My appointment was scheduled within two days. The service guy was prepared and brought all of the parts needed to fix our issue. Quick, easy and professional job! The problem with our dripping faucet was fixed. I would recommend this business.
Our 10 year old A/C went out so we shopped around and found NDI. We worked with Scot who was fantastic. We ran into a little bit of a problem, and Scott took the extra time to come up with a solution that worked perfectly, and no additional charge. The new unit is perfect, and their price was MUCH cheaper than everyone else. We were given a few choices with non of the BS. I would recommend NDI for all of your needs.
These guys refuse to wear masks and enter the homes of older, vulnerable people who are greatly at risk for Covid 19 infections.
Workers say they don't believe the hoax about Covid and will not wear a mask even if customer offers it.
Avoid.
When I called for service the person that answered the phone was very polite and helpful she was able to accommodate my schedule. I had an 8-1000 appointment and the technician called me at 0830 and said he would be heading to my house. He was very professional and completed the work within the hour. I plan on using this company again if the need arises in the future. Highly recommended!

Niko (spelling?) came out and replaced water faucet under sink that was leaking. Same day service and competent and very nice pleasant person. Will call them if any future plumbing needs arise.

NDI Plumbing excelled all my expectations! Quinn was great! He showed up on time and solved my plumbing problems quickly. Not only was he professional and knowledgable, but he was very friendly and even made friends with my dog! I will definitely use NDI plumbing again in the future!

To be fair, I don't know if they're any good at plumbing because the guy never showed up the receptionist said I was scheduled for 9 am. By 9:06 I called asking where he was. Oh sorry he had to swing by the office really fast but he will be there within the half hour! By 9:45 I gave up. The plumber, Scott, called me at 10 am to say he was 10 minutes away!! He then told me he had an 8-10 window to show up. So I was the first appointment of the day and he was still going to be late! So poor communication and extreme tardiness are why I'm giving them a 1 star review.

I Called NDI to come install our new kitchen faucet last week. Since it seemed impossible to get back under the sink to do it. NDI scheduled within 24 hours, and arrived at the beginning of the time window. The guy finished the job fast, and we were amazed. They called to check on their work. NDI sets the bar high for All your plumbing needs. Thanks Neal and Team NDI.
Needing to call a plumber is never fun, but I am happy to have found NDI Plumbing and they have surely assisted me with a few projects over the past few months. Most recently they changed out a 30 year old boiler and replaced with a new, more efficient system. Scott and Travis were timely and made sure the repairs were all complete before leaving. They had to shut gas off for the project and ensured all systems that ran off gas were properly turned on and systems were up and running.
NDI had Verbal Agreement on a bid was sub contracted charge us 30 percent over asking price work was 10 percent agreed ac units were not finished/ charged
Buyers beware don't do business with the biggest crooks in town
Happy with the company and the services received. They've installed a new air conditioner for us as well as replaced two toilets.
One area to that you need to be aware of is their warranty on labor is just one year. We had our new AC installed in August 2018 and found out in July 2021 we have a freon leak. We are working with a competitor for the repair and their workmanship is under-warranty for much longer.
