, and it is still working... so far spared me a 10k+ expense for the last two years. Thank you!

Responded immediately and was able to facilitate within a day a consultation. He was the most helpful and offered recommendations I wouldn't have thought of even. I get like he truly wants the best for his customers and I really would trust to use him as a recommendation to my own family members

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

Shout out to Ryan for changing out a very difficult to turn gas valve in my fireplace. The valve was installed last year by Parzival plumbing, but it was very hard to turn on and off from the very start. The technician at that time said that it would loosen up with use. Unfortunately, that never happened. As I was busy with other things. I neglected to call Parzival during the Warranty period. Since they installed the valve, and Ryan could see that it was indeed very difficult to turn on and off he replaced it at no additional cost.  This is a very reputable company that clearly values customer satisfaction. Ryan is a very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly technician. I would not hesitate to use Parzival again for my plumbing needs.

My water heater started a leak so I did a Yelp search started w/ first guy on the page named Exact rooter plumbing who turned out to be a disappointment. The guy tells me due to the pandemic, he is only accepting drain cleaning work; I know right away that was a load of BS!!  how could a 'outside' water heater pose more health risk than an indoor drain cleaning?  It's obvious this Exact Rooter guy just didn't want deal with the hassle of buying parts so he uses COVID-19 as an excuse to cherry pick the easy jobs and $$$

The 2nd plumber is Tri City Plumbing and Ramon does not disappoint. He asked for photos and specs, we traded a couple text and in 48 hrs my water heater is replaced.

One must appreciate a service provider with a First Responder's work ethic not treating money as first priority but customer's needs above all else.  

Ramon has prove himself to be a true service provider, and an asset to the community. The guy deserves our business.
