After unclogging my toilet myself, I then had a major issue with water and other gross stuff coming up out of the shower drain last night when the washing machine emptied.   I emailed another plumbing company in town who never responded.  Got the name and number of Roto-Rooter from my dentist of all people.  Called around 9:30am and they had someone out to my house by 11:30.   Rich was pleasant and fully explained my options and pricing.  Also let me of know of potential issues I might have in the future.  Before he left he made sure that all toilets and showers were working properly.   Would definitely use them again!

My experience with Allen Plumbing was absolutely stellar! Lamont and Allen had to come multiple times during our kitchen remodel and I have to say, I was so impressed. Someone installed a 'T' into the water main, before the main shut off at the house. It starts to leak, a lot. I got a couple estimates. River City was slightly more expensive. But I really liked the way they presented themselves, so I went with them. They came out and did some prep work on a Thursday. And could not come out to really start the job until the following Tuesday. They had a broken cable that they needed to do my work. I was disappointed that they were down because they did not have an extra one. In Tuesday, bright and early, they were there. Trenching and digging they began the process. The replaced the line from the meter to the house with a poly material. Everything went great. Workers were friendly, and listened to any suggestion that I had. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The technician that came did a great job at fixing a shower value that was not secured correctly. He had to cut a hole in the wall but was careful not to cut to large of a hole. He even cleaned up the mess! It's been a month since it was fixed and it's been great since.

It was great,  They were on time, the price was exaclty what he quoted.  Like with every job its not always as stright forward but they had the experpice to fix the issue and in less time than they estimated.  They even offered to help me move a few large appliances which was not apart of the bid.

Used Cary's company to replace all 3 toilets in our house, as well as all of the inside plumbing lines.

Let me start by saying the price was fair and the plumber they sent, Ken, was on time. He did a great job, was personable and answered all of my questions...including some dumb ones, I'm sure!

Quality work at a fair price--what's not to like?

I needed a new garbage disposal installed. I called 3 companies for quotes. One couldn't quote-had to send a plumber out to tell me the price, one quoted $150. Johnson Plumbing quoted $95. They installed my garbage disposal in about 30 minutes. Ken was pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them for my plumbing needs!

I hired American Leak Detection because they had done work on our pool a couple years earlier, before we bought the house.

$350 and the tech didn't even get in the water so no testing of drains, light, etc... Said they don't test pool solar plumbing!? tech also had trouble getting pump re-primed.

Spent less than 45 minutes on-site. Told me I had a leak in the skimmer and above an inlet but never followed up with a quote for repairing the skimmer. Waste of time and money.

Hired another company for less money who spent 3 hours checking out everything including diving the pool and the solar. Turns out, no leak near the inlet, just the skimmer and they repaired right away.

Can't recommend this company as they overcharge and under perform.

A toilet clogged in the middle of the night (on a Sunday night, no less) at a vacation rental we manage. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found RAM Plumbing. I requested a quote and they responded within minutes. They arrived and soon my toilet was flushing like it was brand new!

We are new in town from a warmer climate and had an above ground pipe crack in the middle of the night.  I ended up turning the water off to the entire house.  Called a few plumbing companies in the morning and Jackrabbit was by far the most accommodating and honest ones.  I was able to send photos via email to ensure the part wouldn't be an issue to have on hand.  We received a quote from another company for $385,  Jackrabbit had a solution and it only cost us $90.  They were also able to move around appointments to come out the same day.  Scott was very professional, helpful and tidy.  He had really good suggestions, solutions and advice for later that saved us time and money.  He is very skilled at what he does.  I will absolutely refer Scott and Jackrabbit Plumbing to friends and family with confidence and will not call around for our next plumbing issue as we've found the best in town.

They scheduled me within one day of my phone request. Albert was great very careful, did a fine job. We are so happy with the work and the promptness!  And the labor charge was reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Wish I could rate this business better.  Unresponsive. Came out to do a quote on a Thursday afternoon.  Said would email me that evening or the next day.  I called at the end of the day on Friday and asked for the quote, said it hadn't been written up.  Now it's end of the day on Tuesday - 5 days later and still no one has gotten back to me.  Guess they don't need the business.

I contacted Powell for an A/C repair. The inside fan stopped running. Fortunately it was not really hot at the time this happened. They were able to accommodate me fairly quickly but asked for morning appointment as the furnace is in the attic and it can get rather hot working in there. I had no problem with this. The service man arrived promptly at the appointed time and went to work right away. Problem turned out to be burnt out relay on circuit board on a very poorly designed York unit. (As a side note, I would not purchase a York if I were in the market for a new unit or building a home). He performed a through inspection to ensure there was not an underlying reason which would cause this to happen. The price was reasonable compared to what the charges are these days. I am extremely confident with Powell's work and the service man was very professional and an asset to the company. I would call them again if service were needed.
