We had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe and I called them at 6pm at night. They walked me through how to temporarily stop it, and made me an appointment for 7am. They were right on time and fixed the problem quickly. I appreciated how fast and helpful they were and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!! Thank you, Hoffman Plumbing - you made a stressful situation a lot less stressful!

Shannon was a doll! She was so pleasant and helped me when no other local plumbing company would! Happy to see that they had a coupon on their website for first-time customers which really came in handy because I am on a fixed income in an over 55 mobile home park. Derek, obviously raised to be a polite young man, showed up a few hours later with a smile and got right to work. Derek was super friendly, highly skilled, and went above and beyond. Got the sink clog unclogged in less than an hour! I could not be more thrilled! 49er Plumbing & Drain will be my Go-To from this day forward!

You can't ask for better service then from Bullseye Plumbing!! I had a clog in my kitchen sink that I'd been putting off dealing with for a week. It was finally time to call in the professional, so I called around to a couple plumbers in Paradise. I was reaching message machines until I dialed up Bullseye. Gavin answered the phone right away and was able to be at my house in twenty minutes!! He was quick, courteous and friendly. He took great care in bringing in and removing his machines without having them drip and getting grossness on our carpets. I'd definitely suggest him to any of my friends in Paradise or Oroville who requires plumbing needs.

Yes yes yes hire this company. Kathleen in office is great. Owner Joe is great. Techs were great. Very responsive. Very quick. Timely. Very informative. They saved me thousands and saved me time and hassle diagnosing differently then another company that I was trying to hire did (they weren't calling me back to return). This is how I know everything happens for a reason. I am thankful for this company and will definitely be using them for my remodel and any other plumbing needs I may have.  I am so happy to have hot water after 2 days and with a 6yr old and elderly father that I wish I could just hug everyone at this company! Customer service is lacking in so many ways with contractors these days... not with Best Plumbing!!! You are in good hands.

The day after New Year's, our sprinkler pipes burst, flooding the yard with massive quantities of icy water for hours.  We called and called plumbers.  Only Dave Thiel was working.

He rushed out at warp speed, handled the issue, and charged us only $10 for gas, because no repairs or replacements were needed.

We will be giving him a call this spring to get our sprinklers up and running like they should be.  He's honest, reliable, and won't beat you up with bells & whistles on the price tag.

I'd recommend Dave Thiel's plumbing service to anyone.

You truly can't ask for better service. Not only are they incredibly responsive, but so good at what they do! We had some shotty gas lines hooked up to a fire pit done by the previous owners of our house and Jerry was able to come out, assess the situation, give us his professional opinion, and fix our issue same day. All for a very reasonable cost. He was efficient and friendly. We have found our plumber for as long as the company is in business! Thank you Jerry!

Called Bighorn for a plumbing problem and Jesse responded very quickly and came out to my home same day. Jesse is a great plumbing troubleshooter compared to other plumbers who just want to start replacing parts.
Jesse took the time to explain what he was doing and was very honest and did not try to up sell me.

Horrible service altogether- incompetent and unprofessional. He does not disclose fees and sends unqualified apprentice workers to do his job. We called him for a well problem and he never said he wasn't qualified to work on wells. He did not fix the issue, left and never came back. We called them back a couple times but he did not return our calls, leaving four people without water for several days! Weeks later, we got a bill with emergency dispatch fees and parts that weren't even broken per what the qualified and competent well contractor we had to hire said. We tried to dispute the charges but he was rude and declined to work with us. So we are going to file a complaint with the BBB and the contractors board.
We should never have hired him again to begin with, because service he did for us last year turned out to be subpar: kitchen sink leaks, shower head leaks, kitchen stove vent not properly installed and he ruined a wet bar sink he installed for us. Makes me feel stupid, but my husband called him because he was familiar with our system -- we were obviously wrong...

I was at work and a member of my family called me to inform me the water was leaking from my upstairs to my downstairs. Unable to go home myself I called the plumbing doctor. I called at a little after 9 AM by 10 AM one of their representatives was in my house troubleshooting. This is a super fast response time. Before 11 o'clock the problem was found and repaired and the cost of repair did not break the bank. I am very happy with the service provided and will be happy to tell anyone about the plumbing doctor. In the future if the need arises I have their number saved in my phone.

Had problems with my water heater.  A friendly and professional employee responded and got the heater working rather quickly for a decent price.

A yearly inspection was performed. 45 nothing replaced or fixed they only cleaned the filter and charged $300.

they attempted to bill me for $2000 of unauthorized work during their bankruptcy.  my advise is to avoid them at all costs and tell your friends thy same.
