Great, knowledgeable and timely service. It was late Friday and my shower would not produce hot water. I called Pell at 4:30 p.m. and left a message. Mike Pell texted back after 5 p.m. and asked for a picture of the problem I described in my message. [I was capable enough to take off the plate covering the valve myself so he could see a photo, barely.] Mike Pell called me at 6 p.m. and walked me through what I could do to determine if I could fix it without more.  He walked me through the process (not even on Face Time) and  IT WORKED! Pell Plumbing and Son are my plumbers for life.

Great service! Carpet is now clean and fresh. It smells good and is visibly washed.
The service person was very professional and efficient. Huge plus, it is NOT loud at all, so you will not disturb any Neighbors. Thank you, will use again.

Harry is a great plumber, he replaced all of the galvanized water and drain lines in my house, now we have great flow and the drains all work. Most of the service companies are more than willing to do repairs and snake out your drain lines on a routine basis. Harry is not scared of old Cast Iron Drain lines and happily removed and relocated one of those lines. Harry does not want to come back out a second time, he does it right the first time. It has been over three years and I have not had any problems.

So I apologize to have to do this but I must change my review. Steven did great work but then out of nowhere went silent. I saw he was still helping others. I was frankly confused and hurt. I texted, called, left voicemails and emails and heard nothing. Today I got his bill in the mail with no explanation or apology for the last 8 months.

I highly recommend All Pro Plumbing!  I called several other plumbers before calling Ray at All Pro Plumbing and they either quoted a very high price or never bothered to call me back!  I had one company tell me they were coming to put in a new garbage disposal in and gave me an hour window of when they would show up and they never came!  I called them and got excuses so cancelled the job.  Sometimes things work out though, because I found All Pro Plumbing and they called me when they said they were going to and showed up to the job in a timely manner. Rich came to do my job and was just as nice as could be!  To top it all off they charged me almost half of what some of the other companies quoted me! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

We called Glencoe Plumbing two days before New Years Eve after our dishwasher was leaking water all over our kitchen floor.  Joe answered our call the same afternoon and came over first thing the next morning.  He worked on the problem until it was fixed, and explained our choices and the price at each juncture.  It was a pleasure working with him.

Jack was fine on the two jobs we'd had him on. He is a good plumber.  Not dirty at all and a fast worker.
Also a fine parent.  Give him your money.

John installed a water meter at our pump house, then did some caulking on the roof to fix a leak at the chimney.  He was very good to work with.  He communicated well with setting up the appointment and kept in touch along the way.  He was very responsive to phone calls and texts.  He was open to ideas and allowed me to observe so I could learn.  He offered a variety of solutions.  He was easy to talk to and I felt he listened well.  He was up front about his billing and stuck with what he said.  Very reasonable.

When the thermostat acted up after the power blinked, it was a simple issue of restarting the system. Thankfully along the way before figuring that out I was prompted by the manufacturer to contact All Hours Air. To my surprise they called my right away and had an appointment the very next day as I had requested. Todd was very polite and professional, even though my puppies were not. I will be contacting them again for future work, was surprised to find they do more than just HVAC and glad to hear they are specialized in their field.

I don't usually write reviews but I was a little surprised with the service call I had today.  I called because my furnace wouldn't turn on and my water heater was leaking.  They barely got the face off my furnace when I was asked about how old my system was.  It's older for sure.  Within seconds Josh, one of the 2 service people, started talking to me about furnace replacement and quoted me a price of close $20,000.  This before they'd really even had a chance to diagnose a problem and see what could potentially be wrong.  My water heater is also older so we talked about that too.  The pressure relief tank on the water heater had rusted through at one spot and that's why that was leaking.  As discussion continued it was mentioned that a deal on the $20,000 could be worked out to potentially include the water heater.  They replaced the pressure relief tank at a price of $300, which I thought was a little high considering they run about $50 at Home Depot and it took them all of 5 minutes to install, but OK, I get it.  As far as the furnace was concerned, it turns out that one of my GFIs had been tripped unbeknownst to me.  They did some cleaning and additional evaluation but were unable to find anything else that might be wrong.  Total cost ended up being close to $500.  I appreciated their quick response and the two that came out for the service were pleasant to deal with.  I really was taken back, however, at how quickly things jumped from lets evaluate your problem to we can get you into a new system for a $20,000 price tag.  Especially when both problem resolutions were seeming so simple and quick to address.  I definitely think I'll be considering other resources before I call them back should problems continue.

We live in the Bay Area and our friends let us know a pipe froze and burst. We  called Terry and he went straight to our cabin and called me with a quote. I gave him the OK and he had the pipe repaired in only two hours. His price was extremely reasonable and allowed me to mail him a check. It doesn't get any better than that.
I would recommend Mackinaw to anyone who needs a plumber on the North Shore.

My neighbors hired this crew. After asking them to not block our driveway several times we had to call the cops 4 times in a week to get them out of our driveway. They even moved our landscape rocks, placed to keep cars out, and drove up the hill to park.
 It ended in both the UPS and Fed Ex trucks calling to complain. Both had to back down a very steep driveway into Hwy 89 traffic because no one would own up to the car blocking our driveway for 5 hours.
Class act this Crew!!!

I just had an amazing experience with David Bradley Plumbing. We recently discovered multiple leaks under our kitchen sink and the water was leaking through the ceiling into the bedroom below the sink. Anytime we ran the water in the sink it would stream into the bedroom. David and his crew came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem quickly. Turns out the hose connection to our pullout faucet was loose causing the water to flow back through the faucet and under the sink. David and his crew were very professional and the pricing was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend them!

In desperation of HVAC repair during the summer heat wave I called this company and tried to hire them since they were the only ones to me a next day appointment.

Call center promised someone would come out Saturday between 9 - 10 AM. 11 Am rolls around and no communication. Call the call center and they said the tech is busy but will be on their way. 4 PM rolls around. Call the call center and they said the tech can't come we'll have to push it to Monday at 12:00 PM.

Monday rolls around I call them in the morning to ensure someone is coming. They promised someone will be on their way that day. 2 hours later I get a call from the manager saying they only have 1 HVAC tech and he has 6 appointments ahead of me that day and they would have to push my appointment to Wednesday.

My biggest regret was getting false promises from this company and believing they would make due on their promises. I wish I could rate them on their actual repairs and service, but I would not know.

Really wanted to give this business 5 stars but after job was done one light was down still tape around the filter door.  One smoke alarm was hanging still.  It was messy around kitchen cabinets they were going to caulk around them for me!  They were very nice people!  I give them high marks for that the work they did was good.  I expected some mess because they removed popcorn ceiling I had a lot of touch up and clean up it wasn't all vacuumed up as promised.  There were 3 walls did not look good because they were splattered from paint so they painted them for me so they did try to make me happy.  But they were going to do chalking around cabinets and repaint the trap door to attic because it was painted stuck up there I ended up
Painting that myself.  Jan was great if it weren't for her I probably wouldn't have gone with them very persuasive.  Greg really did a great Job considering he was alone most of the time he was told that he would have help usually was just him he worked very hard when he was there.
Byron was great but promised stuff that never happened.  The business very nice folks but follow through gave them low earned them low marks!!

These guys have horrible service. Parts were ordered and they told my plumber they would be shipped next day. Week later no part. Then they said they had trouble locating part. 3 more days go by. Each time we have to call them. Then they said part was there but couldn't find invoice. This went on for 3 weeks with calls several times each week. I finally went down there only to be told part was never ordered, invoice was sitting on his desk, cause the Guy went on vacation.
So what were they doing when they couldn't find the invoice the 1st time and I guess they don't cover for each other when on vacation. Nor think to look on person desk if something is missing. So 1 month without hot water in the mid of winter. Oh, and no apology!!!! Horrible
