Savage and Son

Well, the faucet that Savage fixed (not replaced) still has not stopped leaking.  As for the replacement parts, there were none except a new filter cartridge.  So, I have to try & fix the leak myself or call a handyman.  
Such a total waste of time and money to call Savage plumbing.

Once again Savage and Son saved the day. It's just before Christmas and my daughter in law's hot water heater died. With two children at home we did not know what could be done. It truly was a Christmas miracle and we are all so grateful that Savage and Son saved the holiday for our family. Always top professional service and friendly office help with billing and scheduling. Thank you!

I did a fair amount of research in small amount of time when my water heater ruptured. I was quoted by 3 other companies and none of them came within $300 of what Savage and Son quoted. They couldn't get out same day, but I set an appointment or the next day. I called the morning of the appointment and asked that they switch out my kitchen sink and faucet while they were here. They moved their scheduling around and told me it wouldn't be a problem. Carlos showed up right on time. He was SUPER friendly and professional. He fixed everything that I asked of him and the total bill for everything was less than the second best quote I received for just the water heater. I am totally happy with Savage and Son. I have already referred them a couple times since. Thank you guys.

I spoke with Kathleen today after calling 8 other plumbing companies. Kathleen was so nice to put me on the call if theres a cancellation list. The other companies yelled at me they're under staffed due to Covid. Does that mean I should be yelled at?? I would recommend Savage and Son.

I was very disappointed with my last two interactions with this company. The plumber came out to fix my toilet, which was flushing but I had to hold it down for a few seconds to get it to completely flush, and he said he ' shortened the chain' and was out in ten minutes. The next time I went in to flush the toilet it worked but wouldn't stop running. I called them back and two days later they sent out the same plumber. He claimed no responsibility for the running toilet; he said it was because it was an old toilet and all the parts had to be replaced. He spent the next hour replacing all the parts in the toilet and handed me a huge bill. Two hours later the toilet wasn't running; it wouldn't even flush! When I called back the next morning I was transferred to a service manager who refused to listen to my complaints and said it was not the fault of Savage and Sons or the plumber who came out (twice).
I wanted to share this experience with others because I would not call them again nor could I ever recommend them to anyone.

I called Savage and Son to replace a leaky faucet out in the front of my house.  From the first interaction with Kathleen to the completion of the project by Aaron, it was the most pleasant experience.  I have never been so satisfied with a company and would recommend Savage and Son to everyone!!!  There is a reason they have been in business for 125 years!!!

Yesterday Roxie replaced a faucet for me.  She was professional, personal, and cared about cleaning up after the job was done.  I am a native of Reno and remember when Savage and Son was on S. After unsuccessfully trying to get an appt with 2 other 24/7 plumbers, I finally found S & S.   Robert was very punctual, polite, professional, and FAST!   There are other plumbers who promise 24/7 service if you can wait for 2 or 3 days.    WT?      Save yourself a headache and call S & S first.

If I could give this company six or seven stars, I would rate them that highly.
Over several years the company has done a variety of plumbing jobs for me, ranging from simple toilet issues and leaking spigots to more complex repair of shower leaks, installation of redirection of new tubing, and installation of new fixtures, and installation of a new water filter system under my kitchen sink that was far superior to the old one. I had one emergency on a Sunday evening, a clogged kitchen sink and disposal.  In every instance, whether a scheduled appointment or an emergency, Savage has been an excellent company to work with - competent, professional, and courteous, and pleasant. Dave, the supervisor, has been very helpful, when I was selecting new fixtures and a new valve for my master bath shower. Similarly, Kathleen, who handles scheduling, has been very attentive to my needs, listens carefully, and tries to get the best technician for my particular problem. Tom and Mel are two technicians whom I can recommend without reservation. In short, I trust this company and its technicians to know what they are doing, to be totally honest with me about my legitimate plumbing needs, and to make excellent referrals to companies that provide associated services that fall outside the plumbing arena.

I ordered a nice-looking but cheap sink from Wayfair. The instructions sucked, it didn't have all the parts, and I tried to put it together but was not successful.

Mark from Savage and Son did an amazing job piecing together the mess. He helped make it functional, was super professional, and even showed up early for our appointment.

Don't use Savage and Sons. I'm sure they do a good job but how would we know, they refuse to call us back. They were recommended by D&L Tile to do our plumbing before the retile and I guess they're too good to give us a call back. We decided to go with another plumbing company

Bad customer service! Dug a hole and left it for 3 weeks open.

Quick service and response time. They were very apathetic to our plight of having a new born and a broken water pipe in our laundry room. We've already set up for future services with them after this experience.

First time using Savage & Son plumbing and had Ben Hutchinson on the job and he was more the an exceptional technician. Very polite, professional, and broke down in detail the complete job he had done for my property. Quality & clean repair I can count on.

The man who owns this place is so rude. I have never had the pleasure of using this company . I did receive a bid once. It looked high. Consistently rude each time I have called over the past 16 months.  Perhaps they are nicer to men.

I'm very glad that I went with Savage and Sons to install a new water heater and to fix a few leaks in my home.  The reason I went with them was a direct result of a conversation I had with Kathleen when I called with questions.

She was friendly, and when I listed my issues and that I might need a new fixture for my tub, she said that I  may only need a cartridge. I thought, now this is a company that I want to do business with.

Amazing service!!!! I live in Vegas, my dad lives in Verdi. He called me and said his kitchen sink was overflowing, he'd tried to fix it, but to no avail. I asked a couple Reno friends snd family who they'd recommend, no one knew of a good plumber so I Yelped, savage and Son had a lot of positive reviews do I called them.
Kathleen answered and I explained my 83 year old dad was stressing out about this and if there was anyway they could fit him in that day, I'd really appreciate it. She was so kind and said she understood,  and she'd fit him in some way, somehow. At noon they called and said they'd be coming out.
The tech cleaned out the clogged drain, put it back together, ordered him a new hose that was leaking for the kitchen faucet, and was in his way, all for $200! They even said they'd call me the next day to settle up the bill, no problem. I was grateful and they were patient, kind and friendly!

Aaron Vollmoer was our Service Technician. Our water heater went out during the last snow storm. The service was excellent and he came back and was able to replace the water heater even with the snow and the temperatures being as cold as they were. He went above and beyond to make sure we could get our hot water back and truly cared. Thank You!!!!

There is a reason that this company has the earliest business license in Reno and is still in business today. They have great employees and are honest!  Roxie recently installed two new toilets for us and I must say that she is a beast. She is one of the hardest workers I have seen!  I was totally impressed!  I highly recommend Savage & Son for your plumbing needs!

We had to have a new sewer line installed in our Moms house.  Josh Myers and the team from S&S went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed the best way and earlier than anticipated!  They experienced some obstacles but were able to overcome.  We would use them again for any plumbing needs.

I had a gas leak in my home and NV energy shut off all the gas on a Sunday. I called Savage and Son and spoke with Dave on Monday. He was extremely helpful and scheduled me right away. He was very sympathetic to my situation of having twin baby girls in the house with no gas available. No hot water, laundry, stove etc.His follow up was great as well. It took a few days with a great guy named Mike at my house but all the issues were resolved. I cannot thank you guys enough!

Called for an appointment, greeted cordially, and received an appointment quickly considering such a busy season. They called and asked if they could come early, arrived as promised, and provide clean, quick, efficient service at a fair rate. I've had to use plumbers before, but I will always call Savage and sons first from now on.

Thank you, Phil Smith!  We think you are a genius.  Phil has great detective skills and solved our problem quickly.  What we thought was going to be an expensive fix, was quickly and reasonably taken care of.  We are very much relieved.

Frankly I would give it Zero stars if it was an option.   I called early March with a large job in remodeling our master bath.  I waited over three weeks for an appointment with Josh who came to see the job to estimate.   Josh came, on March 23 and saw saw I needed a shower installation, a washer /dryer installation, double vanities sink move , and soaking tub plumbing removed.   My master had been totally gutted at the time of the appointment.  Josh promised a quick return of estimate, said it would mean three days of actual work and once deposit made, work would be scheduled.
May 1, 2022 I have yet to hear a single word!    I did not get a phone call, an email, a written estimate, or notification that they do not intend to bid on this project.    We had purchased our special toilets from them about $1,800 for two and service installation was good.  Guess they do not service unless you buy  products??  So are they not plumbers which is what I needed?    Cannot, would not ever, suggest you call Savage !

If I could give 6 stars I would.  I came home from work on a Saturday and found water marshed in my carpet.  My husband was in China and I had an infant.  After having 2 other plumbing co's fall out on me, I called Savage's and like the rest the lady said they'd get back to me in a few moments.  

Which they actually did.  Mike called on the phone and walked me through a home fix  so he might not have to come out at 6PM on a Saturday (which I appreciated coz I'm a do-it-yourselfer) but yet still said he'd come by in the end because it seemed more complicated.  

Which he did.  Mike located the problem (furnace, after all).  I didn't have to have my hot water off from Saturday night to Monday because they gave us very good service.  I suggest these guys for sure.

Exceptional established company that we are very glad we selected.  We interviewed 5 contractors for a two bathroom remodel in a 1950's home.  There were a couple of very close contenders but the deciding factor for us was the long time family owned business with a good reputation.  We had faith that they would stand by their work and reputation.  Absolutely, 100% satisfied with their service and end result.
Please note, we had a mix up with a solar tube that was installed in the wrong bathroom by a third party company they contracted.  Savage and Son acknowledged the error and worked to resolve the issue with that third party company.  Solution, install a second solar tube in the correct location at no charge.  Now, of course we are happy.  But this was not our solution or demand, Dave F., our contractor worked that out for us without any intervention from us.  This is what you get when you deal with a reputable company who truly cares about their customers and their reputation.  Thank you Savage and Son!

I recently had Savage and son at my home to replace a water heater. The gentleman who is here worked eight hours only to discover the water heater the new one was defective. He was the most kind thoughtful and a complete gentleman. His name is very long I don't know how to say it but it translates to javie. I realize I have the spelling incorrect but I just wanted to give him a shout out because I would never use anyone but savage and son because of him.

Great service. Fast and kept social distancing without being rude. Got me a faucet he knew I would like and did a GREAT job on the repair! The office even redid the paperwork so my home warranty would recompense me properly! You guys rock!

You can get cheaper plumbing but S&S is reasonable and you get what you pay for. I will not have to repair this for a decade :)

My opinions and observation about the recent work (job #3) done by Savage and Sons. I was hoping to write a 5 STAR review based on my previous two experiences with the company. That said, One can always judge a company by the way it handles problems. I do give the company a 5 STAR rating because they did follow through to resolve the problem.  On the other hand, the First Service Tech they sent to do the work the first four times gets 1 STAR. A job that should have taken at most two hours was stretched out over three weeks and six Service Calls until it was resolved. The fifth /sixth and final Service Tech get 5 stars. For the annoyance that the first Service Tech cause me, they get 2 stars. Complicated?  For this job, they get 3 stars. I could bore you with the details and many graphic pictures, but I won't...I respect Mr. Savage and his company too much.
In summation: If the first Service Tech would have taken the 45 minutes that he charged me for the work that he did not do, and plumbed the facet as I thought he was doing, he would not have had to keep coming back. At last, he was in a hurry to get down the road to his next job. It appears, from my experience, that the quality of the work depends on the Service Tech that they send to do the work. Bottom Line: I will use Savage and Son in the future for plumbing work, but I won't be as trusting of their selection of Service Techs.

I want to complement Savage & Sons on their excellent employee Ben. He has been wonderful to work with. Ben has diagnosed plumbing issues correctly  and has worked to repair them in a timely manner. I like his polite, quiet and efficient work style. Thank you Ben.

If I could leave Savage and Son Plumbing a million stars, I would!  As Native Renoites (my mother is 96), we have been doing business with them for at least 70 years.  Their service and employees are always outstanding in every way possible and always come through promptly and efficiently. They are personable and truly treat you like family.  Most recently we had an alarming emergency.  We received a yellow notice on our door yesterday from Truckee Meadows Water Authority claiming that our water meter was showing an extremely high water usage (69,000 gallons this past month alone).  Bear in mind we have had snow and our yard is covered in it.  From the very first point of contact the nice lady who always answers the phone at Savage and Son advised me that it could be a leak in the irrigation system, or it could be something as simple as replacing a part on a running toilet. They assured me they would come out the following day. Fast forward to early the next morning and I got a call at 7:45am from Kathleen saying their plumbing leak specialist Tom could come out RIGHT NOW.   Kathleen was very well versed and explained that if it wasn't a running toilet, it could be a leak in the irrigation system that would require a costly excavation repair.  She knew my mother was elderly and wanted me to give her a heads-up, which was very nice. She couldn't have been more courteous.   Tom, the plumbing specialist who is an absolute PEACH  (seriously, could he be any nicer?) already had the stats on the house from former service calls, etc., and came over immediately.  First, he checked our toilets.  The one in the large bathroom next to my mother's bedroom was indeed running and he worked on it for a good hour and replaced an important part, then went back to check the meter to see if that stopped the water from jacking up the meter. He did this several times and found that it was indeed the toilet that was causing the problem.  I asked him to check the other toilet, too, to see if it was in good working order.  He also looked in the crawl space and in the furnace room (the pipes in that room were sweating because of all the excessive running water from the faulty toilet part and he had all the stats of former repairs to the house) He said we shouldn't have any more problems and what needed to be fixed was fixed.  So, we dodged a very expensive bullet there.  If it hadn't been the toilet it could have been a leak in the irrigation system which would have required expensive excavation, and my mother would have had no water for a period of time.  I called Truckee Meadows Water Authority and told them we had rectified the problem, and they said that as soon as they see the water usage has gone down starting from today forward and the fact that we made the effort to get it fixed so quickly, they will make an adjustment to the bill.  

I would like to thank all of the plumbing specialists that have serviced our house over a period of 70 years, both men and women.  Savage and Son, you are like GOLD to us.  A million thanks and a million stars.

Great company to work with, the guy in the service department who answered the phone wasn't the easiest to deal with but after we got everything scheduled it went great. Robbie did the repair and while the repair was hard to perform Robbie did a great job and was friendly the whole time. Would highly suggest this company.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received from Savage and Son. I was having an issue with my water heater and needed some guidance.

When I called Savage and Son, a lovely woman answered and took time to troubleshoot my problem rather than just setting up an appointment. She was spot on diagnosing the issue and was able to get me set up with a repair time.

The technician, Brett, called when he was in his way and arrived exactly on time which I appreciated. He explained everything that he needed to do and went over the cost with me. It was exactly what they had quoted and I was very pleased that there were no surprises or hidden costs. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner.

Savage and Son is a union shop and because of that have superior training. They also have the oldest contractors license which says a lot about how they do business. Dealing with them was a refreshing change from other services in town. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are in need of repairs.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The technician they sent was named Jacome , he was so professional and so helpful. He replaced my water heater, and helped me with some water pressure issues in my bathroom. I wish all technicians were as pleasant as him.

The guy that came out was nice enough. My kitchen sink was clogged and I'd tried everything. He snaked it twice and got it moving. I paid the after hours rate as they had no openings for weeks.

I had to get another company to actually clear the clog a week later.

I requested an estimate and placed multiple calls. Over a week and no return call. I am a previous customer. Perhaps this should be expected these days.

Had some things that needed work in my house, I had my appointment scheduled and Mark came out in the scheduled time and called to give me a heads up! He was super knowledgeable and helpful! Will definitely request him again whenever I need some work done

I had ordered a part over the phone and UPS returned it to the store. When Pete found out that I had never received it he shipped it out again and I received it the next day ( In Round Mountain ). AND they did not charge me for any of it as they wanted to make it right. This was going above and beyond.

This company goes out all the way to satisfy you. I did not like the original toilet they installed and within a few days they replaced it with no hesitation. They were professional and again went out of their way to provide what I wanted. Seven months later I just broke the handle of my new toilet (today). I called this morning and within one hour the company came over and replaced the handle. Every person that I have dealt with in this company has been professional and are focused on customer service!!! I would only use Savage and Son from here on. I am relatively new to the area and am so happy I was referred to them.

Great company.  Went to the showroom looking for a new toilet and received a complete explanation of the new products available. Scheduled an install for a few days later. Robbie did the install and we are very pleased with the work.  Fast, efficient and left our home with no cleanup required.

I have used Savage and Son for well over 30 years when I've bought supplies to fix my own minor plumbing issues myself. The staff is so knowledgeable and always help me to pick out everything I might need for my projects. Recently we needed to do a  large project where I work. We used Savage and Son to do some necessary upgrades which also required adding another company into the mix which they took care of for us. The project was well organized, went off without a hitch, and they got it done in less time than they had originally anticipated. Special kudos to Robbie Janas who did a stellar job with guidance and communication. He orchestrated doing some of the work earlier to minimize the time we'd have to be shut down. He even emailed me some documents I requested on a Sunday...his day off. Absolutely spectacular customer service. I'll continue to use Savage and Son for years to come.

I had an issue with my water supply line leaking under my driveway, I called savage to locate and repair it, (the line is 300 feet long) the fellow who came out to locate was within 18 of the pipe break, the other guy who came out to cut the asphalt and excavate was polite, hard working and efficient, this could've really turned into some kind of horrible ordeal but savage had everything located, dug up and repaired in a day and a half ( 5.5 billed hours ) and what I thought would be a $1500-$2500 repair turned out to be $701 parts and labor total, I cant say enough good things about the guys savage sent out and the office folks I spoke with on the phone they were all a credit to their craft.

Savage and Son has always helped us with our plumbing needs since moving here 6 years ago, the basics (toilets flooding from kids, sinks leaking, replacing bathroom sink pipes, etc.). This time we used them for our kitchen remodel and fireplace install (gas line) and couldn't be happier.  Their communication, on time showing up, follow through and professionalism was beyond amazing.  Easy to work with and highly recommend.

I called Savage and Sons about a pipe leak near my hot water heater. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She sounded like that person in your office who knows everything, but not really. She insisted that I would need a new water heater without ever looking at it!? This is a ridiculous business practice and I am shocked that you would have someone like this working for you all. I have had great interactions with S&S in the past. I was able to contact one of their competitors and had the best experience ever. Please see my reviews!

Poor communication and even worse quality of work. Highly over priced compared to other competitors in the area. I wish I would have taken my time and sought out a more reputable company to work with.

I had a problem with water hammer in my home and Savage and Son's sent Mel to my home to try and solve my problem.  Mel solved the problem in a very reasonable time.  He was very professional and  and friendly.  I had tried using a different plumbing company that was not able to solve my problem.  I would highly recommend Savage and Son's and Mel for any plumbing needs.  If I need plumbing work done in the future, I will contact the folks at Savage and Son's as all of the folks at their business treated me so professionally.  I give them Five Stars.

This is an upscale plumbing supply company.   Their selection is much better Lowes or Home Depot.   They have a lot of stuff on the show room floor and their service people can whip out applicable info from the catalogs in no time at all.    They do not have just one or two suppliers so the selection is very large.  

I was remodeling three rooms with three different plumbing projects.  I did not want the three rooms to look the same so ordered different sinks, toilets, shower heads and etc for each one.   The one down side was that it took over six weeks for some of the stuff to come in.   That slowed down the remodel a good deal.   When things did come,  they came with all the nuts and bolts and other stuff to install.  There were no unexpected delays because something did not get ordered.  

Prices are stiff but then again I was not buying the standard shelf item like they have at the box stores.   Even if you do not want high end stuff, I would recommend you go here to get a better idea of what is out there Vs the limited displays at the box stores.

We had them install a new valve in our home. The tech left without testing it. The water pressure was obviously very low.

We phoned Savage and spoke with a supervisor. He came out to look at it, left and never contacted us back to repair this problem.

Cannot recommend them. Have to rate them as poor on technical performance ability and customer service.

Phil was prompt knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. Nothing worse than having a problem with your plumbing but nothing better than having a good plumber to fix it.

Worst experience, never call them again,charging too much and not do a good job,the first time about 4 months ago,i called them in the morning, and they worked for me was after 5 pm, they told me after 5pm is charging for over time, that's okay,I paid them. and this time ,same problem about the sewer, they worked no more then 45mins,and charged me 1.5 hours, thay told me they charging the travel time,  that's mean how long takes them to my house, and how long takes them to go back to the shop.wow,that's surprise me, never never call them again.

The plumbers and people at the store here are great. However, the point man in the project, Dave Fricklehoff, was the least pleasant person I've dealt with in the remodeling of my house. They have a lot of great people in their company, but Dave is not meant to work with customers.

We needed a Kohler touch-less faucet installed and the insides of our toilet replaced.  I called and booked the appt with Kathleen, she was very pleasant and friendly.  Tom came out and installed both for us.  He did a great job and was friendly and knowledgeable!  I would highly recommend Savage and Son!

My son who is a electrician referred Savage and Son to me for my plumbing needs.  I contacted them with a water heater issue.  One of the plumbers Robbie came out and replaced my gas hot water heater.  He was very polite, knew what he was doing and did a great job.  Robbie was the type of employee that is going to keep Savage and Son busy.  I highly recommend Savage and Son for your plumbing needs.  I want to thanks Robbie for a super job I am very satisfied with his work and work ethic.

I've used Savage and Son a few times before, and they were great. My water heater started leaking on Saturday, and they had somebody come out and look at it within a few hours. He recommended we go buy a new water heater, and he could be back early the next morning to install for $195 an hour (weekend pay). He called Sunday morning saying there was a casino that had an emergency, and he could come out that afternoon. No big deal. We asked him if he had availability on Monday, because it was much cheaper during the week ($95 an hour). He said he could definitely have someone come out on Monday, that they'd call to schedule it. Monday comes around, and they are booked an entire week out. And, it turns out, nobody else wants to install a water heater we bought ourselves. Ended up spending $300 more than he quoted us on another plumber!

The workers stole a watch from my house while clearing a drain in 1979. I will never forget that...

If I could give 10 stars I would.   I called Savage and Sons after another local plumber wasn't able to remove a shaving can top that fell down my daughters drain.    The other company advised it wasn't able to be suctioned out, and drilling down to the pipe was our next option.   Yikes!!!!!!  

The  tech from Savage and Son was amazing!   He did some MacGyver tricks and it was out.  He even cleaned my shower.

We got back from vacation and discovered our water heater had gone out. Savage and Son was so nice and helpful. They replaced it same day for a reasonable price.

Pete in the main office did a fine job of explaining the benefits of the Bradford White water heaters that Savage and Son sells. That, plus previous superb service from Roxy and Mel, convinced us to have the firm supply a new unit. Phil and Shawn installed it promptly, efficiently, and proficiently!

There is a reason that these folks are in business for their second century!!   Their staff provided spot-on recommendations for a failed in-house pumping system, following up with a budget and schedule for implementation.  Great communications (phone and email), providing the services as contracted for.  Appreciate the professionalism and skill level provided by both Project Manager Josh and Plumber Chris.

Absolutely wonderful! From scheduling to the actual appointment, this was a wonderful experience! The plumber showed up when he was supposed to (always appreciated!), he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and they honored a coupon I had. Very affordable and quality work that got the job done right on the first try!

Scheduled an appointment on Valentines Day for a plumber to come out and assist with our shower drain that was not draining properly. Mel came out and said he could snake the line to see if anything was stuck in it. In less than 30 minutes, we had water running down the inside of our walls and into our kitchen. We yelled to Mel to stop what he was doing and come down stairs, as we grabbed towels to soak up the water that was pouring out the bottom of my wall in the kitchen. Asked Mel what to do and he said I'm not sure!!!!. We told him to call his supervisor as we got on the phone with our insurance company. Mel's supervisor Dave Frickhoeffer told my husband that they were not liable for anything and he had to go but would call him back. We worked with our insurance department to get Servpro out immediately and over the next week were able to get the wall dried from the water. They had to rip out our floor in the bathroom, dismantle our shower and cut holes in the baseboards of our dining room. Our bathroom is still in shambles and we are now awaiting the construction company to put back together our bathroom. The issue was located and it was confirmed that Mel had dislodged the pipe that connects to the drain while snaking the shower. Our insurance company will be going after them for the damages but the worst part was that my husband had to call Dave back, after he never called us, and Dave stated he was on vacation and was going to call us on Monday but that while we were on the phone he wanted to make it clear that they took no responsibility for the water damage to our house. Well, we'll see Dave. Allstate will be in touch and you can tell their legal department that. Long story short...don't ever use this company!!!

Roxie came over when she said she would. Gave us a choice of two different faucets, very  friendly,  knew what she was doing and wore a mask.  Would recommend her to our neighbors and friends.

A shout out to 3 stellar peeps at Savage and Sons 1.)Kathleen for coordinating with the timeline with 2 separate projects -my dads kitchen sink and shampoo sink at my work having one technician bouncing between the 2 projects following up on appts and post appts.
2.)Robbie listened and asked questions with the challenges presented with previous work done earlier this year by a different technician. He was accessible and fair with the process with excellent customer service with unique circumstances.
3.)Technician Brandon Henson did seamless finish work correcting /adapting safely shampoo sink to a new custom made cabinet figuring it all out and looks great!! My dad is super pleased with his work as well.
I highly recommend Savage and Sons for any plumbing needs.

Savage & Son to the rescue again!  We were out of the country and the sitter noticed a water issue in the kitchen and turned off the water.  I called Savage this morning and they came out and fixed the issue.  We have used them for years and recommend them 110%

I've used many Reno area plumbers over the past 15 years, and while most are pretty good, Savage and Son is clearly the best in my opinion.  They are a bit more expensive perhaps but the speed and quality of handling issues ranging from sink plumbing to clearing out drainage lines is exceptional.  All of their plumbers are extremely skilled and they arrive in fully stocked vans that handle virtually anything. I highly recommend these guys if you want to get the job done right.

I can't thank Tom from Savage and Son enough! He came today to fix a leaky shower caused by another plumbing company's mistake, and he was perfect. Professional, quick, expert, and very nice....fixed the leak quickly, took care to make sure the shower was (actually) better than he found it, and the price was more than fair. I also have to mention how amazing Kathleen is ... I spoke with her for quite some time, describing my problem and she listened to every word and determined which of their amazing employees would be best suited to my job. It was so above and beyond, I was amazed. She's a treasure also! This company has been around longer than any other in town, and for good reason. Don't bother with anyone else... this is who you call when you need any plumbing help!

If you want to work with a company that can not make its dead lines with your contractor HOWEVER THEY can UP GRADE the items you ordered $$$$ which are way more PRICY these Savages will financially scalp you !!!!!  WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND  EVER !!!!!

Great people to work with! The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was very nice and they were able to take care of our plumbing needs immediately. When Tom  got here he was very pleasant and worked very efficiently and got it done within 10 minutes of being here. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anybody!

Savage and Son is without doubt the BEST plumbing company in town!  Mel James was the service technician and he showed up to my house right on time.  He was pleasant, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable.  He really knows his stuff!  The rates are very fair and the service was outstanding!  I will only use Savage and Son for all my residential plumbing and HVAC needs.
